Reference of sales area in follow-up action of sales support

Hello Experts,
our client need to create a follow-up action from a contact (sales support document) in reference of a billing document.
In the follow-up action the system takes automatically the sales area of the contact and leaves these field unchangable.
Because of internal reasons contact and billing document can have diferent sales area, especifically the sector can vary, as they have a comon sector 00 for all sales documents. The sales area of the follow-up action should always be the same as in the billing document. But in case of diferent sales areas the system does not permit the reference to the billing document.
What can we do to make the system take the sales area from the reference document and not from the contact?
I would be very greatful for your help!

Need full model number and Intel HD version (4000, 4600?) and which port you are using. Generally HDMI output is capped at full HD; 1920 x 1080.

Will the T4i AV out support monitoring audio as a movie is being shot?

I'm using a T4i to shoot videos and wonder if the AV out will support monitoring the audio as it's being recorded by pluging in a head phone with correct plugs/adaptors, etc.?

The AV Out terminal is not designed to allow audio monitoring during a movie shoot.

Sorting out after sales support

Apple have sent me a return package for a defective ipod. The box was delivered whilst I was away on business. The deliverer stated that collection would be the next day - as it was a working day no one was available - surprise! I am now back at my home address and have the return package BUT cannot find any way of arranging a collection. There is no way of contacting apple other than this medium. They also claim that they are going to charge me for not returning in time. Is there anyone on this forum who can tell me how to fix this otherwise Apple's after sales support is in danger of becoming a byword for disaster.

Hi all,
I am in very need of your inputs
I have to take a certification among Sales/Pre sales/Support.
For Pre sales we have "BI EE Presales"," Oracle BI Applications" and "Performance Management (PM) Apps Presales Champion " options. All these options are also avaliable for Sales with Presales being replaced by Sales in the course name. For Support "General Support Consultant " and "Hyperion Support Consultant " are avaialble. Could anyone of you pls pls throw some light on what exactly does the Pre sales/Sales/Support mean in this context? I need your response very badly.

Yuo haven't given us a link to see what actually the titles are? A snippet picked can have a very different meaning when combined with the entire thing. Are these courses offered from Oracle? I guess Sales and Support should be clear. Pre Sales , AFAIK , are the guys whose job is to go and "break the ice" before the actual sales people can go and fix the deal while negotiating the price. Pre sales guys are sent to go and tell/show why one should buy the product that they are trying to sell throwing away the product that they are already using. So their job is not jst to go and say, hey use oracle , its damn good but to go and show, hey you are using XYZ dabatabase, let me tell you why Oracle db is better than this technically! So the presales guys are highly technical guys , yet they work as a sales team/guys.
Hope that would make some things clear. If it didn't, as I mentioned , post the link page where these titles are mentioned. May be looking at that someone would be ableto give a better answser.

Bangalore, India - Printer after sales support is non existent

This is a rant about terrible after sales support in Bangalore, India from your authorized reseller.
We purchased a new photosmart plus recently after the older HP laserjet 3055 conked out. The older printer was to be repaired while we also agreed to purchase a new photosmart plus.
Its been a month since the laserjet was taken away for a suspected motherboard failure - we havent received it back yet.
And the photosmart plus: we've been facing repeated cartridge changes. The black ink cartridge is either unavailable or the service center is just lax in following up on our requests.
This forum post is just the culmination of a week full of calls and threats to the reseller - systech to send us cartridges and return the older laserjet.
At the moment - we've stopped all printing (4 days now) and terribly harried!

Having said that, Prime Infrastructure allows the system user to add custom SNMP polling templates, which can then be used for polling any SNMP based values from any SNMP enabled device. Wlan doesn't support monitor mode

I'm new in the Arch's world and today I installed Arch on my MacBookAir 4.2 and I installed wifite but when I try to change the wl in "monitor mode" the wl crashes and I must restart the wl.

As far as i know the wl (proprietary broadcom driver) doesn't support monitor/injection.
But the Mac80211 alternatives might. If they support the wifi chip in your MacBook.
From experience with a friends MBP it didn't yet support his broadcom so had to use WL to get basic network connectivity and used an Dual-band(2.4Ghz/5Ghz) 2x2 11n/ac USB dongle for his monitor/injection needs.

Seems alot of us are having wifi, bt problems; can they offer some new solutions other then those offered through support bulletins several months old that dont seem to apply to this newest upgrade?????

It is not so much about what Apple do right away or answer in the Discussions it is about what they do to get the info to a wide an audience as possible.
The upshot is that they do Monitor the Discussion in various forms.
Some info finds it's way in to Articles like the first link.
Other things get tested for future releases of the OS that Developers and others can try out.
The issue with that is that whoever is doing the testing concentrates on the bits they want to work and know how it works before any changes.
There are of course other examples dotted about.

MacBook Pro mid-2010 15-inch Supports Monitor at 720p but not 1080p

MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010)
Processor: 2.53 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Startup Disk: Macintosh HD
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 256 MB
I am attempting to connect my MBP to a new Asus VE278Q, 27inch 1920x1080. I use a mini-display port to HDMI monoprice cable. I can connect at 720p and the display looks fine. When I switch to 1080p the monitor flickers and turns to snow within a few seconds. My parents' 2013 MBP, using the same cable, can connect to the monitor and display perfectly.
The technical specs for a mid-2010 MBP say that it can support "up to 2560 by 1600 pixels on an external display." It should be able to support this monitor easily. I have also tried to connect it to a Sony 1080p TV, where it registered as black screen.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Is there something wrong with my graphics card?
