/var filesytem

Help!
My /var file keeps filling up and going higher and higher. It made it
up to 100%.
It seems to be increasing(as shown in df -k) 1 mb ever 10 minutes. I
restored the /var filesystem from last weeks backup and it still grows
until it reaches %100 capacity. I checked the /var/tmp and /var/dt
which both had today's dates but couldnt find what is filling up?
None of my other files are increasing.
Please advise asap how I can correct this problem?
I am on a Sun Sparc 20 with Solaris 2.6

Could it be that this machine is really often used?
because /var/adm/wtmpx is the file wich contains:
History of user access and administrative information...
the /var/adm/utmpx contains:
user access and administrative Information..
so if these files geting larger and larger there must be a problem.
I'm afraid i can't help you much more... because i never heard of that kind of problem so far..
Do you know which files exacly grew every 10 mins or is it a whole directory?

TS2570 Still cant access my computer, followed instructions to perform a safe boot and last line of script it shows: BootCacheControl: Unable to open /Var/db/BootCache.playlist:2 No such file or directory. Any idea?

Brand new Mac Book Pro
Purchased in Mexico's Department store Liverpool on June 20th 2012
Purchased Memory upgade to 8Gb, on june 27th, at Apple Store Memorial City, Houston
Upgraded memory from 4Gb to 8Gb on June 28th.
Tried to write on my external HD (previously written on a windows based PC) with no success.
Upon reccomendation from a Mac assistant, copied all my external HD contents into my Mac Hard drive.
Then formatted my external HD and copied back all my information to it.
deleted all the information from my MacBook Pro HD.
Attempted to repeat the same operation with another external HD, but got a message saying there was not enough epace on the computer HD (even though I have a 750Gb Hard Drive.
Looked in the trash bin and there it was, all the information previously deleted..
Could not empty the trash bin, although I got a message asking me to safely delete all the information from the trash bin,
Could not get enough space released, after several attpempts the trash bin was finally emptied.
All happy getting acquainted with my new MacBook Pro. Two days later, got a gray screen and not able to start the computer.
Looking in to Mac support I found article http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2570 and followed instructions to perform a safe boot:

Shut down your Mac. If necessary, hold your Mac's power button for several seconds to force it to power down.

Variável ISS - PLD Nota Fiscal

Meu nome é Juliana Sanna e sou da Zethos Consulting. Preciso da ajuda de vocês no seguinte item:
Estou gerando o PLD de uma nota fiscal de serviços e nao consegui localizar a variável para o valor do ISS - não o retido mas o que é calculado pelo código do imposto ISS.
Já pesquisei no documento How to Modify Nota Fiscal Report e também no SAP Notes nao consegui localizar.

Variável que não funciona.

Olá,
No Layout padrão do SAP, para impressão do livro diário, tem um campo de variável (F_252, na Área de repetição 0) com varável 606, mas ele não funciona e não está na lista de variáveis disponível no site,( pelo menos eu não encontrei)
1) - Existe uma lista com varáveis específico para o livro Diário?
2) - Os campos F_220, F_221, F_201 e F_202 dependem do campo F_252 para ser exibido, mas não exibe.
A funcionalidade desses campo é:
F_220 - Trazer a soma total de Débido até a página anterior
F_221 - Trazer a soma total de Crédito até a página anterior
F_201 - Trazer a soma total de Créditos da página atual
F_202 - Trazer a soma total de débidos da página atual
O pach que estou usando é 2007B Pach 13
3) - Se não tiver como usar essa variável como fazer para exibir os canmpo acima, no print?

1. Não existe
2. Esses campos tem funcionalidades internas no próprio PLD, nem sempre significa que não funciona.
3. A melhor maneira é utilizar o Crystal Reports for SAP Business One. Neste momento é somente liberada para a release 8.8 que ainda está em ramp-up, mas que se prevê estar disponível nos próximos meses para o mercado.
O Crystal Reports for SAP Business One permite de uma maneira mais fácil, rápida e flexivel a elaboração de documentos e relatórios.

PLD - VAriáveis

Estou desenvolvendo um layout de Nota Fiscal, porém estou com alguns problemas:
1. Não consigo encontrar a Variáveis do CNPJ do PN e da Inscrição de Sub Tributaria: Tentei colocar a Variável 60 para o CNPJ, porém não é aceito. Localizei esta variável na guia TAX do A/R Invoice.;
2. Não consigo montar o Endereço do Parceiro, ao relacionar com as informações da tabela, os dados não são impressos:
Tabela CRD1 - Campos Street, StreetNo, ect.
Se puderem me ajudar, ficarei muito grato.

Em resposta às suas questões:
1. O CNPJ você pode obter como um campo de base de dados não como variável.
CNPJ: Data u2013 File -> Choose Administration
Data u2013 Field -> Choose Federal Tax ID
Para a base substituição tributára 1363 para o valor 1364.

PLD - Variável do Sistema: PIS e COFINS

Bom dia a todos,
Preciso destacar os impostos PIS e COFINS no layout do Pedido de Venda e da Nota Fiscal de Saída, mas não sei qual é o número da variável destes impostos.
Já olhei no documento "How to Modify the Nota Fiscal", mas lá só mostra a variável do PIS/COFINS Retidos na Fonte, e não são estes os impostos que eu preciso. Também tentei abrir um chamado na SAP, mas eles me responderam que este é um assunto de dúvida e eu deveria postá-la aqui no fórum.
Enfim... alguém poderia me ajudar?

Boa tarde Pessoal
Tenho uma duvida e gostaria de uma ajuda se possivel.
Em um cliente acontece o seguinte:
Ao emitirem a NF de Saida eles imprimem via PLD a duplicata para ser enviada ao cliente.
Neste documento vai os dados de cobrança para que o destinatario possa realizar o pagamento.
Quando eles aplicam imposto retido na Nota, configurei para que o valor total da duplicata seja igual a valor total da NF menos ( - ) o valor que consta no campo valor retido.
Acontece que tem alguns codigos em que esta configurado para reter no Pagamento, logo, a duplicata sai com o valor da NF sem descontar o valor de imposto retido.
Teria alguma variavel ou outra maneira em que poderia configurar no layout para que o valor saia subtraindo o valor so imposto retido?

Você sabe qual é o campo do banco de dados ou a variavel que está a descrição do CFOP??
Eu uso a 1354, mas se é colocado mais de um produto vai repetindo a descrição.
Já adianto que o campo está no cabeçalho e vai aparecendo a descrição duplicada como por exemplo "Venda de Mercadoria" se for colocado na NF 3 produtos no campo da descrição do CFOP sai "Venda de Mercadoria; Venda de Mercadoria; Venda de Mercadoria;".

Aceder a variáveis de sistema Recibos

Boa tarde,
Estou a fazer um template para recibos e necessitava de aceder a um campo mas não sei como o fazer.
No form dos recibos, aparecem todas as facturas que um determinado cliente possui em dívida. Um dos primeiros campos que aparece é Nº do documento relativo às facturas certo?
Eu quero aceder a esse valor mas não consigo.
Se colocar o rato sobre o campo a info que tenho é Variable=40 #000001916, DocNum. Como faço para aceder a esta informação?
Já agora, existe alguma maneira de visualizar as variáveis do sistema?
Uma espécie de lista ou algo parecido.
Não sei se me consegui fazer entender bem.

Para a versão 2005B a única lista de variáveis disponível foi a que menciou, para as Notas Fiscais.
Na versão 2007 existe uma lista mais alargada e cobre a maioria dos documento. A lista que existem atualmente é só para a versão 2007A (não recomendo tentar utilizar essas variáveis na 2007B).
Entretanto deixo aqui a página para possa verificar regularmente por uma versão deste documento para a 2007B. O site é http://service.sap.com/smb/sbo/pld > How To Use the PLD Variables File in Release 2007 A (documento atual para a outra versão).

How to capture Vari Cam Footage with PanasonicHD1200A

Hi there. Thanks to those people who answered my previous question about the Vari Cam codec. I hate to say I am still a little confused.
I should specifiy now that I am capturing footage from DVCPro tapes recorded on a Panonic Vari Cam (720p). The deck I am using is a panasonic HD1200A and I Have a AJA kona LS capture Card.
I want to edit for final output for PAL, so 720x576 (it will be 4:3 letterboxed 16:9) and a frame rate of 25.
So my question is which of Final Cut Pros many capture presets do I use. Do I need to downlaod a third party Codec.
I tried using DVCPro HD 720p60 codec but this doesn't deliver the Data rate I was told to expect (14 mb/sec rather than 5.6mb/s). However it does seem to work. Will I simply have to scale the final movie to fit the proportions of PAL 4:3? As this is a green screen shoot how will my Key be effected by the Codec, GOP, P an B frames, or will final export with a quicktime conversion solve this. I appreciate your help in clearling up these mysterys of HD
I am on a dual processor G5 with 3 gig of Ram.

Great! It was shot at 720p25 (so i'm told) there was no use of the variable fps.
I'm not delivering a DV master I want to deliver broadcast quality and as I also dong alot of post, a green screen key, I need the best quality possible. We shot on HD because, we originally we were going to shoot some slo mo. Typically the director changed his mind, didn't shoot any and now I am going through HD **** for no real reason (though the more filmic color space will be nice I am sure)
Via Component sounds like a good idea, though I still need to adjust the deck to output 25fps rather than 30, which it somehow seems to be doing at the moment.
Ordinarily I would capture from digibeta, but we only have the HD deck over the weekend so don't have the luxury of capturing offline RT and then onlining 8 bit uncompressed has I normally do. But I digress.
I don't particularly want to have to work at 30 or 60 fps, beacues I never have before, and because the final output is for PAL Broadcast.
I really appreciate your advice, the glimmers of hope that your words of wisdom provide.

How to add an additional fields in VAR Service Desk?

Dear ALL,
I work in VAR company and we use SAP VAR Service Desk. Our Customer has his own HP Service Desk system. When they creates ticket in SAP VAR Service Desk they are allways creates internal Service Desk number in their HP Service Desk. Now they ask us to create the new field named as "Customer SD number". I searched for the invisible fields but nothing found. And I think it should be like:
1) Field named as "Customer SD number" and the input field for the Customers HP Service Desk Number
2) Field on the main scrren of Service Desk where is all tickets.
But this only my assumption, I didn't made like this work before.
May be there is standard schema? I read the integration, but I can not do this because we have other customers with their own Service Desk systems.
Please help.

Service Desk for VAR - RFC Connections to customers

Hi all,
I'm trying to implement Service Desk for a VAR provider, however, I didn't found until now how to connect customer systems to Solution Manager in the VAR provider site.
I was able to create systems in SMSY automatically, as the Business partners and OSS users, but in SMSY the system has no Client (000,100,800) assigned and could not get it as no read RFC for system is maintained. Should this RFC be created using SAPSERV connection via marketplace (automatically or not) or using a simple direct SAPRouter connection to customer? anyone know how can I proceed or know some online documentation available?
Manually maintain this connections could be very anoing as we have a lot of customers and systems.

Hi Pedro,
normaly you don't need those RFCs as a VAR, that's right. With the new note 1320545 you also get product versions updated from OSS into SMSY. However if you require all patch levels of your customers in SMSY to do MOPZ you need RFC or SLD connection. You can generate RFCs connections from the SMSY system client screen for ABAP instances. There is a button "Router information" where you can maintain your and your customer's SAProuter IP adresses. These will be included in the routstrings of the generated destinations. Of course this must be done manually for each customer system because SAP suport Portal doesn't know your customers passwords and routers.

Null value in Session vars and request.getParameter

We're migrating our application from iPlanet.
          Under iPlanet, when we looped through a resultset and set the values to
          session variables - it worked fine, even when a resultset value was null,
          but in WebLogic, I get the following error:
          java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: key/value is null
          Is there anyway to "turn this off" so it behaves like iPlanet?
          My second question is that we have many JSP's that check to see if a
          parameter is null in javascript:

Hi,
the URL parameter is added just for the request to the page. When you press the command button then you issue a new request that does not have a URL parameter added. To work around this, you can use a PhaseListener that stores the URL request parameter in the session for later use

How do I use dynamic JSP vars in a form tag with implicit sessions?

I'm using iAS 6 SP4 and 'lite' sessions w/ sticky LB on Win2K for development and need to use a dynamic variable (via an = scriptlet) to specify the URL a form tag's ACTION method posts to. The implicit URL session encoding attempts to add the hidden input tags to the form but part of it is getting cut off. If I remove the dynamic var scriptlet from the form tag it works fine. How can I use dynamic vars and implicit URL session encoding?
Here's my code sample:

Because the <INPUT> tagon the first session var is cut off, up to the T, the page obviously fails. Can this be fixed with a config setting, or is it a bug in iPlanet??

The problem I tried to solve was that I want the result from my service methods
in XML format. I thought a callback/polling was the best alternative, am I right?
Since the callback option doesn´t work I will try to poll the service.
Are there any other options for solving my problem??
