Varient of Airdroid for Iphone 5s Products
I've recently switched from an Android Device. I used Airdroid to control the phone. Is there any but equal or varient software producet available for the Iphone Products?
Thanks
Jason.
Jason, have you found anything comparable to AirDroid? I just got an iPhone 6 and I am looking for the same thing as you. I lived on AirDroid since I sit behind a desk all day. I like the iPhone but AirDroid is a must for me cause I text via PC all day long and my company will not spend money on MACs.

I want to add a solar charger for iPhone 5 and iPad to my emergency kit. Are there recommendations for compatible solar products?
If you are seldom in a Wi-Fi Network Area, then you can turn off Wi-Fi until you knowingly are in such a Network Area. You can go through your Applications where you don't really need to know the instant an Update is available and turn off the push update notifications. You can turn down the screen brightness. You can set the sleep cycle to 1-min. You could set your email to check for new messages every 30-min. rather than less than 1 min. Just some of many steps available.

<Edited By Host>Instead of posting your IMEI in a public forum, contact iTunes Customer Support.
FYI, they do not want/need your IMEI number. -
Is my Apple ID the same for any Apple product I'm using like iPad or iPhone or my PC laptop?
Is my Apple ID the same for any Apple product I'm using like iPad or iPhone or my PC laptop?
If you only have one Apple ID, then yes.
It is the same for all devices.
Just like a drivers license would be no matter what car you were driving. -
I am having to restore my iPhone through my iTunes account on a weekly basis and the screen is going black on a daily basis and just turning off suddenly. This is ridiculous! Is this normal for an apple product?
That is obviously not normal. I would make an appt at an Apple store to get it checked.

Is there any app to purchase apple products ? Like Apple store app for iPhone ?
Any app for purchasing apple products for mac ?
The Apple Support Communities are an international user to user technical support forum. As a man from Mexico, Spanish is my native tongue. I do not speak English very well, however, I do write in English with the aid of the Mac OS X spelling and grammar checks. I also live in a culture perhaps very very different from your own. When offering advice in the ASC, my comments are not meant to be anything more than helpful and certainly not to be taken as insults.
There is not a Mac app for the Apple Store. You must use the Apple Store website to buy Apple products on line;

Looking for productivity ap for iPhone
Looking for an iPhone ap that I can use with my calendar and spreadsheet. I meet with clients on a weekly basis and want to track my hours that I meet with them from my calendar to a spreadsheet. To be specific, I want to put the client in my calendar for 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm every Tuesday and Thursday and have it sync to a spreadsheet that will account for each client by hours. I've been told that there are aps for this for iPhone. Thanks!
You could do a search on AppShopper.com to see if there is anything that meets your needs.

Is there a fiber optic camera product for iPhone?
Is there a flexible fiber optic camera for iPhone?
The hardware on the 8520 does not support autofocus. It's the same as asking if there will be an update to put a flash on the camera. There just isn't a flash and there isn't an autofocus camera. The 9630 and the 9650 have autofocus.

All day calendar events not being displayed in the notification centre for iphone 5 post ios 7 upgrade. Please help. Is it a bug?
With iOS 6, the all day events showed up in the notification centre but it lacks in the upgrade iOS 7.Same problem here. Some people pointed out that all-day events do show up in their notification center, but that seems only to be the case for birthdays (and only as text like the weather). I've tried it myself on my iPhone and iPad and it did work for birthdays but not for any other all-day events. I already sent this to Apple as a product feedback as well, as should everyone of you. The more people mention it, the faster Apple's going to fix this issue. In its current state, notification center is not a very helpful feature in my opinion. There's absolutely no point in not showing all-day events in the 'today' calendar overview.
Here's a link to the product feedback page: http://www.apple.com/feedback/
I posted my message in the iPhone section since I couldn't find a page specifically dedicated to iOS 7.
I really love the look & feel of iOS 7 but it's kinda sad to see notification center not tapping its full potential.
Cheers! -
anybody facing issues on vodafone in bangalore for iphone 5s. horrible voice breaking occurs. Really frustrting as voice calls break and automaticcaly gets disconnected.
My current phone is not working. The iOS 8 update has made my phone go from a joy to have to something I want to throw away. I would like to uninstall my update and go back to loving my Iphone again. Can you please help? I've sent numerous messages with no response. I'm trying to stay loyal to Apple however if your only suggestion is to purchase another phone it might not be an Apple product anymore. I'm offering an opportunity to save a client who has multiple Apple products.

Step 1
Sign in to the Unified CM Administration portal.
Step 2
Navigate to the device page.
•a. In the Device Information section, click Device Association and search for the desk phone you want to associate with the mobile device.
(here my question is which device they are talking about? We have device profile for each user and we have mobility on our company and we can connect to any phone on our company with our profile, and in our CUCM I cannot find Device information or Device Association field??
•b. Select the device you want to associate with the mobile device, and click Save Selected/Changes.
•c. Navigate back to the End User page.
•d. Ensure that the Allow Control of Device from CTI check box is checked.
•e. Select the primary extension for the desk phone you want to associate with the mobile device.

For 8900 and 9900 series phones, also add Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connected Xfer and conf.

•h. Select Save.
Step 3
Navigate to the Device Information page for the desk phone you want to associate with the mobile device.
•i. Verify that the value for Owner User ID is the correct end user.
•j. Ensure that the Allow Control of Device from CTI check box is checked.
If this option does not appear in the Device Information section of the Phone Configuration window, the phone does not support this feature.
•k. Select Save.
Step 4
Navigate to the Cisco Dual Mode Device for iPhone page.
•l. Verify that the value for Owner User ID is the correct end user.
•m. In the Product Specific Layout Configuration section, for CTI Control Username, enter the user ID from the End User page.
•n. Select Save.
Step 5
Navigate to the Directory Number Information page and verify:
the Allow Control of Device from CTI check box is checked
the Associated Devices box displays the desk phone and the mobile device
Step 6
Restart the mobile device and the desk phone.
Thanks for your help
BelHello,
By 'Use Mobile Network' I am assuming that you want to transfer the VoIP call to GSM using the Mobility Softkey on the iPhone. There are a couple of defects that you should be aware of when using this functionality:
1) CSCtu15500 - Call drop after user handoff VoIP call to mobile using Anyconnect (VPN)
2) CSCty91386 - Client can't handle send-to-mobile message
Workarounds: For the first defect, if you are using AnyConnect (VPN), please try transfer to mobile, with out using VPN. The the second defect, you must use the US English as the User Locale.

Where is the documentation for Jabber for iPhone and iPad 9.6.1 ???
Jabber for iPhone and iPad 9.6.1 was released on Tuesday Jan 14th 2014.
I see the 4 .cop files on cisco.com in a zip file copfiles_iOS96.zip. What is the difference between the 4 files? Application in the AppStore on my iPad, but there are no release notes, or documentation on cisco.com. All I can assume is that these .sgn files need to go on my Publisher/TFTP server?
Nothing here about a 9.6.1

These are required on older (can't believe I'm calling 8.6 older already!) builds of CUCM.
Which other files do you see?

A/V Cables for iPhone 4 ???
Will the current Apple composite and component cables work with tv out on iPhone 4 using the new dock?
Will there be new cables that take advantage of new HD video capability?

Will there be new cables that take advantage of new HD video capability?
The component cables do.
Are there any viable less costly alternative to Apple OEM cables
