Vault Messages Won't Go away

Hello all,
I recently deleted all of my vaults. However whenever I fire up Aperture, it keeps showing the following message on the startup screen.
"Items not yet stored in a vault" It then lists the number of folders, pictures etc.
Aperture is probably thinking that there is still a vault. How do I make this message go away?

that's the default message regardless if a vault is used or not

Inconsistencies error message won't go away

On the MacBook Pro, running os x 1.4.9
I keep getting the warning about syncing time delay due to "Inconsistencies in your sync information for Calendars were detected". i don't use iSync and i don't have an iMac account, so i don't CARE.
But the message won't go away. What do i have to nuke to make it stop? it's incrediobly annoying, as it pops up every few seconds.
MacBook Pro Intel, powerbook g4, G3 Mac OS X (10.4.9)

finally tried pressing both power buttons at once forcing restart & the error went away... should have tried this before !

Mysterious e-mail message won't go away ...

There is a e-mail message that continually pops up every time I start up mail and every time I send a message. It's a previous e-mail I sent from one of my accounts to another for backup reasons, but it won't go away. I delete it, and it reappears in my in box later whenever I try to send another message.
Can someone help me escape this loop?

I understand your frustration, but it's not always reasonable to expect Apple to fix problems beyond their control. There are lots of ways to set up mail servers and Apple has no more access to the configurations for the servers you use than you do. Mail works, in my case, with both Exchange 2007 and various iMap servers, so I'm sure your problem isn't ubiquitous.
When you have things that don't work together and they both want to point fingers at each other, the best thing to do is to gather all the information that's pertinent and supply it to both sides. Have you asked the mail system administrators about the details of their system, what software they're running, version, protocols, and ports? Apple can't possibly know those details.

HT4356 HP printer error message won't go away

I've been printing from iPad to HP Envy with non-HP cartridges for years with no problems. Now the "non-HP cartridges installed" error message on printer won't go away when I hit OK. iPad reads this as "printer is out of ink." Rebooting didn't help.

Since updating my iPhone 5c on iOS 7.1.1, trust computer message won't go away

I didn't have this problem until I updated to 7.1 & also updating to 7.1.1. Before then I was able to plug in my phone to any computer & charge it & transfer pics & videos with no problem. Now the "Do you trust this computer?" Question constantly comes up & no matter how many times I click on "trust" it won't go away. Just keeps popping up. Anyone else with this problem? Thanks!

HP A 909a ink error message won't go away

"replace yellow cartridge" message. Have replaced twice with HP product. Still getting message- of course printer will not print, bought brand new replacement cartridge- getting same error message. I have shut down, removed all the cartridges, etc , but still get the same message. Unit won't even print in black and white. What a POS! not even 2 years old yet.

Major Problem w/YouMail APP Message won't GO Away... HELP PLEASE, Can't Use Phone

I tried to download YouMail from BB App world on my BB Curve 8330, it downloaded and I have a message on my phone that will not go away when I click on OK... the message reads: "
The application YouMail has attempted to open a connection to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by you IT policy" then there is an OK button... I have clicked on this and nothing happens, I have tried several battery pulls and still nothing. Right now my phone is unable to be used. It is stuck. Over an hour trying to fix so I came here hoping for some help. Thanks.

Every time I open Itunes or plug in my Ipod or Ipad I get an error message that the registery settings for burning cds and dvds are missing and to reinstall Itunes. i've done this several times but the message won't go away.

Every time I plug my Ipod Nano or Ipad 2 into my computer I get the same error message. It says that registery settings are missing for importing burning cds and dvds due ot other burning software and to untinstall itunes and reinstall Itunes. I've done this several times and I'm not having any trouble importing cds at all and I can't make the message go away. It always comes up before Itunes will open.

I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

ICloud error message won't go away

Can't open iMovie - error message won't go away

The error message reads "The movie File "Pierce Struts" cannot be found. Without this file, the movie cannot play properly."
And then I either click Cancel or Search.
I've tried everything and can't get this error message to stop. It won't let me open iMovie. Help.

reproduce is easy. anytime i click to open an attachment or a pdf file.
it won't open. comes up with notice that adobe acrobat has stopped
working and the program will close. I can go to READER AND OPEN THE
FILE BUT NOT FROM ACROBAT X PRO. RATHER SILLY.

Messages won't go away. Help me!

So I have these 7 messages, all the same, sent at received at the same time, in my Inbox. they are Junk from:
Mail Delivery System" and the subject reads:"Undelivered mail returned to sender"
I delete them, check ANY other mailbox, and when I return to Inbox tehre they are again...
I tried the delete button, emptying trash, nothing seems to et rid of them... any preferences I can trash? I got rid of them from the server, but they seem to be in my machine somewhere...
Suggestions?

Wene i Tunes starts it displays a panel saying "there is no disk in drive, insert a disk in the drive" . Options are "cancel", "try again" "continue"
NO matter which option I choose the message comes back again and again making it impossibe to do anything in the applications.
I can't see any reason why it should be looking for a disk
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Brand new mx492 remove protective material message won't go away. error 1890

I've turned it on and off, and opened and closed all the doors several times.
I don't see any protective material.
How can I clear the message, or where else should I look.

Just a small correction: my "old Vista machine" had, as I now belatedly remember, been upgraded to Windows 7. My copy of Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard ran without any registration problems under both Vista and Windows 7.

"Do Not Disconnect" Message Won't Go Away

I have the new iPod video and I also have the new iMac. When I had a PC, I'd never had this problem but now I do: After I eject my ipod, the "do not disconnect" message continues to appear as if it's still updating. I have ejected it using iTunes, Finder, the Desktop, EVERYTHING and the message still remains. Then when I try to disconnect it, the "device removal" error shows up. How can I fix this problem!?!?!
When I had my PC, my iPod would automatically eject after it was done updating. Someone please help! This is my third iPod video and I hope this one isn't faulty as well! Thanks.

Hello, and welcome to the Apple Discussions!
Let's try a restore of the iPod to the factory settings...
Restore your iPod using the latest iPod Updater.
Important: Please note that restoring an iPod will erase all songs and files on your iPod and restore it back to its original settings. Make a backup of any files on your iPod before restoring it. After restoring, you can transfer your music and files from your computer back to your iPod again.
First get the iPod updater, available for free on the Apple website (http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/).
Once you have downloaded that software, open the application, plug in your iPod and click "Restore". This will take a minute, after the ROM chip in the iPod has flashed, you will see the iPod screen, and there will be no music on the iPod. It is as if the iPod is new. Connect the iPod once again to your Mac, and run iTunes.
You will most likely have to re-enter a name for the iPod and go through the basic iPod setup again; and then your music will Sync.
