Variable export results based on machine

I have a very bizarre situation.
I have two iMacs, both running the exact same version of FCP X and Compressor 4 (I did a clean install to make sure... including cleaning out preference files, etc...), using the exact same settings.
When I export video on the one iMac (Mid-2010, 2.93, i7), it gives me beautiful files and all the settings are right.
When I export video on the other, it changes two critical things... specifically the bitrate and the fps settings.
Using, MediaInfo, I pulled the Metadata for both exports. Notice that in the "good export' the fps only has one setting: 29.97
Then notice that the bad file has two fps settings... 29.97 and 25.0
Also notice that under General, with the good export, it shows "overall bitrate", but with the bad file, it shows "bitrate mode: variable"
I have checked and double checked all my settings. To me all settings in FCP and Compressor  on both of these computers are EXACTLY the same.
I'm wondering if the graphics cards is changing this? Or could it be a setting somewhere else?
It is really bizarre to me.
Any ideas?

Your resolution is also different.
I'd be interested in verifying the source project settings for both. Also to verify the Compressor settings that are being applied. Could you post screen shots (four in all) of those settings – that is, screen shots taken of the applications' Inspector panes?

    What I am trying to get is .sql file so that I can run it as a script in my oracle db. Is there any way we can get .sql file with inserts and delimeters ....?
    Did you guys get my question.?
    Please throw some light on this....
    Could be very appreciable ....

    Hi
    Create a sql statement which generates the insert statements.
    Something like this:
    select 'insert into table1 (column1, column2, column3) values (' ||
    column1 || ', ' || column2 || ', ' || column3 || ');' from table 1;
    The || sign is the string concatenation sign in Oracle, replace it the appropriate sign in MySql. Export the result set of this query into a file, and you can run it in a SqlPlus.

  • Creating result based search programatically

    Hi All,
    I am trying to create a simple result based search programmatically. I need to do this because I want the user to basically be able to select a specific table name and then the search adjusts the criteria and results automatically based on the table selected. If you like it is a generic query mechanism.
    I have attempted to do this by declaratively setting up the query region as far as possible and then adding the table fields and binding them to a VO instance that I have created (I also create the view definition programatically)
    The query region renders and the go and clear buttons are available, the result table renders and if I do a blind query it works fine and the result appear. The problem I have is that for the fields in the table that have queriable set to yes, the search region is not rendering the search fields.
    This is what I have done (all in process request for now to get it working)
    OADBTransactionImpl dbTx = (OADBTransactionImpl)am.getTransaction();
    OAViewDef viewDef = dbTx.createViewDef();
    viewDef.setViewObjectClass("oracle.apps.fnd.framework.server.OAViewObjectImpl");
    viewDef.setViewRowClass("oracle.apps.fnd.framework.server.OAViewRowImpl");
    viewDef.addSqlDerivedAttrDef("RECORD_ID","RECORD_ID","java.lang.String",Types.VARCHAR,false,true,AttributeDef.READONLY);
    viewDef.addSqlDerivedAttrDef("RUNTIME_KEY","RUNTIME_KEY","java.lang.String",Types.VARCHAR,false,true,AttributeDef.READONLY);
    viewDef.addSqlDerivedAttrDef("STATUS","STATUS","java.lang.String",Types.VARCHAR,false,true,AttributeDef.READONLY);
    viewDef.setSql(sqlStmt);
    am.createViewObject("InterfaceTableVO1",viewDef);
    OATableBean tableBean = (OATableBean)webBean.findChildRecursive("InterfaceTableVO1");
    OAMessageStyledTextBean leaf = null;
    leaf=(OAMessageStyledTextBean)createWebBean(pageContext,MESSAGE_STYLED_TEXT_BEAN,null,"RECORD_ID");
    leaf.setViewUsageName("InterfaceTableVO1");
    leaf.setViewAttributeName("RECORD_ID");
    leaf.setWrapEnabled(false);
    leaf.setPrompt("RECORD_ID");
    leaf.setQueryable(true);
    tableBean.addIndexedChild(leaf);
    The query bean and table have been defined declaratively, my hope was when I added the leaf nodes to the table with query able set to true that the framework would automatically figure the bindings out but it doesn't seem to be doing this.
    Could this be a UIX rendering problem that I need to get around somehow?
    Thanks
    Keith

    anyone got any ideas on this one?

    Hi All,
    I have browsed a SSAS cube. I want to export result of SSAS cube into excel file.
    Kindly give your input.

    Hi,
    I do not know whether there is a direct solution but there is an indirect way of doing it. I always follow this method if I ever want to get MDX results into Excel.
    1 - Install the DAX Studio (I know you want MDX results, so do not get confused by looking at the word DAX. Continue reading). You can download it from the following location.
    http://www.sqlbi.com/tools/dax-studio/
    2 - Once you install DAX Studio, Go to the Add-Ins ribbon. Click on DAX Studio.
    3 - There is an option "Tabular Server" and there is a drop-down list where you can enter the SSAS (MD CUBE Server) server name. Enter the server name manually. If you have multiple SSAS Databases and if you are interested in a specific SSAS database
    enter "Initial Catalog=Your SSAS Database Name" in Additional Options section and Click Connect. You can successfully connect to the SSAS Server now.
    Here are the details described so far in pictorial representation.
    4 - Enter your MDX manually and execute the code via DAX studio and you will get your results right-away in Excel.
    Now, isn't that an elegant way of getting MDX results into Excel :) ? Besides Excel's Pivot Table option, I do not know whether there are any alternate solutions to this but wait for other Pros' comments as well.

  • How to run a particular case continuously in event based state machine architecture.

    I am making a program using event based state machine architecture, it is running as expected whenever i am generating an event, case structure corresponding to that event executes.
    we are taking some measurements from oscilloscope e.g. i am having one boolean button for rise time whenever i am pressing that that button it displays the value of rise time, it displays only once( since i have generated an event on that boolean button so it executes only once and displays value for one time and then comeback to timeout state) but in our program what we want, we want it to update value continously once that button is pressed.
    Now for a time being i have placed while loop on the case corresponding to rise time but this is not the right approach.
    since i am using state machine architecture( event based ), i am not getting how to run particular case continuously ,or if there is any other better architecture that i can use to implement the same application.
    Attached below is the program.

    Say, in the attached program, when the user selects Autoset, it inserts corresponding state (Autoset) and now if you want this state to run again and again, probbbly you can again insert Autoset state while executing Autoset state... ohhh its confusing... check the picture below (A picture is worth a thousand words):
    1. Based on user selection, insert Autoset state.
    2. Re-insert Autoset state again and again while executing Autoset state.
    3. Now to come out of this loop, based on appropriate event generation, insert any other state AT FRONT (equivalent to Enqueue Element At Opposite End).

  • How to create Store Procedure for export result select in .txt or .csv

    Hello,
    I'm using MSSQL Server.
    How to export results query  in .txt or .csv?
    But
    I can not use bcp or SQLCMD.

    1) linked server
    insert into txtsrv...table1#txt(CustomerNumber,CustomerName,EntryDate)
    select orderid, shipname, orderdate
    from Northwind..orders
    Set up the linked server
    Connecting a directory of text files as a linked server is easy.  Here’s how:
    In Windows, create a new directory for the linked server.
    For this article, that directory will be E:\txtsvr.
    Add that directory as a linked server with sp_addlinkedserver:
    EXEC sp_addlinkedserver txtsrv, 'Jet 4.0',
      'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0', 'e:\txtsrv', NULL, 'Text'
    That’s all that’s required to add the linked server txtsrv
     as a connection to the text files in E:\txtsvr, but there are
     no tables in txtsvr yet.  Also missing is a required file, schema.ini,
    which must contain a description of each table’s format.
    You can  learn more about schema.ini from the Microsoft MSDN Library,
     but for now, just use Notepad or your favorite text editor
    to create the file e:\txtsrv\schema.ini as shown in Listing 1.
     In addition, create an empty text file in e:\txtsrv named table1.txt.
    The file e:\txtsrv\table1.txt is now an empty table in the linked server txtsrv.
    We can see that if we list information about all the tables in txtserv with
    the system stored procedure sp_tables_ex:
    EXEC sp_addlinkedsrvlogin txtsrv, FALSE, Admin, NULL
    EXEC sp_tables_ex txtsrv
    Text files are tables
    We can’t issue a CREATE TABLE statement against this linked server,
    but we have created a table easily enough.  We can, however,
    run INSERT and SELECT queries, if we use the four-part naming
    convention <server>…<table> (that’s three dots):

  • Exporting vector based images

    What is the best way of exporting vector based images from Flash so I can open it in Illustrator?
    I frequently design basic vector graphics in Flash as I find manipulating shapes much easier and intuitive. Now with the upgrade I am finding this impossible to save out and it has really slowed down my progress.
    Is there anyway whatsoever in achieving this as Flash is, after all a brilliant vector based programme?
    Best regards,
    Sam

    Hi Sam-Rios,
    SVG export is a Work in Progress for exporting out vector content from Flash CC and would be usable in Illustrator as well. This would be available with the next major update to be released shortly.
    For now, you may try out a third party SVG exporter for Flash Pro:

    Hope this helps!

  • Variable/expression result error

    Hi,
    I am trying to run a BPEL process which reads data from an EDI file, transforms it and calls the Sales Order creation API. The process is giving the following error at runtime:
    <selectionFailure xmlns="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/business-process/"><part name="summary"><summary>empty variable/expression result.
    xpath variable/expression expression "ora:processXSLT('EDI2Oracle.xsl',bpws:getVariableData('ReceiveEDI850XML_Dequeue_InputVariable','Transaction-850'))" is empty at line 69, when attempting reading/copying it.
    Please make sure the variable/expression result "ora:processXSLT('EDI2Oracle.xsl',bpws:getVariableData('ReceiveEDI850XML_Dequeue_InputVariable','Transaction-850'))" is not empty.
    </summary>
    </part></selectionFailure>
    Please can anyone help me resolve this issue. Also, does any one have a concise document on how to import an EDI and create 850 Purchase Order.
    Regards,
    Balu

    Hi,
    can you please provide some details of the ReceiveEDI850XML_Dequeue_InputVariable?
    What is the input before your transform?
    What value is in this Transaction-850 parameter and what is the namespace of the Input?
    Can you please check if the namespaces are set right?
