UZBL now in Community - woohoo! Congrats to all the Devs

So, hope I'm right on about this, and that even though I had to choose where to post, that here will do.
So, I'm accurate that uzbl is as of today, now in community, I believe.
In any event.... great! love it.
EDIT: now I'm wondering if ARCH dislexia has occured. Perhaps my last time or two even I did install via pacman.
Anyways.... long live UZBL !!!

I hadn't/haven't recalled ever seeing UZBL in the homepage 'Recent Update' area before 2 days ago.
Actually, I still don't recall ever seeing UZBL there.
when I was posting my main vibe was, wow - UZBL added to Community - all the while thinking -
hmmm, I'm posting this a bit emotively, though what the heck, the occasional big strong cheer for UZBL !

Stop sharing an Apple ID. That is the cause.

Lord K. Thank you. Yes I am within the 90 time period, however I travel Intertionally and I can not receive not make a call to Apple. I was just at the Genius Bar in Chicago and they said, don't worry about it. It just floats out there, however, I can not recover my messages on a flash drive. I need to go back to my old computer which I don't have with me. My messages were in folders for a lawsuit. It is going to take an incredible amount of work for me to, you have no Idea. We are talking thousands of pages! I the defendent will have them during discovery so I am not so worried. Myinfotopic has appeard and now I have adds popping up all the time that I don't want. I feel infected. How can I get rid of it

I really have liked Firefox but now I am having a lot of problems with "myinfotopic" and all the adds that pop up unwanted. I don't know how it got in my computer and I can find no way to get rid of it. I have a service called Answers by Technical Support and they say the problem comes from your website and they can't fix it. There is an add the runs across the bottom of the screen and before I updated Firefox it would just stay on the screen and obscure whatever I was looking at. There would also be adds that would slip out from the side of the screen on each website I went to. Both types of adds could be removed but there was always another one that popped up when I went to a new site. Also, before I updated Firefox pages would just start opening automatically and I have no idea where they were coming from.
On your browser I also have the security warning coming up 2 times every time I go to my start page to try a new search for something..
I like your browser better than any I have tried but I will have to change if you can't help me fix this.
Please advise what I can do.

Try removing these extensions:
* AllCCheeappPreiicie
* DownSave
Open the Add-ons page using:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. If they can be removed great, if they can only be disabled, disable them for the moment.
Usually a link will appear above a disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the add-ons page and click the link as the last step.

To continue the clean-up:
(1) Windows Control Panel, Uninstall a Program. Click the "Installed on" column heading to see the most recent infiltrations, I mean, installs. Check the install dates often reveals what was bundled with what. Try to uninstall everything you don't want.

Took phone update and now can't turn down volume all the way?

I took the latest phone system software update, and now when I turn down the volume (using the volume button on the side) the lowest it will go is vibrate instead of silent. This is annoying, because I sometimes like to turn it all the way down in meetings or when I sleep at night, but it vibrates on incoming calls or corporate e-mail notifications.
Why did you guys do away with the fully-minimized volume choice?
The Motorola Droid (Droid 1, I suppose), under the original software load, allowed you to turn down volume (in some number of steps), down to Vibrate, and then finally all the way Off. The only sound it would make would be if you set an alarm clock.
With the new load, turning it down only goes to vibrate, and not silent.
The "Silent Mode" available when pressing the power button should be more appropriately named "Vibrate Mode." It appears that there is no longer a true "silent" mode under the Droid O/S.
I looked at a number of marketplace apps, but they all seem to be based on a timer setting, i.e. set a time frame that you don't want any sounds.

It's a known issue and has been discussed numerous times. If you need quick access, you can get beautiful silent from the market for free which will allow you have a widget on your homescreen for silent mode.

Firefox was working fine, I closed it and later it would not open at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it will now open. I've followed all the directions and all I get is the crash reporter when I try to open firefox. It does not open at all. HELP

I'm using XP sp3, fully patched with the current version of firefox 3. 6.12. I have 4 gb memory and a 250 gb hard drive. Most of which is all free, so I have lots of memory and hard drive space. I was using firefox and everything was working fine. I shut it down and when I went back later, it would not open at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, renamed the user acct, followed all directions I could find and firefox will not open. I've run all kinds of scans on my computer for viruses or malware and found nothing. Everytime I try to open firefox, I get the crash reporter and it will not open at all. I would appreciate some help. I don't know what else to try. I use firefox as my default browser.

Firefox promted me to save about 4 passwords and now won't prompt me. All the setting are just as they should be. Why has it stop prompting me to save passwords?

This is a new machine though I am not new to Firefox. There are certain sites I have multiple accounts on in which Firefox as of a month ago saved every password for every account. Just turning on this machine for the first time yesterday I immediately downloaded Firefox and set the settings as I had them on the previous machine. As I began getting things in order and all favorites back in place, Firefox did prompt me to save about 4 passwords and abruptly stopped. I have checked all the settings and nothing has changed. No addresses have been blocked, no exceptions. Even addresses and on sites I know for certain will let Firefox save the passwords I am not being prompted. I am at a loss as to what to do.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try the following:
close iWeb.
delete the iWeb preference file, com.apple.iWeb.plist, that resides in your Home/Library/Preferences folder.
go to your Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iWeb folder and delete its contents.
reboot.
launch iWeb and try again.
If that doesn't help continue with:
move the domain file from your Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder to the Desktop.
launch iWeb, create a new test site, save the new domain file and close iWeb.
go to the your Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder and delete the new domain file.
move your original domain file from the Desktop to the iWeb folder.
launch iWeb and try again.

Sorry, but Apple does not provide a downgrade path for iOS.
Because downgrading is unsupported by Apple we cannot discuss it on these forums, but you can use Google to find information on how to install an older version of iOS on any device.
Note that you will void the warranty and loose official support by Apple.

In ios 6 I could choose an artist on the music app and see all his albums in a list. Now, with ios 7, it shows all the songs from every album, making it EXTREMELY hard to see all the albums. Is there a way to minimize this view and see only the albums?

In ios 6, I could choose an artist from the "srtists" view and it would show me all his albums as a list. Now, in ios 7, when I choose an artist, it shows me every song underneath every album, making it impossible to see al the albums at once! Is there anyway to minimize this view so I could see only the albums' titles as a list?

This is all about the experience and accessibility. I don't even mind if the new desing is beautiful or not, but if I find myself, like you, avoiding looking for my music, my experience becomes frustrating. I have about 35 albums of a single artist and I used to love going over them and choose the right thing for me, especially being on the road a lot, and now I have to think twice about even entering his name.
I really hope Apple will take those kind of things into consideration when they issue updates for ios 7, and maybe also give us back the goole search which was embeded into the spotlight search (which is really not that big of a request).
And for your 4s - get the new iphone, it's MUCH better

I never had problems opening "democracynow.org" up until a few weeks ago. Now I can't get it at all on my computer. It is the same message, "safari can not find the server." I can get it with my mothers computer in the other room.

Do you see the folder if you are using the system navigator instead of the application navigator in JDeveloper?
Check your project properties->content and sub nodes to make sure the TopLink directory is included in the project.

Downgrading to an earlier iOS isn't supported, and there haven't been widespread reports of this problem. You should try backing up, then restoring your phone. If you save your photo stream photos to your camera roll and back up prior to restoring you won't lose anything.

Yes. Just sync them to the same iTunes library. iTunes will keep track of each so you can put what you want on each. I do this with a 3G and iPad2. Note that each device will have it's own backup.
