VBFA Correction Program

Hello SAP Gurus,
Is there any program to correct VBFA entries. Because even though a delivery is deleted but still it is appearing in the document flow. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,
try program RVDELSTA in transaction code SE38, firstly in simulation mode then eliminate the flag of simulation. Or you can use same thing with this program WS_CORR_VBFA_LIEF_01.

Document flow correction program

Hi,
Does anybody know of a standard SAP correction program for the document flow table VBFA.
We have a delivery in doc. flow that does not exist otherwise in the system and would like to correct this.

Hi,
You can do it indirectly in SAP using '/h' debugging.
1)Go to Se11
2) Go and view the entries for the recoed that you wnat to change.
3) In the display screen OK code box thpe '/h' and press enter.
4) In the Debugging screen You check / see the value for the variable "CODE". It will be "SHOW".
Change the variable value to "EDIT" and save that variabe value.
5) Then the entries will be changed as Editable in the screen fields. You can change the values.
NOTE : This is not advisible to change any foreign key related table. We can use it for emergency purposes.
I will let you know the correction program if I finds.

Purchase order status tab(header data) field correction program

Hi,
Is there any correction program to correct status tab header details(purchase order - ME23N) ?
There is a mismatch between order quantity,delivered quantity & still to deliver quantity, I want to correct these data.
Please respond, if any thing can be done.

Be careful,
I have never heard of this being worng, however, sometimes it LOOKS wrong.
For instance you can have
ordered 100
delivered 90
still to deliver 0
(Due to the use of the delivery completed indicator)
You can also have
Ordered 100
Delivered 90
still to deliver 0
(due to the fact that one of the items was flagged as not GR relevant)
So you really MUST make sure that the data is incorrect before you consider any action.
this would be the first time in 17 years that I have ever heard of this data being worng (and that would be across MILLIONS of POs)

Correction program Z_DEL_POTCRT_WITHOUT_REPOBJ

I am uprading the CRM system from 5.0 to 2007. on oracle 10g and Solaris platform.
i faced a problem with the middleware, where during solving an issue, I have gone through the note 611387. which says i have to go for the SNOTE for fetchng the correction program Z_DEL_POTCRT_WITHOUT_REPOBJ.
there i am not able to get it. where RFC connections are fine.
please do the needful.

Create an empty program, save it and download the note.

Reinstall PSE 6 to correct Program Error?

Windows XP-Pro (SP3): I recently installed PSE 6 after uninstalling PSE 3. It's a registered version and I have the CD. All is fine except the Clone Stamp is not working, I get a Program Error message. Can I just reinstall PSE 6 for trying to correct it and is there a proper way of doing it? I noticed that in my Program Files there are some PSE 3 remnants. Also I have Photoshop CS (8.0) installed.

I still get this message "Could not use the clone stamp tool because of a program error" when I move the clone brush (21px) to an area to be cloned and then click on it. And I just noticed that the Spot Healing Brush and Eraser do not function either although they do not give me a Program Error message. Cookie cutter selection and usage works fine. I have not tried the Red Eye Removal tool.

New to Mac and I am looking for a good app to process labels for envelopes. Used to use the Printmaster program on the PC side. Wondering if "Pages" Iis the correct program to buy of is there another option. Thank you.

I was wondering if the Pages app was the right choice to do the labels etc. I understand that pages I'd a word processing app but I was unable to tell if it could do what I was looking for. The Contacts application will print envelopes and is already on your iMac. See this Apple article for information on how to do it.

Creation of new Print Program & Variant for new Correspondence Type created

Dear Friends,
I have created 2 new Correspondence Types in SAP as SAP61 (Vendor Debit Note) & SAP62 (Vendor Credit Note) by copying SAP09 (Internal Document) properties like itu2019s Name of the print program - RFKORD30 & Name of variant - SAP09.
We are facing problem when we execute print program in F.64 for SAP09 it is coming same like SAP61 or SAP62. Actual script & print values of SAP09 are replaced by SAP61 or SAP62.
Please suggest us how we can differentiate both SAP09 & SAP61/62. Because we use these correspondences for different purposes like SAP09 gives the information for the Line items in the Document whereas SAP61/62 gives the information of vendor line item weather it is debit or credit entry.

Check 'Form ID' field in this IMG transaction against the program and form that you have created.
I am assuming there are 2 lines with same entries but different form IDs.
Or there are 2 lines with the same entries but different CoCodes (seem to remember that the CoCode is not taken into account as a key in certain programs - not logical i know but remembered a previous issue I had many moons ago - could be to do with the blank entry for CoCode field if there is one being picked up by the program before the entry that has your CoCode).
Now check the variant attached and Form ID in step 'Created new program variants in SA38'
Ensure the correct program and variant are attached in step OB78.
My assumption is Form ID is the key.

Payment program F110 msg FZ618

When multiple payment documents does NOT have a payment method, the payment program F110 will stop any checks over 100K and displays message FZ618: > Payment amount is not within the limits allowed ( 0 - 99,999.00 ).
But when the payment document has a C, it will allow multiple payment documents to be combined into a check over 100k, this is NOT what we want. They want to continue to supply a payment method in the document and so we need to change the program to not allow checks over 100k no matter what the payment method is in the vendor or document.
Is the program that we need to change LF11MF01? Or what is the correct program we need to modify?

Solution: FBZP, add value to distribution amount in payment method by company code.

How many times a program has been run?

Is there a transaction or table or something that tracks how many times a program has been run? The number of times the program has been run plus using the programs' attributes for last changed would help me a lot. We need this for an archiving study to determine of the client has set up the configuration correctly since they went live and have been executing the correct programs. Thanks and mucho rewards if someone has an answer. FYI - I have done a forum search and could find nothing on this topic. I have looked at the tables TADIR and no help, as well as transaction STAT.

I know ST03N transaction can be used extensively to determine how the programs were executed or even to know who all are using a particular transaction...
I tried to find if we can find the number of executions of a program through this transaction, I could not find myself...
try if you can find it through this tcode.

I do not have the correct version of the flash player, but when I follow the steps to download it, it still doesn't work in Firefox. (It does work in Internet Explorer)

Every time I click on a video icon, the response I get is that I cannot play the clip because I do not have the correct flashplayer. However, when I click to download it, nothing changes. I even tried disabling my security setting but it still did not work. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting help was too complicated for me to figure out. Is there something basic I can do to make firefox work? It does work on Internet explorer, so obviously the correct program is in my computer - it just won't work on firefox.

IE uses a different version of Flash than other browsers use.
1.Download the Flash setup file from here: 
[http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe Adobe Flash - Plugin version]. 
Save it to your Desktop. 
2. Close Firefox using File > Exit 
then check the Task Manager > Processes tab to make sure '''firefox.exe''' is closed,

3. Then run the Flash setup file from your Desktop.

1099 report- program RFTW0010/RFTW0020

Hello All
I am facing some issues with the 1099 reporting. We have many vendors that were setup incorrectly as 1099 vendors. A lot of documents have been posted to them. I deleted the withholding tax information and ran the correction program RFTW0010 and then ran the 1099 report S_P00_07000134 - Generic Withholding Tax Reporting but this report still shows all the documents already posted.
Looks like the only way for me to fix this, is to go and remove the withholding tax information from each line. This is not possible. Is there a solution for this? what is the use of these programs? they only update the with WITH_TAX tables and fix a vendor going forward right?
Does SAP not have a solution for this?
When do I run the program RFTW0010 vs RFTW0020.

Hi,
The 2 reports mentioned by you viz., RFTW0010/RFTW0020 are to be used when you are changing the vendor master and then wants to correct the line items posted to be in sink with the changed vendor master.
I guess, in your instant case also, the report RFTW0020 is relevant, is you have changed the code and report RFTW0010 is relevant is you have changed the WT Type.

After installing Firefox 4 Beta I am no longer able to open my Firefox 3. Even when I double click the firefox.exe in the correct progam folder it continues to open Firefox 4 Beta instead of 3.

Opening from the Programs list doesn't work, from the windows search bar doesn't work, and directly opening the Firefox.exe in the correct program folder doesn't work either.
I only got it to open once: upon first installing Firefox 4 Beta I asked it to pin it to the Windows 7 taskbar (it did not). My Firefox 3 program was still pinned to the taskbar however. So through that button I was able to open Firefox 3. But since then I have unpinned Firefox 3 and have pinned the Firefox 4 Beta to the taskbar instead. Now I can't get it to point back to Firefox 3.

what a pain! However, the solution is to simply install the Add-On "Autofill Forms". I'm not certain why Mozilla didn't automatically install the add-on as most of us rely on this feature. It's definitely not a good enough reason to uninstall and reinstall an earlier version and this version has some neat features

we need to customize automatic payments with payment way T (standard outgoing transfers) for Portugal
and we need to be customized with the correct program to create a DME file.
Has anyone experiece with portuguese banking settings (maybe standards?) for this issue?
For Spain there is program RFFOES_T which generates a standard file (spanish norm CSB 34-1)

Firefox keeps asking me what program to use to open file types even though I have selected one and checked "do this for all files of this type" going foward

I am working in Windows and every time I open an attachment, Firefox asks what program to use to open files of this type. I always select the proper program and then check the box that says use this program for all future files of this type. In spite of that, the program continues to ask for every file. How do I turn off this feature and just have the program remember the correct program to use for each type of file extension?

Regardless of your download preferences, web servers can trigger a download prompt by sending either the ''Content-Type: application/octet-stream'' or the ''Content-Disposition: attachment'' header. You can check if that's the case by examining the server response headers in the [https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Tools/Web_Console Web Console].
For the latter problem install the InlineDisposition add-on and see if it helps.

Desktop Manager program for Blackberry 7290 to sync to MacBook Pro

I just bought a new MacBook Pro computer. I am trying to sync my trusty old Blackberry 7290 but can not find a Desktop Manager program that works. Can anyone help me find the correct program to load so I can sync my Blackberry with my Mac?

The device doesn't meet the minimum requirements then. Your Mac OS version can be found by clicking the Apple symbol in the top left corner then choosing About This Mac. The BlackBerry OS version can be found under Options | About. I either of those is less that what's listed in the KB article then you won't be able to use DM for the Mac.
Before Desktop Manager was available for the Mac people used PocketMac.
