VA02 CDHDR/CDPOST update for new customize fields

Hi,
I've appended some new fields to VBAP . Those fields are now saved properly when using VA02 changed. I also need to keep track of changes associated with those fields. When user go to Environment->Changes they want to see the fields I added get recorded also, not just the standard SAP fields. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi,
if a field is inluded in the change log or not depends on the settings
of the data element. Please check the data element via SE11: in the
"Definition" tab, the flag "change document" (DD04D-LOGFLAG) should be
set if you want the field to write an entry in CDHDR/ CDPOS when
changing it.

It's not just iTunes you need to update...
You need to upgrade to Leopard v10.5.8 at the very least in order to sync, restore, and backup an iPod touch.

ECC6.0 - Foreign Key in BSEG for new custom field

When I create a new custom field in NewGL, it is created in some tables like BSEG and others. In BSEG there is no flag in the field "Foreign Keys" (I inserted it when I set the field), while in the others tables I find the flag.
How can I solve it? I think that I have to mark the field directly in BSEG. Is it true?

Hi Srini,
As per note 32662 it seems you have followed all the steps, but might be that you didn't do in proper sequence.
The note states that:
"If a new access sequence and condition table was created before the communication structure was modified, it must be deleted again. Items 1 to 5 must be carried out in the specified sequence."
So I guess the key for you would be to delete the Condition table and access and create them again.

Updates for new camera (Nikon D610 )?

I am likely going to purchase the new Nikon D610 sometime this week but have read on several forums and blogs that Adobe has not released an update for CS6 yet to read the RAW files for this camera. I typically shoot in RAW. If I make this expensive purchase how long will I have to wait before Adobe puts out an update that will allow these files to be converted to .DNG so I can download them? I am concerned about not being able to use the images right away and how long I would have to wait. TIA

Anyone who knows the internal workings of Adobe is legally bound by a non-disclosure agreement, not to say anything very specific, so no one can tell you when, with any precision. Adobe is a publically traded company with more than a billion-dollar market cap so if someone gave an official expectation and that expectation was unfulfilled then many people might sell Adobe stock and the market capitalization would plummet.
However, last week, Eric Chan, a lead scientist on the Adobe Camera Raw team said “Soon” in reference to requests for D610 support.
I interpret that to mean that the LR 5.3 Release Candidate (public beta) is due out any day or few weeks, now, and it’ll have some sort of D610 support in it. I’d expect the final release of LR 5.3 to be out a week or two from the end of the year.
Keep your eye on http://labs.adobe.com/ because there is where the LR 5.3 RC will be available.
Yesterday, I did see a response to a bug report about the crop-ratio not holding (at least when it was 1:1), that the team was investigating this behavior. If someone decides that they want to fix this, also, in the RC, then it might be delayed, somewhat. If they don’t put the fix in the RC then it’ll be out sooner, depending on what other important cameras might have just been released and need profiled.

For new pricing,I clicked on the Update pushbuttion in the conditions tab of sales order,Condition type is repeated twice .So value is increased.I checked in the pricing analysis,it is showing only once.
I searched all threads and I tried all the possibilities.
I checked exclusive indicator,it is correctly checked.
Condition type manual entries selected as B automatic as priority
Item condition check box is checked only.
Mandatory check box is selected in the Pricing procedure for that condition type.
Anything i missed out .
Please suggest me how to go.

App Store Updates for New Macbook Pro

I recently purchased a new macbook pro and in setting things up, I noticed that I have two pending updates in the appstore, one for iphoto and one for imovie. When I click update, I get a message back saying that I have pending updates for other accounts and that I need to signin to those accounst to complete the updates.
I only have one apple account, I use it for macbook, ipad, itunes, appstore, etc.....
How can I find out what account is being referenced?

Help! Stuck in firmware update for new macbook pro

Help! Today software update asked if I wanted to do the firmware update for my 1 month old macbook pro. It did warn there would be a grey screen and not to adjust the power, but 3 hours later I am still staring at a grey screen. What should I do?

Thanks for the links. I followed the instructions to the letter for the firmware upgrade - it was connected to ac power and stayed that way the whole time.
I've got 2 questions -
1. I've got a grey screen - The first link says "In the unlikely case that your computer displays a black screen after starting up, you can restore your computer's firmware back to factory condition. Follow the directions to restore your firmware." Is this still me?
2. If I restore the firmware to factory settings, do I lose my data?

Macbook OSX 10.5.8- cant download update for new trackpad!?!?!?

Hi.
I just spent 80 EUR's on a new apple trackpad and its a nightmare to upload which i never thought would happen with Apple.
I am on 10.5.8 on a macbook and cannot update to 10.6.4 which is required. My system cannot see any updates. I have backed up and need to install the new OSX just to pair my trackpad with my mac.
Please help!

The update is only for 10.6.4, which is a paid upgrade from 10.5.8. The Software Update pane of System Preferences only shows the free ones.

Form on screen, not updating for new data on inputstream

I don't think that is it now that we are into Monday and it still hasn't updated. Anybody else having issues with their text descriptino not updating? What's a good email address to contact apple about the problem. Non of the "contact Us" email addresses seem to fit the description. The [email protected] is a blackhole.

Browse function for new Metadata field

In UCM Content Server, is there a way to add a "Browse" button to desk top or a custom search for a new Meta data field similar to "Primary File" ? All my research shows examples of static drop down list.

My idea was to mimic the functionality of "Primary File", the meta data field with the "Browse" functionality to the desktop. I want to add an image meta data field to the "Check In" form. I don't want to use the Inbound Refinery image but a image that can be posted with a News document.

I have a similar problem on my macbook pro. I had to call tech support for my extended warranty the last 2 times a new firmware update was released after installing. I always update from the apple updates on my laptop and am using the HPOfficeJet Pro 8600 plus. Its the best printer I ever had but there appears to be issues when using the airplay wireless connection.

It sounds like you are experiencing an intermittent connection with your 8600 Plus, is this correct? I see you have contacted phone support several times and have been able to get a temporary solution each time. What sorts of things have they tried? Knowing what you have done up to this point may help me identify the root cause and work towards a more permanent solution.

Can't install MSI Live Update for new bios

Hi all,
sad to say, I too have the problem of MSI Live not installing.
Just bought a GTX 970 Gaming 4G and the Live update says "this platform is not supported". I tried the version from the disc and the version offered by the MSI support site. Both led to the same experience.
Would be great if you could help me out checking my bios and providing me with the newest one if needed.
(Instructions would be great though too )
