using windows 8 and trying to install cs6 but keep getting message to close adobe bridge cs5 which I do not have open. Is this a bug in windows 8???

bridge.exe is probably running in the background. Trying closing it via the Task Manager.

You run Windows in Parallels or Fusion. Then in Windows you install the program.

Please check the version of Adobe Flash Player on your computer (You may check it here : Checking Flash Player version)
Note : Adobe Flash Player 11.9.900.117 is the latest version.
Download and run Flash Player uninstaller
Note : Make sure you have closed all the browsers window while running uninstaller.
Now you may download Latest version of Adobe Flash Player from here : Adobe Flash Player

I have installed Photoshop CS6, but I get in Danish, how to change to English?

Hi,
Normally it's a very nice service to install a software in your own language, but I have never worked with the Adobe software in Danish, so I would prefer to have it in English.
But it doesn't look like it possible, so how can I change the language back to my prefered language in Adobe?
Can someone help me out on this matter?

Please uninstall all Apps downloaded and installed via Add/Remove Programs on win and Uninstaller Aliases at /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers on mac. After that, open Adobe Application Manager shortcut on desktop or start menu on win and Alias under /Applications on mac. Now follow these steps:
1) On the top left hand corner of Adobe Application Manager, your name would be there with a down arrow tip. Click on it.
2) In the drop down menu, click on preferences.
3) Change the language to english.
4) Download and Install all Apps again.

Follow this procedure:
1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID.
2. Tap your Apple ID.
3. Tap View Apple ID.
4. Enter your password.
5. Go to Country/Region in the popup window to change to the desired store.

I'm trying to install Photoshop CS6 but the installer says "This serial number is not for a qualifying product. Please try another.
In the dropdown I have a bunch of photoshop version but not photoshop 6, only photoshop 6 extended witch dosent work.
What should I do?

The message indicates you are trying to install an upgrade version of this software and it is asking you to choose the older qualifying version that you already owned and to enter its serial number... for CS6 this would be CS5.5 or CS5.

Make sure you are typing the correct serial key on the insallation screen of PS CS6. Also, check if you have redeemed the serial key correctly.

Trying to Install Photoshop CS6 on PC

Hey there, I'm trying to install Photoshop CS6 on my PC. I originally bought it for my Mac laptop and desktop, and now would like to move on over to my more powerful setup, but... alas, I cannot get the product code to work? Is this because I originally ordered a CD for the Mac and not PC? I don't have a disc drive on my PC, so I downloaded Photoshop CS6 directly from this site, so that's no issue. It's just that it won't take the product code on the box I have here. Am I out of luck? (Also worth noting, I had it up and running just fine on my other two setups before, but for whatever reason I guess I never got it linked to my Adobe account, so I tried to punch my code in there too but got a 413 warning, "header is too large".)
Anyway, I'm so confused!

The Serial Number is platform specific. So if you bought CS6 for MAC then it will not work on windows machine.

Hi ,
We really apologize for all the inconvenience which has caused you.
You can try to copy the installer from the CD to desktop and try to launch setup.exe from it.
Also you can go ahead and put the system in clean boot and try to launch installation.
If that doesnt work try to create new admin account and try installing app from it.

The work offline option can be found from Firefox button -> Web developer or from the menubar toolbar -> Work offline (Or at least thats what happens in Windows).
Have you any other reason for being offline; router off, firefox not dialing up or whatever. Or is security software or a firewall blocking firefox, or a network connection, or firefox setting etc set wrongly.
