Values missing in APD

Hi Experts
I have created an APD which reads Data from a query.
But few of the key figures are not getting value where as other are getting values. What could be the reason.

Hi,
Check if key figures in base query are getting data or not. If the data is coming in base query then check the assignment and display settings.

Hi Experts,
I am working on Idoc to File scenario using SAP PI 7.1. In this scenario I am mapping Invoic02 Idoc with Invoice xsd. I am able to test the mapping in ESR with status as success.
In ID Tools --> Test Configuration I used the same payload and tried testing the configuration step by step. while executing I am getting an error at Operation Mapping saying "Runtime exception occurred during application mapping com/sap/xi/tf/_MM_SRM_Hubwoo_Invoice_; com.sap.aii.mappingtool.tf7.IllegalInstanceException: Cannot create target element /Invoice. Valuesmissing in queue context. Target XSD requires a v~"
Even though the mapping is getting executed successfully in ESR, I am not able to fix this issue. Need your inputs in resolving the same.

Hi ,
issue"Can not create the target element value missing the queue context'.
reason for this issue:
Target field expecting some value from sender field. so in testing your not getting any data from source field for this reason your getting that issue.
Solution:
In mapping use node function:Mapwith deafault between source and taget fileds.
Then activate mapping . now excute the scenario it will properly without that issue.

I have a driver form and smartform in Print and same in fax configured in nace. But there are some values missing in FAX output whereas in print and email it is correct.

Planned Values Missing from report S_PL0_86000029, how to rectify this?
Where to plug in the values?

it's Plan actual comparison in the Profit and Loss Financial Statement.
This Transaction Code is for Profit Loss Statement whereby the Planned values have to be seen.
But one thing, I have also deleted the planned values from the General Ledger and Profitability Analysis.
Need to get these Planned values. But from Where?
Deleting GL Planned values - GLDE
Deleting COPA values - KEDB

I am getting the cannot create target element error with acknowledgement payload in response message mapping in synchronous interface. I have shared the response payload2. Please suggest do I need write any UDF.

Mapping Mapwthdefault at tiem level -Values Missing in Queue context

Here is the logic
If (E1EDP19-IDTNR_EXTR is not empty and (E1EDP19-QULF)=001
map IDT_EXTR to target Buyerpart

if E1EDP01-MENEE IS NOT EQAUL TO AU
map const (SEE_DESCRIPTION) to target
All context set to EDP01
Target is mandatroy field
1) data : If the 1st item level has the value IDTNR_EXTR and 2nd item level is not .
In the else condition also QUALF is not matching to 002 so not getting the value for else condition in second item level .
So getting the error ItemDetail[2]/ns0:BuyerPartNumber. Values missing in queue context
How can we add mapwithdefault to not to fail for mandatory field
2 data I added mapwithdefault befoe else it worked for this data but failed for other test with 3 line items IDTNR_EXTR values. 2nd line item was getting in target which is not

SID Value Missing - Error

Hi All,
DSO Activiation is sucessfully completed.But unable to execute reports based on this DSO.
In RSRV Test it is giving Error that "SID values missing for 1 specifications of characteristic 0DOC_DATE"
This error occuring for only Date Objects.
Please give some solution.

Hi,
SID error comes during activation of ODS because the related MD is not available for assigning SIDs.
Whenever Master Data is loaded SID's are generated for those Master Data records.
Now when you load Transaction Data these SID's will used (for the records which use above master data values). This results in performance gain.
If Transaction Data is loaded first than the system checks for SID's. If they are not available system generate SID's. This results in a loss of performance.
Now in the case if you don't have the setting selected (Further Processing Without Master Data/Always update data, even if no master data exists for the data) system will throw error No Sid?s found and load will terminate.
So as a first step ensure that the related master data is loaded and Attribute change run has been triggered.
OR
Load the MD and Activate the MD (Modeling > InfoObject > Search the Infoobject > Right click > Activate Master Data)
Once you perform this you can retrigger the activation. It should work fine.
Else as a workaround you can blank out these particular values and activate.
There is also one more workaround wherein you can create the Master data entries directly in BW itself. But both the above step should be done after consulting Business and considering data volume that needs to be edited/created.
In most case once you perform the loading and activation of MD your activation should work fine when repeated.
OR
In the infopackage goto Update Tab and make the setting Update the records even if no master data exist and reload

TDP / SD - error- posting value missing in mat doc

Hi experts,
Please help...
I have two excise duty conditions ya02 and ya03 and they stand for excise duty value calculated via rate from OIH01 table and other is calculated based on the reduction % entered during delivery document respectively. So ya03 is zero initially when teh order is created, until a % reduction is entered in the delivery document and from their a User exist calculates the reduction value and populates the ya03 condition type.
Till here it is fine now when the PGI is done the value for ya02 is visible but ya03 is missing. Debugging shows that the system is looking for the value in OIH01 table. and when ED rate is maintained the value for ya03 is populated in the mat doc.
1. Is their any user exit which can bypass this and pick up the value calculated in the condition type ya03?
2. Any other suggested solution?

Entire material GR stock should be in storage location,before proceeding to next step.
After cancelling invoice,Cancel material document,Post excise using J1IEX,Cancel excise using J1IEX.
Now do necessary changes in p.o. Do GR,invoice.

Role Expert: Org values Missing

Hi,
I ran the 3 Backgrnd jobs in sequential way: Org Value/Transaction/Activity Sync jobs and jobs were completed with no errors. I checked the log files and i see no major errors as well.
But after completing the jobs, i tried creating a role and assign the org values to the role. But i dont see the org values under each org levels such as Company Code, Sales org etc..
Did I miss any config steps here?

Even we faced this issue and was resolved by running the three BG jobs again but in a sequence as follows:
1. Transaction Sync.
2. Object Sync.
3. Activity Sync.

Net value missing

hey friends need some help
i am using the same pricing procedure for my sales order document and for Contracts.
when i insert the condition type for price, the net value gets calculated for Sales order and the same doesn't happen when i am creating contract, the condition type gets accepted but the net value shows zero in the document and when i try to save i get the message "missing data; net value"
what might be the issue,, plz help

yes ..ofcourse.
Based on your business requirement go for Periodic or Milestone billing plan. Normal sales order doesnot require it but for contract it is must.

we have a scenario in which few assets is not showing any depreciation values for period 9 (i.e. post/planned), instead the depreciation value period 9 is transferred to the period 10.
Example: if depreciation value is 100 EUR for all the periods (1-12) and the depreciation run is successfully completed till period 8 for an asset. when we analyse the period 9 planned values in Asset Explorer screen, the entire row is missing and the period 10 is showing with a planned value of 200 EUR (inlcusive of period 9).
Any solution to rectify this scenario ?

CEWB: BOM item Mass change new value Missing

Hi Guru's
When i plan to do BOM item lead time offset mass change in the (CEWB) Engineering Workbench,
i have selected the ITem and Column LT offset, and in entra when i select the mass change, system showing a error.
" no item selected", (new value and replace indicator is missing
.Can u help whether we need to apply any notes ?

Upload screenshots of the step which you're taking in CEWB & the error you notice to some portal & paste the link here for a clear understanding.
Also which version of SAP you're working on & what is the support pack level ? (If you're not sure about it, then check with your system admin for the same).
