Various questions - DP book - PLEASE ANSWER ASAP

Geraldine from Dubai - Hope everyone is fine.
I am very new to SAP and had a trainging for 2 days on basic functions of Sales forecast planning book (DP) and Replenishment Book (SNP).
I have need some help on following:-
1) How can I get to see year 2011 on DP book? Example I only want to see Mar until Dec 2011 datas for Sales Forecast Revenue, and Base Forecast. I checked 'Time Bucket Profile' and could not find the profile that fits to what I need.
2) I can copy/paste the data to excel but pasting them back to the planning book after updating numbers does not happen. We were told and shown that this is possible. What could I be doing wrong?
3. Is there a way to add a calculation - e.g. total of base forecast & Revenue from March 2011 to Dec 2011? I would like to see this as an additional column on the planning book.
I still have a lot to understand but above are the important things I need to know to be able to reconcile our plan against the current data on DP book.
Would highly appreciate step by step responses/instructions.

Hi,
Please go through the below points.
1> Periods in planning book is controlled through time bucket profile.Create a time bucket profile with one year of duration (Select period as per your requirement) .Then after opening the planning book change the period structure settings with start date as 01.01.2011 and the same TB profile you have created.
2>You can copy and paste the values from excel to planning book.Make sure the key figure against which you want to change the value and also make sure the data is properly copied from excel file.After going to planning book open the slection and then try entering the data.
3>Yes it is very much possible to add calcultion in planning book for the same you need to create Macros in planning book.For the same you can create a new keyfigure and assign the macro to the same.

No, you should wait till the end of the Welcome video, when the message says it will restart to finish installation it means installation is still in progress, conclude the procedures.

Right now I am using this code to send 4 parameters.
I need to send these 4 in a structure.

AND RETURN.
So I have to pass a structure of values into the BGprogram through a submit and do a couple of loops in the BGPROGRAM.
I need the syntax for submit .
I also need to know how to catch the structure with values in the BGPROGRAM.

The computer is picking up the signal from the remote. Go into system preferences - security - general. Click the padlock and go into advanced. Check disable remote control infrared receiver.

Have you tried resetting your iPad?

I accidentally went swimming with my phone in my pocket last night; it was in the water for probably thirty minutes. When I got home I realized what had occurred and put it in a bag of rice overnight. Today I tried to charge it and I also realized there was a piece of rice stuck deep inside my charger slot. I have now gotten it out but I am afraid in the process I destroyed the pins in the charger hole. I'm not 100% this is the case, though. I will have to give it a couple hours to see if one: the water destroyed it internally, I mean after all it was in there a while, and two: if I destroyed the pins in the charger slot. I'm very anxious, someone please answer soon. Thanks for the help.

If you didn't leave it in the rice for at least a week the phone is dead, and not just the charger slot.

Multi point question...please answer i really need help!

Ok two questions. Has anyone had the problem with the nano (4gig) where the top 1/4-1/3 of the screen has backlight but no color? .literally...I cant see if my nano has charge, see the time or if it is playing or paused. Well the music plays and it views the rest of the screen. the other part of my episode is that the nano is in mint condition aside from the regular scratches and blemishes the nano was expected to recieve. Will Apple warranty my nano? I have no reciept..and i bought it the day after they came out...in texas..and it has been "incase" kept since the "incases" came out. Oh Please tell me they will warranty my nano i really want my screen back!!! PLEASE REPLY!!!

This statement is complete garbage. Of course your iPod will be under warranty. Either fill out the service request, or take it to an Apple store.

Video colour not working. (Please answer asap)

When I have try playing video's ever since yesterday (wheshasn i last updated flash) the colour is being pushed down and there is a green line at the top, what is happening to the video and how can i fix it?

hello! i just got my ipod nano (4gb green)and it says to put songs on your ipod manually, click on your ipod under 'devices', which i did. then it says, if the summary pane isnt showing, click on the summary tab. what is the summary tab? i dont have one! where is it? how do i put the songs on my ipod! ahhhhh! please help me!

ok 2 add manually first you need to set the ipod to do this. On the left hand side you will have a list of stuff and somewere about halfway down you will see your ipod. Click on this and in big panel you will see the option 2 update manually, apply them settings and to add the stuff all you need to do is, click on the top music bit on the left side, select the music in the big window and drag it over to your ipod bit on the left. all going well you will get a spinning thing showing next 2 your ipod bit and it telling you what going on in bar at the top

Ok so i have the new Airport Express 802.11n jobbie and i have just managed to set it up with my BT homehub
the green light is on and its working (i think)
Ok so the reasons i bought it was.
1) love the wireless printing idea
2) love the wireless music idea
3) to plug an Ethernet Voip phone into (the home hub is in another room)
4) i got it for £52.95
ok so i have connected it in client mode (i think) where all the computers (theres is 3 of them in our house) connect to the homehub and so does the airport.
What i want to know is how do i stop the other 2 computers using the airtunes and the wireless printing features. Basically i want the airport to myself for my home office which it was bought for and don't want everyone else stealing the features.

Easy Questions....But not easy answers
Since you have configured the AirPort Express in the home office as a client on the network, it's going to be visible and accessible from any other devices on the network. There's no way to change this or prevent access to the office AirPort Express.
If...you configure the office AirPort Express to "create a wireless network", and set it up with a different wireless network name and password, you could create a "private" network for yourself.
Here, I am assuming that the stereo is connected to the office AirPort Express, is that correct?
The downside to this approach is that you would not have internet access on this network.
If...you connected the AirPort Express to the HomeHub using an ethernet connection, you might be able to access the internet from your "private" network. I say might because I don't know enough about the HomeHub to know whether this would be allowed. I think you should assume that it can't to keep expectations at a realistic level.

I have a timeline question and need an answer asap plz

When I am looking at my image in the viewer, it's perfectly clear. Then when I drag the image down into the timeline it looks a little blurry. It looks like there is some kind of overlay or something on it. I can't figure out what I did because the first half of the project is fine and it just started doing this. My kitten has been jumping on the keyboard so I'm not sure if some setting got changed but I can't figure out how to get it back so my images are clear again. Please help me! Thanks!

The Viewer will show you the quality of your source footage. The Canvas will show you the quality of the items in the timeline. If you have a nice 3000x2000 pixel picture, it will look GREAT in the Viewer. Drop that in the timeline, and say the timeline is DV, then the picture inherits the DV attributes: 5:1 compression, 4:1:1 color space. It does not retain the original quality.
Also, never judge the quality of your image using a computer monitor. Only judge on a TV or NTSC monitor connected to the system. If DV, then routed thru a camera or deck. If uncompressed SD or any form of HD, then you need a capture card.

I want to buy online the GEMPLUS RAD XPRESSO smart card and a reader for that card for the total price of $ 450 from the Gemplus site....If I get the card and the reader I will be able to develop my own applications and download them in the card or I will need to buy some kind of software to be able to do that too??????????...if so where can i find it?(Gemplus doesnt offer something like this,right? )...Will i be able to make my own applications based on the tools from JavaCard kit that I downloaded here? (If so why Schlumberger sells a SDK 4.1 for $350 !!!???)

You will be able to load your applications onto a card with a vendor's kit. Once you buy the kit you should get cards but mainly a loader.
One shortcoming with Gemplus is their simulator. It doesn't simulate a true JCVM and they use Crytpix JCE to simulate the crypto functionality. Without a true JCVM simulation, you will have problems getting a full understanding of what is going on with memory. Another shortcoming is their installation is horrible. Good luck !
Schlumberger is the worst you can get. They are selling you an overpriced loader. That's it. NO simulation tools at all. And to make matters worst, their loader (kit) doesn't even work ! You can't generate a CAP file ! Without being able to generate a CAP file, there's nothing you can do so the kit is useless. If you go to their support site, you'll see posts of people wanting refunds !
