UWL list showing the workitems wrongly.

Hi ,
In the UWL list the sometimes the workitem is displayed with wrong information.
If I have 4 work items which are expected to be displayed in the UWL list, Instead the UWL shows three work items.
The work item combines the decription of the other work item and shows the wrong information.
E.g. I have three columns in the UWL list Item description ( this is the description of work item), name and status.
The work item
       Item Description                Name                         Status
1.   Test results of 1                ABCD                        Ready for acceptance
2.   Test result of 2                 MNGK                       Approved
The UWL instead of above results, shows the one record like below
1.    Test results of 1              MNGK                Ready for acceptance.
Has anyone faced this problem before? any pointers for this?

To be more clear on this here is the scenario: -
The Shippers have to key in all shipment numbers two times on UPS, LTL, & TRUCKLOADS. They have to key in the shipment numbers two times: - First to physically pull the units and then after all the units are pulled, they have to key in the shipment number again to get the packing or picking list to print.
To avoid this above process: -
If we could get the shipment number in a bar-code on the pick ticket above or beside the CURRENT HUMAN READABLE NUMBER So that the shipment number can be scanned instead of keying in again.
For this scenario I want to create a pick list showing the position of the Bar-code after I change the printing logic through a smartform. For this I wanted to create a pick list to make the end user have a better visibility. Basically I want to create some test data. Any clues on this.

Iview for UWL not show the tab(Taks, Alerts, Notifications, Tracking)

Dear experts.
I am facing the following issue.
In the MSS for the Workset: Work Overview , for UWL the system not show the tab(Taks, Alerts, Notifications, Tracking), ie the system not show none tab, show a page in blank.
My question is: What is the cause of this issue?

use the standard role for UWL, ie check if you are using any modified XML for uwl
This happens if you use custom XML and hide the tabs
Enable the support information for UWL and check in UWL administration

Po list showing the total amount with advances given & open GR quantity

Hi Gurus,
My client need to know the list of total p/os showing its gross total amount only (& not with the line items) with the advances rendered to them & its open GR quantity against total qunatity mentioned.
I hv tried in ME80FN, ME2N, ME2L ME2M..etc and all other reports but the system is showing the same with the line items. Kindly advise.

All three informations will not be available in one report(gross total amount not with the line items and the advances rendered to them & its open GR quantity against total qunatity mentioned).
You have to dovelop this report. please take help from technical consultant.
One more thing the open GR quantity will always at PO line item level not at header level.

UWL donu00B4t show the sender's name

Hello Masters:
I´m sending workflow tasks to the UWL. The tasks are showing ok in the portal, but these don't show the sender's name in the "From" column. This column appears empty.
I have two ECC systems configured to send tasks to the UWL, but only one of them have this problem. The tasks from the second system show the user's name who sent the task.
Does anybody know what could be happen?

Populate the name of the person who triggered in WF_INITIATOR and bind it to Task element.
Workflow --> Task
&_WF_INITIATOR& --> &_WF_INITIATOR&

TS1424 I downloaded an album, but most of the songs are incomplete. The itunes list shows the appropriate song length, but the actual songs are not completely downloaded - meaning it does not give me the option of finishing the download.

I purchased a complete album, but most songs are only about a minute in duration rather than their actual lengths. The times showing indicate the full song was downloaded, but in reality, its like listening to a sample. I want to get entire songs, but the itunes list shows it as downloaded, so it does not seem to give me the option to download again. I sure would like to get what I paid for. Any suggestions?

Find List Of The Workitems

My requirement is whenever approver approves SC and PO gets created and SC creator receives goods. He has to confirm goods receipt.That time he should get a mail in his outlook using a batch job informing him that GR approval is pending in his inbox.
Problem here is i want all the workitems which are pending for GR since last run of the batch job.
Can anyone help how to acheve this.

My iphone 3gs has started showing the wrong time and date. All was fine until this afternoon when it changed. My apps have the right time and date. However the world clock is wrong. I have to turn off the automatic time setting to get the right time.

My iphone is showing the wrong time and date. All was well until sometime this afternoon when it changed... to Nov 5 (2 days prior to today), and about 9 hours and some minutes before the actual time. The world clock for my time zone shows the same wrong date and time. My calender shows the same wrong date and time. The phone can not find my time zone any more. The only fix I found was to turn off the automatic setting for time. What is happening? Ideas?

then turned it off then on tapped time zone and typed london

How do I get the truetype font to show the actual font in the font list

I am trying to find an option somewhere in Yosemite, where I can elect to have the font list show the actual font face in list format. It has been there prior to the Yosemite update, but now the list shows all fonts in the same font face.

Furthermore if the list item have large no of value and a scroll bar along with it then the list scroll to last item when user click it with mouse. I want that when user click the list item with mouse list should show the first item as highlighted.

Old OSX Spotlight function automatically displayed path/location within the machine: e.g. desktop/folder/sub-folder/item.

In Mail, the "From" line shows the wrong name associated with my email ID. I've looked over preferences and account information but have not found where I can update it.

There isn't an email address associated with the contact name who appears as the "from" in Mail. It used to be a shared email address and I already had updated the contact to list only the phone number in case that was causing the problem.

AirDrop is showing the wrong name and picture on my wife's phone....It is showing my name and picture. She has an iPhone 5 and I just updated her to iOS7 about an hour ago, same time as I did mine. Is it because we are connected with the same Apple ID and if so, how do I fix it? She is annoyed by it and not seeing where I can change it in the settings is beginning to annoy me. Help!

I don't think that's the issue. I'm having the same problem. My wife, my son, and I all use the same Apple ID, but we have different email addresses and phone numbers for facetime and imessage (we've never had an issue with imessage or facetime). Today, I updated my phone and ipad to ios 7 and tried to experiment with airdrop. On both devices it showed my son's name. Then my son updated his ipad and we tested airdrop again. His ipad shows up on my phone and ipad with his name as well. The email address that I use for Apple ID is not associated with him on any device. His name is not listed on our Apple ID account. One of them shows his photo that he uses for his facebook profile, but the other's just have a gray circle with his first initial. I'm hoping it's just a bug that will get fixed soon, but if anyone knows a fix, please share.

Good, Extended Notifications should always be used (where available) instead of RSWUWFML2.
You say:

Could you say how you did that - approve and reject from the mail? Are there buttons in the email?
Other people have been asking this in the forum.
You also say:

Why would anyone want to go to the workitem if they can approve/reject from the mail?
In the link to the UWL, does it include the workitem number?

Always show the attachment part in a uwl task?

I think the topic says all. I always want to show the attachment part of a task.
Any way to customize that? Maybe dynamically based on some conditions?

Hmmm, I think I cannot help here. Maybe it is about the version?
As far as I remember for me the attachments have been always visible directly and I 've been able to directly click them. I hope we are speaking about the same thing: In UWL under the work item list in the work item description part, the attachments (for example the business objects) are visible.
