I'm not sure about Entourage X, but in Entourage 2004 selecting View --> Columns will allow you to show the Sent date rather than the Received date. That has nothing to do with anything Microsoft does with its servers.

This is the result of a security patch applied to the Hotmail/MSN email servers on April 1 of this year. This happened after Entourage X's five-year support cycle ended. Entourage 2004 works properly.

Keep in mind that Entourage X is no longer supported. Its support life-cycle has ended and it will receive no further updates. The longer you continue to use older software the more incompatible it will become as other things evolve and are updated such as the security update to Microsoft's servers.
So long as you choose to use software beyond its support life-cycle then you assume the risks and problems of using out-dated software.

No, as far as I am aware the only function that the DNG Converter performs is to convert the raw files from a supported digital camera model to a DNG file format.
This will allow you to work with the DNG files in earlier versions of Lightroom or Adobe Camera Raw that do not provide support for the particular camera model raw files. It has nothing to do with Lens profiles.

I downloaded the latest Firefox security update and my computer will no longer access the internet in any fashion, despite the fact that I'm still connected to the internet. Other browsers no longer work either.

What's the security program called? Is it '''Win 7 Security''' by any chance? There's a rogue AV app that will prevent internet access by that name. It comes in many different flavours, but it's basically the same product with different names depending on the operating system its aimed at. See screenshot.

Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

It wants me to pick a product to download and the Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended Student and Teacher is not listed. The closest thing to download is Adobe PS CS6. Please help me

there is no specific trial for S&T. It's just the normal program. S&T is a licensing/ pricing thing, not some technical difference.

Tried that by shutting down via the power button only as the normal shutdown was nixed by the open window issue. It did not help. Found a very similar question in the discussions and it recommended "Force Quit". That worked and the update works normal and the window is gone. Thanks!

Indeed, we kept getting requests for these from folks like you wanting to download the individual CC product updates without the AAM or Creative Cloud Desktop app, like Adobe used to supply for the older CS products...

Finally, the reason the download instructions are necessary are because of Adobe's requirements to enable downloading from their servers (setting their session cookie on your browser).

I am trying to use the latest tutorial about Perpective Warp. I have done the most recent download update today but when I go to edit, the Perspective Warp option is grayed out.

Photoshop grays thing out when some condition does not allow it to be use. The condition could be related to the current state of the active document, or related to hardware and software. Like Perspective Warp requires a GPU and may also require some amount of VRAM. Photoshop CC requirements state Video Adapter with GPU and at least 512MB VRAM. Check you Photoshop Preferences.
Photoshop menu Edit>Preferences>Performance GPU must be seen and enabled.

First and foremost, I have to remind you that the version of Firefox you are using at the moment has been discontinued and is no longer supported. On top of this, it has known unpatched bugs and security problems. I urge you to update to the latest version of Firefox, for maximum security, stability, performance and usability. You can get it for free, as always, at [http://www.getfirefox.com getfirefox.com].
In any case, and since you seem to be in the process of updating (you should have done so a while ago, since Firefox 2.0 has been discontinued years ago, I believe), your problems may exist because you may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode safe mode] (don't forget to select ''Disable all add-ons'' when you start safe mode). If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem. I ask because there are absolutely no documents on this that I can find, and clicking on the "more information" button in the CC updater application takes me to the PPro CC product page - not partiocularly helpful given I am trying to discover what has been fixed.

There was an application update notification on my CC app when I booted up and iut is for CS6 PPro Family
(CS6 is still getting updated because (I think) it is the only version you can buy right now that does not involve a blasted cloud subscription.
That is a whole new rant though, and best saved for the right place.)

Trying where? What sort of email address? The following answer is based on a guess as to what you are talking about.
If you already have an @me.com address, perhaps as a result of having had a MobileMe account, and you are now setting up an iCloud account with an Apple ID you will find you will be asked to create a new @me.com address, and that you can't add your existing one because it is already an Apple ID.
You can do one of two things:
1. Sign out at System Preferences; sign in with your existing @me.com address and enable Mail.
2. Stay signed in with the present ID and add your @me.com address in System Preferences>Mail, Contacts & Calendars.
If you have further questions, or if your situation is different from what I've assumed, do please post back, but in a suitable forum - this one is specifically about using these Forums.
