Variable not defined: '_MR' error when using sub template

Hi,
I am creating a check print report. When I had the check layout and the invoice layout on the same template it worked fine. But when I moved the check layout to a sub template then I started getting the error Variable not defined: '_MR' but I dont have any variable '_MR' can some please help me on this.

Its probably worth running the XML Publisher template regenerator program. somehow, I think your templates are out of sync

Dear all,
I developped an RTF-template that runs fine locally.
If I upload it to the eBusinessSuite and try to run it there, I receive the following error in the OPP log:
[UNEXPECTED] [24862:RT391458] java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException at ....
Caused by: oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XPathException: Variable not defined: '_MR'.
I did not define any variable _MR in my template.
However if I export my template to an XSL-FO Style Sheet, I can find this variable.
It is defined twice as: <xsl:variable name="_MR" select="number(89.85)" xdofo:alt="internal"/>
If I use an image in the heading, variable $_MR is used once in a statement that I don't understand.
If I remove the image, the variable is only declared, but never used.
In the eBS he is always wrong: with or without image.
Any help in this would be very appreciated.
Little update:
In the XSL-FO are several variables defined for each section in the template:
_PW = page with
_PH = page height
_ML = margin left
_MR = margin right
_MT = margin top
_MB = margin bottom
_HY ? something to do with header ?
_FY ? something to do with footer ?
May be this does ring a bell.

I have a RTF template wherein I am calling a sub-template.
Whether I invoke the sub-template RTF directly (import:file) or convert it to XSL and import that (import:xsl), I always get this error

This happens in my local desktop, I have not even copied the files to server.
My Template Builder version is '5.6 Build 45'

"Could not complete scan" error when using Windows Fax and Scan with a HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus All-In-One network printer.
Printing is fine.
When using the HP Scan application, get the error "Scanner communication cannot be established".
When scanning from the printer itself it fails with the same message. In addition the printer panel displays the error:
"The scan could not be completed due to one or more of the following issues:
Connection to the computer is lost
The scanner is in use
OCR application is not installed"
My PC is a HP Compaq Pro 6300 SFF 64bit, with ethernet cable to the router and ethernet cable to the printer
Originally ran Windows 8.0; recently upgraded to Windows 8.1.
Older separate Netgear router and modem was replaced with a newer Netgear Router/Modem, but both experienced the same problem.
There was no problem with the original Windows 8.0 configuration and only after upgrading to 8.1 did the problem emerge.
On my home netowrk I have an HP ProBook 6550b running Windows 7 sp1 that uses wireless to get to the Router, and it has no problem with scanning.
I have followed the recommendations of a number of articles relating to this issue (including: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&lc=en&docname=c02915410&product=4323659#N94), but there has been no change in behaviour.
The printer has a static IP address;
Power settings have been adjusted to Never for Turn off Hard Disk; Sleep and Hybrid Sleep.
Scanning has been tested with all firewalls and antivirus turned off and in Selective Startup.
The printer has been plugged directly into the power socket.
With all these settings the Windows 8.1 cannot scan while the Windows 7 laptop with wireless to the router has no problems.
Appreciate any insights into this problem.
I can only surmise that the problem is a compatibility problem between the 8600 Printer and Windows 8.1.
Any ideas?

You can determine if there is compatiblity between the printer and PC by checking the Windows 8.1 hardware compatibility list. I have done that and it is shown to be fully compatible. If the driver you installed before was only the basic driver,it would explain the lack of scan and copy functionality.
Download and install the Windows 8.1 full feature driver and software on the HP Compaq Pro 6300 SFF 64bit PC .

Error when using the template installer MI post installation process

Hi all,
I am busy to configure the Netweaver Administrator in order to create setup packages for mobile devices. This is a WAS 6.40 ABAP JAVA instance with mobile infrastructure.
I have installed the netweaver SR1 and upgraded abap and java to SPS18 afterwards.
Afterwards I used the template installer, I executed: MI post installation process.
But when I did this an error message occured on the following node:

Here after I followed manual: MI25 SPS18 inst newtech.pdf for configuring the NWA.
I checked the complete manual, but still the error message occurs, when I am using the template installer.
There is one more thing.
When I go to the NWA, to the Mobile Infrastructure node, allmost all subnodes give me the following error:
(For instance on hierarchy grouping:)
Failed to get hierarchy group elements from middleware. Reason: Could not connect to middleware.
Does this error message relate to the other error message?
Please give me advise/hints/directions to solve this problem....

Calculated keyfigures not defined correctly error when executing query

Hi Experts,
I changed calculations in the calculated keyfigures and saved successfully.
when I execute the query in BI7 Bex, I am getting errors like query element not defined correctly in the query. when I look into query in the designer its giving info messages for many calculated keyfigures saying reusable and saving can influence other queries.
I reverted back the changes but the errors still coming up. I tried to copy the query and run it ..still didnt helped..
Please suggest me with the solution..

The calculated keyfigure is the difference of two other calculated keyfigures...
I tried to re-drag and drop into keyfigures column and didn't worked and still getting the errors.

Controlling the header size when using sub templates

Hi All,
I have a conditional header subtemplate which has a different company logo for each country. I have a header sub template which has the list of all possible logo's which are conditinally invoked from the main template. Everything works fine. But the header size if too huge. I have tried different options of reducing the margin-size, setting vertical alignment to the top, but none of them seems to make the header size any smaller. Pls help.

once i upload the rtf to the server With the static url i am able to view it . the problem is occuring only when i add the ${HTTPSERVER} in the import statement. I have set the property "Disable external reference" to false.
Here is my static URL

After adding property of HTTPSERVER in xdo.cfg file URL is

further i am even able to download the file when I run the static URL.

Undefined is not an object error when using the Output Generator with Glossary Restyling script to create WebHelp

When I use the Glossary Hotspot Wizard to create links within my topics to the terms, I then generate the project using the script (because I want to use popups instead of having the text display in-line). I did not edit this script before running it - do I need to? If so, where does the script reside? Any suggestions would be appreciated so that I can get this working as intended :-).

The error occurs during the WebHelp generation. If I generate the project
without using this script, there is no error.

LabVIEW PDA reports COREDLL.DLL error when using Call Library Function Node

I'm trying to build a LV PDA app that calls an external DLL file built using embedded visual C. When configuring the Call Library Function node I select the stub DLL, configure the I/O parameters and select OK. When the configuration dialog closes I get the following error:
LabVIEW: LabVIEW.exe - Unable to Locate Component
This application has failed to start because COREDLL.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I do not get this error when using the configuration dialog in the example VIs.
Any suggestions as to the cause and/or the solution?

When you create a PDA VI that calls a DLL, you must include the .c or .lib file that corresponds to the DLL. Take a look at these documents:

FTPs connection error:When using Variable substitution for Directory path

I am transferring data from BI to xml file via PI: Here a Client proxy from BI sends the data to PI and the PI FTPs the XML file to a remote location. For FTP I am using FTPs SSL connection.
It was working fine untill I used Variable susbstitution to determine Directory path dynamically. I am using this because different xml files are intended to goto the different locations.
I did the variable substitution like this:
Target Message Structure:

I guess the problem is not with Variable Substitution..
Error when getting an FTP connection from connection pool:
So its a connection problem..
Also check the option Disable Security check and try again...
Try to check again if the interface is executing properly without Variable substitution and let us know..

Same thing is happening to me. Adobe has not responded to anyone about this error. It appears that Abobe XI is not compatible with IE 11. I do not get this error when I use Chrome or Firefox. Only IE 11 does this. I have tried clearing cache and cookies.

Error message is FAILED TO GET DISPATCH FROM IBRWSR2. Then when you click on it the next error message says: PHTML IS NULL. You have to click this error message twice and then the PDF finally loads. Happened every time
Does anyone have a solution since Adobe will not respond?
As a last resort I will try uninstalling the Adobe Reader XI and install Adobe Reader 10 instead. It seems to work ok. But when I try to install version 10 the Adobe site tries to install XI. Any ideas?

P800 "Not Enough Memory" error when trying to use Contacts

Now even after I reset my P800 from iSync I get this 'Not enough memory' error when I try to use my contact list.
This is getting really frustrating! I want to downgrade...

I suspect it's the feed as I've just tried it and the latest episode fails. Try contacting the Podcast's producer/publisher to let them know, since they may not. From your linked page, click on their name and follow that to their website, where you should find contact details.
By the way, even if the problem is with iTunes, it's still down to the producer/publisher to rectify it, which is why I suggest you contact them

we are currently upgrading the addon that created using VB6 from B1 2004A to 2007A. When compiling or make project dll file, there is an error message : "Compile Error : variable not defined"
then the system shows or highlight
Private Sub Form_Load()
CRViewer.Top = 0
CRViewer.Left = 0
etc
How to resolve this problem ? Pls give advice.
