VA01 - Add new partner automatically

Hi all,
in VA01, for every item I need to add a new partner function automatically, depending of a certain condition type.
Does anybody tell me the correct user exit I have to use ?

u need to set the partner for agent in the schema partner for sales document in your cutomizing, in the schema u need to assign X,Y or Z as source: that means the partener will be determined by a user-exit.
Then u have to implement the user-exit EXIT_SAPLV09A_003

Add new partner function as a characteristic in structure PAPARTNER

Hello experts,
I have create 2 new partner functions (Z) in SD and have assinged in customer master. I need these 2 custom partner functions to be transfered to CO-PA during billing. I have followed OSS Notes 12682, 36557 and 36406.
I Have define 2 new domain/data elements in the new partner functions (ZFPZ1 and ZFPZ3) and have assign it in structure MCPARTUSR to the new partner fields (PPARTZ1 and PPARTZ3).
However when trying to add this new fields to the profitability analysis data structures using transaction KEA0, from the structure PAPARTNER, the new partner fields do not appear.
Can anyone tell me what is missing?

HI,
normally it should work fine if you followed SAPNET note 36557 + corresponding. If it is freight cost where the problem occurs, see SAPNET note 411032. See also 93658, maybe thats helpful.

Exit for IW31 to add new partner depending on Planner group

Hello,
I am having a requirement, where i need to add a partner (by default) in tab partner of transaction IW31, depending on Planner group .
I had tried all the exits like : ICSV0003
ICSV0007
ICSV0008
IEQM0004
V09A0002.
But the above mentioned exits was not getting triggered after entering the planner group data in transaction IW31.
can any one please help me to find the exit or enhancement points?

But this is not getting triggered after i entering the value in a field planner group (tab header) and then going to tab Partner tab to check defualt added value.

Can't we add new dates automatically via MDIS- unmapped values- ADD

Hi,
I have a qualified table with non qualifier as Date(TYPE: Literal Date).
and Qualifiers as Valid from and valid to.
We have 4 dates currently in Date field.
Our incoming file will have New dates init, So want these new dates to be added automaticaly via Import map.
I have set the Date field property as MDIS unmapped fields as - ADD.
But it is not adding new dates.
When i have Date field with Type TEXT and not 'Literal Date' then the new dates from Incoming file are added automatically.
Is this Normal that MDIS unmapped value - ADD will not add date Type fields???

Hi,
the incoming date format is MM/DD/YYYY.
In configutration parameters it is mentioned as MM/DD/YYYY format.
If the incoming file has Existing dates in MDM then it updates Fine.
But if the Incoming file has a new date then it failes with value exception..
'error message : Type mismatch. Invalid field values.<LF/></Trace>
cant understand this behaviuor of Literal date Field...
Can anyone please help...

Add new item automatically during delivery creation(tcode: VL01N)

Business requirement: Sales Order has material X. when delivery is created, system should add material Yautomatically in delivery.
Example:
Sales Order:
Item 10 Material X
Delivery:
Item 10 Material X
Item 20 Material Y
We are using 4.6C. We have tried to use Delivery Save Exits, but could not succeed.
Please provide inputs.

Hi,
I think, since you are creating the delivery with reference to Order, you cannot add line items which are not present in the Order. You should add the line item in order using the configuration, which can be copied to delivery automatically.

1. Get info regarding the chart of accounts. It forms the basis for FI\
2. Though automatic postings are not regular, check the required details for configuration for APP. If you are going for APP, u need to check house bank also
3. Check the tax procedures (Varies between countries) - Sales Tax and Withholding tax config
4. Payment terms
5. Discount received / paid configurations
6. Dunning details - Check if existing standard SAPscripts will suffice ur needs. Else u may need the help of ABAPers

Adding a new partner function in va01 has to differ in item wise

here by adding a new partner function by item level in va01
i hav a z partner table , that has some values , each values differ from item level
for eg : item 1 (posnr) 10 , has a new partner called buyers1
posnr 20 has buyers 2
what i am facing probs is , i cannot append into table xvbpa (using a program mv45afzz) & form save_docu_prepare.
xvbpa table item is not storing
partne rwill come default from the customization , but my partner will be add depends on item / material .
i have tested a scenario for eg . when i creating a orders , as soon as entered a dealer , the default parner will be setting , then i entered manually a new partner , then it is reflecting in a table with item
customization partner doesn't hve a item , where as while creating when i put manually it is reflecting in item level .
and 1 more things , when i try to append it also , its is reflecting to all item in orders

When I sync my ipod to add new material, sometimes itunes will automatically rearrange the song order of my pre-existing albums by number of plays. Why does it do this? And is there a way to stop it?

When I add an album to itunes and subsequently to my ipod, everything is arranged by track number of the album. Sometimes when I sync in order to add new material to my ipod, itunes for some reason automatically rearranges some of my pre-existing material by songs with the greatest number of plays to least (though sometimes it seems to be completely random). When I check itunes on my computer, everything still appears to be in order but the way it appears on the device often is in the previously mentioned disorder. Why does it do this? Is there any setting that I can adjust to make it stop because the only way I've found so far is to delete the rearranged material and re-import the cd and then re-sync. It might sound picky, but I prefer that my music be in order by track number as the artists themselves intended for various reasons the foremost being that I often listen to whole albums from start to finish and this glitch makes such problematic. I have found some settings in preferences that focus on how material is arranged but this seemed to be focused on the actual folders where the music is located on my hard drive and not the way it appears on the ipod. If anyone knows the reason it does this or has suggestions on fixing it, I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks.

Did the original songs that do not appear on the car player play in the Music app on the iPod? Sometimes glitches happen and they do not. Also, If y ohave a 5G iPod/iOS 7, purchase songs will show with an cloud icon by them if they are not downloaded if Shall All is turned on in Settings>iTunes and App Store

you can add new tab in Buisness partner with the help of screen configaration functionality,in screen configaration u select first bp role (sold to party or retailer etc) and click on process screen sequence and again click on overview and u will get fields right side of the screen, there u will see the field "new screen" click on that and add description for new tab and click on continue,save the document
now u will again create a bp with modified bp role u will see changes means u will see new tab page on perticular bp role

You may try the list.
The following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file (you may have tried/done some of them already); 1) and 2) are the easy ones for temporary strangenesses, and 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences); 5) is a list in itself, and 6) is the last resort.
If possible/applicable, you should save curent artwork first, of course.
1) Close down Illy and open again;
2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to 3 times);
3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
4) Move the folder (follow the link with that name) with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);
5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (follow the link with that name, Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy, Item 15) applies to CC, CS6, and maybe CS5);
Even more seriously, you may:
6) Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and reinstall.

While customization of CHARM , I want to some changes in partner function determination procedure. Please help in this regard.
currently when i change service msg in change document i have business partner function as :--

Requester
Change Manage
Change Advis. team
i remove one partner function from here successfully "Change Adv. team". so after approval and saving my new change request gives me 4 partner fn. i.e.

IT Operator
Production Manager (I added this as new partner fn)
Current Processor
so my concern is , i want to add one more partner function which can be used always for next assignment of this change request msg.
in short , when i go through SPRO>Def. partner fn. procedue> Procedure SDHF0001-->User Interfacce setting.

Howto automatically add new added bc files in CVS

is it possible to automatically add new bc4j files in projects to the CVS repository?
If I remove a file from project it is automatically removed from CVS. Why is the same CVS automatic functionality not available for add a new file to project (may be after confirm this with a message)?

Do you mean with the "pending checkouts" the window "uncommitted files"? In my version 9.0.5.2 only uncommitted but not non-added files are here displayed.
