I realy think that Nokia is not aweare that if they don't relese this softweare in the next 4 days their sales they will be drop down in the near future,because people already give up Nokia products.I confirm that I have 3 friends that they had buy N97 when it came on the market and now they sale it and buy HTC and Iphone.
For the moment I will keep my phone but in thenear future...well I don't know what to say,I just wait this softweare for 4 days and if it is not shown I will think about it very seriosly.Untill now i've had only Nokia phones and i must say that i was a big fan,but now i'm a little disappoined,and if the V20 it is not shown in the next 4 days I will be moore disapoined.
I know, you will probably say that you must test very well before came out,but if you are not sure,better not tell a month just say <it will be out in 2-3-4 months> belive me is better that way insted in what you do.
Sow Nokia be very careful with what you do because you soon loose a lot of clients,especialy if you don't keep your promise to relese this V20 in October or better said in 4 days sow good luck,you need it if the relese will not be untill 31October

I just purchased a new computer on Saturday because my previous computer's hard drive was shot so I had to re-install all my old software and so after I re-installed Photoshop Elements on this computer I got a pop up saying I only have 30 days left because my serial number has been used more than 2 times? I have only installed this software once before and it was on my previous computer. I need this software for my schooling so PLEASE help me!

My employer bought me Adobe Design Std CS6 which I installed on my mac OSX ver 10.6.8
I uninstalled the creative cloud that I had been using, but AAM kept appearing so I followed the instructions at for downloading and using the cscleaner tool (I think the page was http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html)
Every time I start CS6 AAM still pops up. It tells me "Your subscription to CS6 Cloud Membership has expired. ...You have a short grace period to renew your subscription after which you will no longer be able to access this product.
As of this morning, it says I have 63 days left.
My questions are:
1. Why does AAM pop up when I am using design suite?
2. What will happen in 63 days?
3. How can I get rid of this AAM popup? Why didn't it go away when I used cscleaner tool?

You forgot to deactivate, that's all there is to it. That still is required even with Creative Cloud. manually delete the PCD and SLStore folders as explained in teh article, then activate using your standalone serial.

Cloud version of photoshop showing only 22 days left for trial????

I have been using cloud for about 8 or 9 months now and am current with them. All of a sudden i now am finding that a trival version window opens each time i run photoshop????
Another issue is that it never before said that i had a problem with the amount of ram i have and now says that it is disabling the 3D moduel.????
Any helpwould be great as it is saying i only have 22 days to trial it??? what's up with that?

Can you try this, launch the Adobe Application Manager from either the Start Menu or the Applications folder and install all updates. Then launch Photoshop CS6 and click the "License This Software" button and sign in with your Adobe Id. See if that resolves the issue.

If you were looking to post to the BPX slots, I would recommend contents that are providing concrete, measurable, demonstratable examples of strategic work linked with results. If you have specific project work to be shared that show the application or use of tools: CAF, GP, ARIS, Solman in the context of business process improvement, these would be favorably viewed.
Ultimately though, the community decides what kinds of contents make most sense and gets to vote on the presentations..
Look at Paul's "wish list" if you want to get a feel for what the community is looking for here in the way of contents.

My card was stolen and now I have a new one. So I need to change the card information used for my subscription, but I can't. I've been trying for days, using different browsers, computers, etc. Contacted chat support with no results. Who do I need to call to get help updating my credit card?
The message I get is "Card is invalid, please check card details"
I have only 4 days left in my subscription.

Customer Service is completely incompetent with this type of issue. You will eventually speak to someone who does not have a good command of English, and judging from the background noise, is sitting in some kind of low cost "boiler room" operation that Adobe noiw considers to be adequate to service their paying customers.
I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to do the same thing. I have work to do, and eventually had to hang up. The chat line reps have to power to do anything but read from their FAQ cards.
It must be nice to have a virtually monopoly on computer software...you can treat your customers any way you want and not have to suffer any consequences.

As heading, I want to buy Adobe Muse individually.
Since I already have all the adobe software in CS4 (including PS, ID, AI.. etc).
Which I am happy in using them.
and I had start using Adobe Muse when it stilll in a beta version,
however, it asked me to update and let me have 30 days trial on using only.
otherwise, I will need to purchase it.
I am willing to buy it cause it is a very good software for us who can't write program codes.

My new Nokia x6 stores call log for only 3 days even though i set up it for 30 days? Any one facing this issue? How to overcome this? PLs help. Thanx in advance...

Have read on this forum.. suggesting to first change the Call Log duration to say 1 day.. Re-boot the phone .. then change it back to 30 days.. and re-boot the phone..
..also in some cases the no. of entries also caused the problem.. though the setting is for 30 days if there is a lot more no. of entries under the log.. it is getting erased automatically.. Some users pointed out that it was happening in their case when there are few applications that required periodic connection to the network for updates (like e-mail, weather applications, etc..) and frequent logs were getting created...

I had major issues with the iPhone 4s battery, however it’s resolved.
The tech who set the phone up at the Apple store did so with little training.
if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

N96 - updating to V20 with only little memory left

I'd like to install the new firmware for my N96 but I don't want to do it without advice:
My C: drive on the phone is nearly full - about 8MB left and a few times a day, especially when I'm using maps, web and music player at once, it says: memory almost full, delete some data (or something like that, it's a translation from dutch). I tried to empty this drive a bit, but it isn't possible I think. No music, photo, video or documents on that drive. I just installed too much apps (I always put them on the C drive to be sure it works good).
So, in fact: two questions:
- Is there a way to get rid of some data on my C drive?
- Should I install the V20 firmware with only little space left on the C: drive?

i never install applications on C drive, i always install them on my memory card, always ( i have a N78), and i have never once had a problem. make sure that you are using a reliable memory card too, such as Sandisk, but not Kingston or especially Transcend, as there have been many reported problems with them. you are lucky too in that you have mass memory on N96 (the 16gb space) so install there even if you do not want to install applications on your memory card. i find that installing applications on the memory card and not C drive makes no difference in speed of the applications. but its always better to keep as much space available on C drive, as happens with computers, so the device isn't slowed down in operation and you don't get the Memory Full warnings.
i would backup all your data first and do upgrade to v20.050. even though N96 has User Data Preservation, i would do another hard reset after the firmware upgrade to make sure everything is clean. then restore all your applications and stuff back.

More than a question, it is a complaint.
20 days I expect an answer by a complaint about the price of my plan, after waiting some time, i think more than fair, as it is about to enter a new payment to my account, I decide to ask and I find the chat closed

I tried yesterday at 11:00 am and today 13:25, 17:00, 17:40, 18:05, 18:13 and 18:25 hours BRT time and nothing, closed chat.

I think is a total lack of respect, not only already spent 20 days on a claim of not receiving an answer, and I can not communicate in order to know what the situation is.
This just to show my disappointment, I doubt that anyone in Adobe will take the trouble to fix this, apparently a customer from Latin America is not a significant customer...

tried that page loads of times in the last 2 weeks. phone makes and receives calls great (except it can't call *611 or any verizon customer service numbers---just gets a "I'm having some technical difficulty, please try again later." Pulls up internet pages blazing fast. But try to register on that link by putting in the phone number and every time it just says "Services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." C'mon now someone please tell me the truth. Are the services really "temporarily down" or are they "permanently down" and I might as well look for another network where I can actually manage my account online.

Well, after a month my Zen Micro (ZM) ceased up, was making a funny noise from the hard dri've, so I got an RMA from Amazon (thank god for Amazon!) and returned it for a new one. This time it worked fine for about 6 weeks, without any of the initial bugs that I was able to li've with for the first one (sometimes unresponsi've touchpad, lousy battery charge). In fact, I even bought an extra battery from Creative (it is for sale). So, I am in the middle of a vacation and the thing stops working again--this time, the oft-cited problem of staying on the "Zen Micro" screen. I went into Recovery Mode (keep in mind I was away from my computer) and after several reboots, it came back. But, alas, the reprieve was shortli'ved as two days later, I got nothing. I tried the batteries I had (all of which showed a charge when it was working), plugged it into the wall, and absolutely nothing--no recovery mode, no indication that it was ali've at all. So, I got home, plugged it into my computer and still nothing. So, again thank god for Amazon, I wrote them and they are accepting the return for a refund and I should be receiving my iPod mini 6 gb today.
The ZM is a good concept, but even as Amazon admits, there are way too many consumers having problems with this model. Creative must improve the product, to say nothing of their customer service, if they are going to attempt to dent Apple's market share.
Good luck to all of you loyal ZM users and my advice to anyone is not to look at reviews of this model of people who have only had it for 2-3 weeks. Look for reviews of those users who have had their ZM for over 6 weeks.

Sorry to hear of your problems. I had a number of issues with my ZM as well and my overall impression is that it's a step in the right direction but the overall experience does not have the polish and usability of my trusty old 3G iPod. I got sucked in by the ZM and N2G combo concept and while I do think that an unlimited subscription based music service with the ability to download to a media player is a great offering, I still think Creative and Napster are still pointing their fingers at each other too much and it's pretty disappointing that Creative has not come out with a GA version of the firmware to support N2G.
The other issue I have with my ZM is how slow the device is when you want to skip to the next track or pick a new playlist. The UI and navigation performance is not nearly as polished as an iPod.
Lastly, third party accessory support is pathetic and I don't see that changing.
