Thanks for your advice, I went to the apple shop today for a face to face meeting with a tech and he checked everything and could not figure out why I was having this problem so we decided to give up on that account and create a whole new one for me using a different email address.
Now I can download apps on both my iPhone and ipad2.

Reset your Apple ID password, instructions here > Apple - My Apple ID
Then launch iTunes on your computer. Then from the menu bar click Store / View My Account / Edit Payment Information.
Make sure your billing information is correct including the expiration date for your credit or debit card and the security code then click Done.
Restart your iPod. Try downloading an app.
If you are using a credit balance from an iTunes gift card make sure there are sufficient funds to cover any purchases from the account area in the iTunes store. -

I'm having trouble with my payment method payment type it's not accepting any of my cards
Payment method/payment type will not accept any of my cards for payment it's saying my security codes are wrong there are available funds on both card

And when you say that there are available funds on the cards, do you mean that they are debit cards ? If they are then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method in all countries - from this page :
You may be able to use other payment types in your country, like debit and Maestro cards

Do you have a different card that you could try, or does the 'none' option show on the payment's screen (you might not get 'none' if you owe money or if you have a payment coming up e.g. pre-order, auto-renewing subscription) ?

For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. I want to change my account payment method to none and I do not have a credit card yet.Plus, iTunes gave a message saying that I need to review my account and when I go there,the none payment method is hidden.
Assuming that you want help and that you aren't just copying-and-pasting that thread's title and posting a link to it, then have you tried the steps on the post that I linked to in my first reply on that thread ?
If you don't get the 'none' option when trying those instructions then you will need to enter credit card details before you will be able to use the account - when you've entered credit card details you should get the 'none' option and be able to remove your card details.

Denmark Payment methods - Payment medium program
Hi Gurus
If anybody has worked on the Denmark Payment methods and payment medium programs please help me in finding the Right payment medium programs as per the requirement.
Two payment methods:
Payment method 3 ( Transfer - Domestic - Post Giro ) - is used for all payments in foreign currency and no upload program is required. No check payment required. Payment advice also needed.
Payment method 6 ( Request for Transfer - UBT03200) is used for all payments in Danish Krone and should have an upload program.
Payment advice also needed.
Available payment programs for the Denmark are

RFFORIK4 RFFORIK5 RFFORIK8 RFFORIK9
Please let me know the right payment program for the above mentioned payment methods.

I am trying to log into the itunes store for the first time and it asks me to review my account so I do but every time I get to the bit where you fill in your bank details and address it tells me my payment method was declined and that its not valid?
Same here and this is driving me crazy. I can buy, but can't upgrade. Grrr.

What payment method are you trying to use? Prepaid debit cards by chance? Apple does not accept prepaid cards.

On several of my apps my iPad 2 w/ IOS 4.3.3 said I needed to update the apps and the updates were for IOS4.3.3 but when the update was complete the apps would no longer work. They would just flash when I tapped the screen to bring them up but will stay displayed. What is the problem?

In my situation, the screen simply started exhibiting the same symptoms a few weeks ago (early February) for no apparent reason. At first I thought the screen was dead, but discovered the heat solution by accident. Now I turn it on and keep it from going to sleep until I go to bed. Thank goodness the battery is still awesome on this thing.
I bought it new and still has the original screen, I keep it at home (never below 62 degrees). Coincidentally, this happened a day or two after the expiration of the warranty!! Any help figuring this one out would be eternally appreciated.
