VBIOS for MSI R9 280X Gaming 3G

Is there a vbios update for my card?
Struggling with screen flickers and hopefully an update may help

Try disabling CPU core parking as some users reported that it solves such flicker issues:

Hi,
I have the annoying problem with my new video card: a screen is periodically blinking in 2D. Probably that problem already solved in a newest BIOS?
I have to use "Legacy" mode because of my PC does not start otherwise.
Related hardware: MB: MSI P67A-GD65 B3 (BIOS 1.19), CPU: i7-2600K, Monitor: HP ZR2440w (DP connection).

Decompress the attached .rar archive with Winrar: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
Create a bootable usb stick (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=165175.0).
Then unpack the previously provided archive (xxx.rar) and put the included file (TVxxxxx.zzz) on that stick.
Rename TVxxxxx.zzz to zzz.rom.
Put the atiflash.exe from: https://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/2306/atiflash-4-17/
on the USB stick too. Now boot from the stick.
Type atiflash -p -f -noaper 0 zzz.rom [ENTER] and let it flash the vbios. -

3.) If we need to check if thier is a more recent version. We can check your Vbios in one of two ways.
A.) Upload a copy of your current vbios somewhere and give us a link. You can save a copy of your vbios using >>GPU-Z<<.
B.) You can also just use NVFLASH >>Download NVFLASH for windows<<
Syntax:
nvflash /v >rep.txt [ENTER]
This will copy all of the information we need into a txt file you will fine in the folder in which you placed nvflash.
4.) Be aware that gpu-z screenshots or what gpu-z reads out as bios version are NOT of any use for identifying the required vbios version. While it doesn't hurt to add those when S/N and an actual copy of the vbios are also supplied simply just adding screenshots or version readouts will not get you any further and us having to ask for the required informations. -

Staff would like to help, first of all sorry for my english, I'm from Brazil.
I wonder what is the latest VBIOS for the model MSI R9 270X Gaming 2G?

Yeah, you provided the wrong S/N... It IS 602-V303-03SB and not 602-V303-02SB as you said, no wonder the confusion (and although I already asked..). Hence you have a regular Gaming and the provided vbios is definitely correct. If there is a switch on the card it is to switch between legacy and UEFI/GOP vbios (no middle position). -

REQUEST UEFI GOP VBIOS FOR MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G
Hi, MSI Fast Boot is enabled but my boot time is still around 15~20 sec. Before the windows screen i can see some code in the bottom right corner of the screen (b4, a2). It could be because of the outdated vbios (i think...)
Could you check if there is any update for my card, please?

my rom has attached.
Thanks!Quote

the codes are normal
if you want to speedup the boot process,
you have to Enable Win8 Features in BIOS Setup
and then to reinstall OS in UEFI Mode -
