VAT 2010 FOR ITALY

In VAT 2010 Italy regulation the revese charge should applicable for products also, so either we should create new EU codes or we can use exiting EU codes for products..? Please let me know if you have any idea..
And please let me know what are all the remaing settings we should folle for VAT 2010 italy.

as far as the new EU VAT 2010 is concerned, a lot of notes have been released to address several matters in some times on a per country basis.
Go through the SAP notes and see what suits (or not).

Use of Official Document number in VAT Books for Italy

Dear All,
I would like to share with you a big doubt I have regarding the use of Official Document Number in the VAT Books. This is a requirement for an Italian client.
According to my clients requierement they would like to manage 5 different VAT Books:
1. Sale book (for all finished products sold in Italy, EU and outside EU)
2. Sale book for sundry sales (CAPEX, services, other goods ...)
3. Purchase book (for all the goods bought in Italy and out-side EU and for all the services bought in Italy)
4. EU purchase book (for all the goods and services bought from EU suppliers and for all the services bought from not EU suppliers)
5. EU sale (reverse charge) book (with the same numbers and amounts of the purchase book number 4)
For every VAT Book they want the Officil Document number to be displayed. Not only that, they want the Official Document Number to end in 1 (XXXXXXX1) at the start of every natural Year for EVERY VAT Book, and have sequential numbering with no gaps.
My intention is to use: RFKKITVATM. This is a specific VAT report for Italian Companies. The report selects documents that contain regular VAT and that have been assigned an Official Document number (ODN). You run this report to generate such a list for the current month. It selects documents with an ODN based on the invoice or credit memo posting date. You can create as many layout-variants (one per VAT Book??).
My question is: The VAT Books are based on different VAT Codes. How can we have every single VAT Book to start with an Official Document number ending in 1? The number range will be Document type dependant and not VAT Code dependant.
As per my knowledger, To use Official Document Numbering (ODN) in Italy we have to make a number of settings:
- Activate ODN
- Specify which document types the system is to assign official document numbers to.
- Assign installation-specific function modules to events
- Define Number ranges
Have you faced up a similar requirement? Is this a legal requierement or is my client mixing up with another legal requierement related to this subject: To print a sequential number and the fiscal year on each page of the reportu2019s output list. The System starts the numbering automatically at 1, as it does for each subsequent year.

Hello All,
Am facing an issue when implementing the ODN solution for Italy. I cannot replicate the ODN in field BKPF-XBLNR_ALT when posting Invoice via MIRO.
1. I have Defined a Document Class per VAT Book
2. I have Assign a Document Class to Document Types (in my example Document Type "RE" to Document class "43". And select "Generate Official Document Number, with date control".
3. I have mantained Number ranges
4. I have Assign the Number ranges to Document Class.
5. In order to transfer the ODN from Billing docs to Accounting docs I have entered the Document Type "RV" at Billing Document Type level.
It all works as expected except for the Accounting documents coming from Logistic Invoice verification - MIRO transaction. Document Type "RE" is used for posting but my field BKPF-XBLNR on Accounting document remains blank.
Is there any additional step am missing?

RFUMSV00 VAT Book for Italy

In report RFUMSV00 I'm having three issues.
1. Has to do with the date/page number. Right now our report is only showing the page number. The customer says that the legal requirement in Italy is for the report to display the Year and then the page number (example 2009/01).
2. Has to do with the detail pages are printing with Page 1 (no matter how many pages) and the summary is then Page 2. Each detail page should be sequential.
3. The Sequence number gets out of sync if one document has multiple items. Only the first item is assigned a Sequence number and the other items for that document are just blank. Is there a way to have a Sequential number assigned for each item of the document?

Italy VAT 2010-Self Billing

Hi,
We are trying to implement the legal VAT change for Italy.
My customer wants to choose self billing as against tax integration. I found note 1454009 which deals with the same.
I also found an user manual attached to the note.
When I looked in the example for the user procedure provided by SAP in the user manual, i found there was only one document was posted for both input vat and output vat ie both were posted in the same document.
But my client suggests two different documents would need to be posted for the transaction- one for input vat and the other for output vat.
My question would only a single document be posted in both self billing or tax integration.
As mentioned earlier we would like to choose self billing .If we choose self billing would we get the reports required even if only a single document is posted.

VAT reporting for Spain and Italy

we have a problem getting VAT report for spain and Italy. Trying to get the report RFUMSV20 for current month but it is giving an error saying " There is no data record for RFUMSV20 Ccode 2008 in Table TRVOR" Can I anyone help me with this?

If your tax config is correct and the GL accounts are updated, then check for some OSS notes. Probably, you need to apply one of those.

Specifically for services, the standard reports (MEIS, VE01, etc.) does not allow to extract in the VEIAV table every single invoice in the case of more than one is posted in the same period. Instead, invoice values are cumulated (algebric sum). Does enyone know how the system can be customized in such a way that the reports extract every single invoice posted in a specific period? I've checked the aggregation criteria in customizing (VEB1) but it refers to the output list (or file), not to VEIAV table.
Example: three partial invoices against a PO item were posted in June = 100 + 50 + 50 EUR. After running MEIS we have in VEIAV a single row with an amount of 200 EUR. The requirement for Italy is to have three invoices and the related invoice numbers (new field in VEIAV after the VAT package implementation)

BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST and Official number for Italy BKPF-XBLNR_ALT

Italy lesgislation imposes every accounting document must have an Official number (VAT number).
This number has to be located in BKPF-XBLNR_ALT and can be set automatically with a standard customizing (using range number). The relevant function is OFF_NUMBER_GLOBAL_NUMBERING_IT
Using FB01, there is no problem, the standard uses the customizing to set this number in relevant field.
But using ACC_DOCUMENT.ACC_DOCUMENT02 Idoc and thus BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST because some documents comes from an external system, this is not done.
Do you have an idea ?

The accounting interface is enhanced in order to create an official document number in the target system, if an accounting document is created using IDoc FIDCCP02 coming from an external system.
The official document number is only generated if field XBLNR_ALT is initial. If the official document number is already created in the external source system, no new official document number is generated. The value of field XBLNR_ALT is taken over to the source system instead. In this case you need to set up carefuly the number ranges for the official document numbers in the source and target systems. You need to ensure that the same official document number is not assigned more than once to different documents.You can ensure this for example, by using different number ranges for each document type.

I have an installation SAP R/3 Enterprise.
I have to present the intrastat declaration and i would like to use ENGR transaction.
I have a problem with the format file that SAP generates through the step 3 of that transaction.
I have seen that there are some differences between the lenght of my file and what the (on-line) intrastat software waits.
looking for the OSS notes i've found a note that seems useful for my truble (619301), but my support package level already supports that note, so i have to solve in another way.
Can you help me suggesting me another note or onother way?

1) The SAP flow of the VAT invoice is same as a normally sales flow in SAP?
Yes, it will be same. Sales order, delivery and (VAT) Invoice.
2) The VAT invoice must be done in the GTS, but not in SAP?
Yes, You must print the VAT invoice from GTS. It is mandatory.
3) We just export a normally invoice (with tax) into GTS, not need any other special document, right
Yes, You just export the invoice into GTS.
2 more questions:
1) By following SAP help for China, it says we can print the VAT invoice in SAP.
Standard SAP doesnu2019t support 100 % of the requirement. So it is better you should have the interface between SAP and GTS.
But you suggest us export the invoice and create the VAT invoice in GTS.
So could you give more detail information?
Once you create the SAP invoice in VF01, you have to export the invoice into GTS. Technical people have to create a new report (ALE list). In this report you can select the SAP invoices, then the selected invoices will be exported to GTS.
Technical people have to specify Maximum amount per VAT invoice 99999 RMB. If one SAP invoice exceeds this limit, then the System will automatically print another VAT invoice.
They will also maintain the Maximum line items per invoice (Max 8 items per Invoice).
When you export the SAP invoices, the system will create and save one text document . In this text document, the system has Customer name, VAT registration number, Address and telephone of buyer, Bank name and bank account of buyer, Material Number or Material Description, Qauntity.Amount, Tax rate, Tax amount.
From the Text document, you have to print the VAT invoice from GTS. As i mention, this text document has Customer name, VAT registration number etc.
Once you print the VAT invoice , then Import invoice information which is exported from GTS to SAP.VAT invoice number will be written into header text of accounting document.
2) If we are using the INT for the char of accounts, can we still exprot data into the GTS?
I donu2019t know about this. I think you can export data into GTS .

Transaction MRKO for Italy

Hi all
My customer has a subsidiary in Italy. We have setup for the whole group a vendor consignment process, using standard MRKO transaction for the invoice settlement (self billing). It appears that such a process (standard one) is not compliant with the Italian law.
Does anyone have documentation on the process to be setup for Italy in the vendor consignment area.
- other process to be setup?
- special customizing?
- userexits or additional program development?
I can imagine that a lot af Italian SAP customers have the same issue.

Formal requirements for self-billing
The invoice must indicate that the self invoice is being issued by the customer on behalf
of the supplier.
Furthermore, under certain conditions, the self invoice also can be issued by a third party.
However, if such party is resident outside EU, and, in particular, in a country which does
not have a signed agreement with Italy for reciprocal assistance for VAT purposes, some
additional requirements have to be met, wherein the Italian supplier:
must communicate in advance to the Tax Authorities that he is a trusted taxpayer;
(ii) has begun the activity for at least five years;
(iii) has not received, in the last five years, any notification about VAT violations by the

Reason why they might black list a card is possibly you call in for alot of fradulent purchases

Unable to add account to Outlook 2010 for email address under custom domain

I am unable to add a new account in Outlook 2010 for an email account set up under a custom domain.
Can anyone explain why login credentials that work for outlook.com (successful access to email inbox) return an authentication failure (401 error) when used to test connectivity via https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com?

I set up a custom domain at https://domains.live.com and did the following DNS configuration steps at my web hosting company following instructions from domains.live.com:
Created custom MX record
Created CNAME record [name:] autodiscover.jrergonomics.com [value:] autodiscover.outlook.com.
I created email addresses at domains.live.com > jrergonomics.com > Member accounts and tested by successfully logging in to outlook.com.
When I try to add either account to Outlook 2010, I get a popup box with this information:

I use a Win7 PC with iCloud and Outlook 2010 for syncing my calendar and contacts. I can enter data in my Outlook Calendar and it will appear in iCloud, but data entered in iCloud does not sync back to Outlook. ICloud syncs to my iphone fine both ways.

I use Win 7 PC with iCloud and Outlook 2010 for syncing my Contacts and Calendar. They have stopped syncing...mostly.
Now, appointments I enter on my local Outlook (iCloud) Calendar goes up to iCloud fine. But, data I enter on iCloud directly does not come down to my local Outlook iCloud Calendar. If I reboot the computer, the iCloud data shows up.
Also, Contacts I try to enter on my Outlook (iCloud) Contacts goes up to iCloud fine, but does not show up in my local iCloud Contacts.
All syncing works with my iPhone.
I have signed out of iCloud on PC. I have stopped syncing and re-started. No change.
I have an .aplzod folder for iCloud. I have a separate Earthlink.net.pst email account in Outlook and a me.com.pst Outlook email account (which I don't actually use) listed under Data Files.
Any help would be appreciated. Curious that Outlook will upload to iCloud but not receive downloads unless I reboot. However, rebooting does not download the missing Contacts.

You've started off with some good troubleshooting steps, so let's see if we can take this a little further and figure out what the issue is with your iCloud contacts and calendars. I have two articles here that will help you troubleshoot this issue a little further, but the troubleshooting steps for both articles are exactly the same, so I will lay those out for you here:
Note: When using iCloud Control Panel 2.0 and later, iCloud Calendar event descriptions in Outlook 2010 do not support text formatting (bold, italics, or underline), HTML, images, or attachments. The contextual (right-click) menu has also been disabled.
If you are having trouble with a PC (with Outlook 2007 or 2010) and iCloud Calendar, try each of these steps, testing after each to see if the issue is resolved:
Verify that you are using a Windows configuration that is supported by iCloud. For more information, see iCloud system requirements.
When enabling Calendars in the iCloud Control Panel, part of the setup process is to copy your Calendars data from the default Outlook ".pst" file to iCloud, and then remove the Calendars from the ".pst" file by placing them in the Deleted Items folder in Outlook. The Calendars data is then stored in the iCloud data set within Outlook so that changes can be pushed to and from Outlook by iCloud. Be sure you are looking for your data within the iCloud dataset within Outlook after enabling Calendars in the iCloud Control Panel. The deleted files can be seen by viewing Deleted Items within your Outlook Folder List. This is not iCloud removing your data; iCloud simply copies your data into the iCloud data set and then removes the local Calendars data by placing it in the Deleted Items folder.
Make sure your computer is online. Attempt to view www.apple.com and iCloud.com. If you can't connect to the Internet, your iCloud calendars and events will not update in Outlook. Click here for more information about troubleshooting your Internet connection.
Open a secure website to test if you are online as is necessary for iCloud Calendar. This also tests if the ports 80 and 443 are accessible. Outlook requires port 443 access to iCloud in order to push and pull updates to and from the iCloud Calendar servers.
Verify that your iCloud member name is entered into the iCloud Control Panel pane. See iCloud Setup for more information about setting up iCloud on Windows.
Completely close and reopen the iCloud Control Panel.
If you recently made changes in Outlook and they are not moving to your other devices or vice-versa, click the Refresh button in Outlook.
Turn iCloud Calendar off and back on:
Close Outlook.
Open the Windows Control Panel:
In Windows 8, move the pointer to the upper-right corner of the screen to show the Charms bar, click the Search charm, and then click the iCloud Control Panel on the left.
In Windows 7 and Vista, choose Start menu > All Programs > iCloud > iCloud.
Remove the checkmark in the checkbox next to Mail, Contacts, Calendars & Tasks, and click Apply. Wait a few seconds, then replace the checkmark, and click Apply.
Open Outlook and test to see if the issue has been resolved.
Ensure the iCloud Outlook Add-in is active within Outlook.
Outlook 2010:
Open Outlook 2010.
Click the File menu.
Click Options in the left panel of the Outlook window.
Click Add-Ins in the left panel of the Outlook Options window.
Look at the list of add-ins beneath "Active Application Add-Ins" and verify that the "iCloud Outlook Add-in" is listed.
For Outlook 2007, follow these steps to verify the iCloud Outlook Add-in is active
Open Outlook 2007.
From the Tools menu, choose Trust Center.
Select Add-ins from the left column.
Look at the list of add-ins beneath "Active Application Add-Ins" and verify that the "iCloud Outlook Add-in" is listed.
For additional information about managing Add-ins with Microsoft Outlook, see this Microsoft support document.
Restart your computer. This may sound simple, but it does reinitialize your network and application settings and can frequently resolve issues.

Error while uploading .xml file for Customer/Vendor List for Italy

Hi All,
We are facing problem while uploading the .xml file in DMEE transaction for the new Customer/Vendor List for Italy.
We have followed the entire process given in the OSS Note(1090857).
We have SAP 4.6c and followed the below steps:
1. Created ID-FI-IT Development class
2. Added domains
3. Added Data elements
4. Tried to upload the given .xml file and got any error saying ".xml file could not be interpreted".
Also there is a .SAR file mentioned to upload if we receive any errors while uploading .xml file.
Tried uploading the .SAR file also. STill we are recieving the same Error.
Can any one of you help us out.

Ok, we upload .SAR file in this way:
1. unpack .SAR file with SAPCAR.EXE program. Yuo obtain 2 files
R492445.P9C and K492445.P9C
2. put K492445.P9C in directory \SAPMNT\TRANS\COFILES and put R492445.P9C in directory \SAPMNT\TRANS\DATA of your system (DEV, TST or PRD)
3. Use Tx STMS. If You want create DMEE tree in DEV system, go to DEV import queue. Choose menu Extras | Other requests | Add. Insert P9CK492445 in Transp. request field.
4. Import the request. This creates the DMEE tree. You don't need ti upload XML file after. You can see the DMEE tree created with Tx DMEE and inserting
Tree type UMS1
Format tree IT_CUST_VEN_LIST
5. after continue follow the note

Hi all. We have implemented a new company code for italy. Business is now requiring several country specific reporting, namely the intrastat and EC sales reporting. I tried going through some documentation but there are several reports available for intrastat, so i am not getting the whole picture or which report(s) i should be using. Does anyone know the sap note which describes the full intrastat reports or have any similar documentation?
