Vendor Blocked for Local Purchase Organization

Hi,
I have checked the vendor details in SRM and ECC. The vendor is not locked in SRM & ECC, still the User is getting the Error message that Vendor Blocked for Local Purchase Organization.
Please suggest.
Regards,
Lovkesh

Hello,
To prevent a shopping cart being created with blocked vendors, you shall
make an implementation in BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI. This badi is called for
each refresh of ITS screen. Here
Call FM BBP_ITEM_GETDETAIL by supplying IV_DOC_GUID
The FM will return among others a table E_PARTNER.
select  the corresponding partner related to E_PARTNER from table BUT000
Check weather the BUT000-XBLCK and E_PARTNER are matching
If yes, Fill ET_MESSAGES with an error message.
I hope this information help.
Thanks and regards,
Gaurav

  • Local Purchasing Organization in extended classic scenario SRM 4.0

    Hi all,
I have tried to make settings for updating vendor master records. I used the following path in IMG.
SAP Implementation Guide > SRM Server > Technical Basic Settings > Settings for Vendor Synchronisation > Define Settings for Each Backend System
There i wanted to make the entries for: Order, LogSystem, Flag in NoBEPchOrg and Local Purchasing Org. For the Local Purchasing Org. field i could not select any entries.
My question now is how can I check if there is any local purchasing organization maintained. In the EBP Organizational Structure I have set the flag for the purchasing organization and have entered in the "corresponds to" the number of my purchasing organization from the backend and i have selected the SRM-System in the next field.
    Best regards,
    Bernd

In the organization structure, under function tab leave the corresponds to field blank

  • Excise duty in the Pricing Procedure for Local Purchase / Importation

    Hi,
I'd like to know how to set up the pricing procedure for the purchase of an IS Oil Material; for local purchase and importation, especially with regards to the excise duty posting.
Local purchase:  the vendor will bill us inclusive of the ED tax he previously paid, so the tax is just passed on to us..  My receiving location has ED paid status. In the PO item, we need to see this price (inclusive of tax) in the net price field.
Importation:  the vendor only bills us the cost of the material.  When we received the fuel, we paid ED tax to local tax authorities.
I know that both in these scenarios, the system has to determine the excise duty.
My questions are (1) how do you set up the excise duty condition type  in the pricing procedure(or do they have to be maintained in the pricing procedure?) ?   and (2)  how do you set up this condition type in the config?
Thank you and hoping for your immediate feedback.
    zccr

    Hi,
You can use same pricing procedure
put 4 in subtotal in pricing procedure against the Discounr or freight cond
    and in taxinn
BASb ALTCBV 362 and for jmop 363
But this will work only if same  discount or freight value is in IV as that given in PO
if freing value changes in IV then its a problem
This is SAP bug, and SAP workes in that way only, freight value should be same in PO and IV
    other solution
in taxinn create tax code like v8 vat 4% for 003 tax clasification
in ftxp create tax code V8 desc vat 4%
in fv11 for jvrd put 4
and at the time of IV put this tax code for freight amount
and for regular material value V1 tax code
this will work only if u have used acess seq MWST instead of JTAX pr JST1
    hope this helps

  • VENDOR BLOCK FOR PO,GRN & INVOICE

    Hi All,
We want to block vendors for Purchasing ,GRN ( Old PO) & INVOICE
We have done the setting in XK05 for the vendor Posting Block for all company code & purchasing block for all purchasing organisation & block function Total block
Now it is not allowing us to make PO , but GRN is stilll possible for old PO.
How to restict the same ?
    Thanks in advance.
    Rajesh

    hi,
You can block the vendor from:
    1. VMR
    2. Source list....
If the PO is not getting generated then how the GR and IR will be made....pls check...
This is possible before making the PO....otherwise the system will allow to post the GR for the existing PO.....
If you want you can archive the PO or delete the old PO by deleting the line items...

  • Supplier shall not be provided for the purchasing organization

    Hi all,
I've got a problem with the SRM7 in the assignment of the suppliers for the SC I get the error message: Supplier shall not be provided for the purchasing organization. The latest information I have already incorporated. Can anyone help?
    Thank you for your help
    Olaf

    Hi,
If SC is created for one purchase organization; vendor must assigned to that purchase organization.
First check have you maintained R/3 PurOrg & SRM PurOrg properly. When you transfer vendors R/3 PurOrg is assigned to corresponding SRM PurOrg.
Use tcode: BBPGETVD to transfer vendors initially then use report BBP_VENDOR_SYNC to update all vendors.
You will find where all the customizing can be done on this report.
Path: SPRO->Tecnical Basic Settings->Make Settings for vendor synchronization
Else you can check table: BBPM_BUT_FRG0061 for PurOrg & Vendor mapping. Don't forget to get BP of vendor from table: BUT000.
You can refer SAP Note: 1298544-  Input of supplier data leads to an error message in 2nd step.

  • How I restrict Scheduling agreement type for specific Purchase organization.

    Hello Experts,
I have created Scheduling agreement type (ZLT). I want to restrict this agreement type for specific purchasing organization.
I have search many threads but I didn't get solution.
Is it possible through Configuration or user exit.
Kindly give me solution in details.
    Thanks,
    Ranjit Kumar.

    hi,
I don't think that there is standard configuration to restrict Purchasing document type for purchasing group. you can restrict this trough user authorization or you can make user exit development.

  • Purchasing group transacting for multiple purchasing organizations

    Hi,
I have a requirement in which i have certain purchasers defined as purchasing groups in my organizational structure. However, these purchasing groups perform sourcing transactions (e.g., bid invitation, auction) for multiple purchasing organizations. In the organizational structure, these purchasing groups are created under an organizational unit that isn't defined as a purchasing organization. They appear "free-floating" since they are not assigned to a particular purchasing organization.
In sourcing transactions (e.g., bid invitation, auction), the list of purchasing groups from which I can choose from depends on the purchasing organization I select. Is there a way to include the "free floating" purchasing groups in the drop-down list?
    Thanks and regards,
    Joy

    Hi Joy,
Its difficult to have a P.Grp with out a P.Org assignment.
    My idea would be:
Assign this P.Grp to one of the P.Orgs (lets say POrg1). Add the entire root as the responsibility of this P.Grp.
When the Purchasers in this P.Grp create a Bid Invitation, the POrg1 will be defaulted always.
At the time of saving the Bid Invitation, use the "BBP_PGRP_ASSIGN_BADI" BADI to overwrite POrg1 value with any other POrg you desire.
    You may test it out.
    Cheers,
    Akash

  • Vendor blocked for Purchasing Organisation

    Experts,
    SRM 7.0/ECC 6 (Ext classic)
User created SC and local PO was created but this PO was not transferred to ECC.
When I tried to retransfer this via SE37, RZ20 error shows "Vendor 1000 blocked for Purch Org XXX". Now the shocking finding is that this vendor i.e. 1000 is nowhere used in my PO.!! Vendor in my PO is 2000. Why is system linking a different vendor with this PO....as a result ECC PO is not getting created.
Any SAP notes for this...looks like an SAP bug.
    Thanks

    Hi Sachin,
I checked the same. Under 'Partner data' tab for vendor 2000, vendor 2000 is only maintained and same is the case for vendor 1000 as well.
Also vendor 1000 is blocked for Purch org, but why is system picking 1000 instead of 2000 for a PO which is using vendor 2000?
    Anyway I can debug this??
    Thanks

  • Questions: Vendor Account Group and Purchasing Organization

    Dear SAP experts,
I'm just a novice user and would like to have your advice on the following questions:
    1. How to change Vendor Account Group
Vendor has been created already with wrong account group. Can we change account group??
    2. How to add Purchasing Organization
Vendors have been created without purchasing organization. When we try to raise contract, error msg. mentioned that "There is no purchasing organization for this vendor number"
Can we add purchasing organization to that vendors?? If so, could you pls let me know the procedure.
    Thanks with rgds,
    Su

    Hello,
Changing Vendor Account Group is not possible. Block the wrongly created vendor (FK05) & create a new vendor under correct group (FK01). Transfer all the balances from wrong vendor to new vendor code.
Use Transaction code XK01 to extend the Vendor to purchasing organization. XK01 would allow to enter purchasing view of the vendor.

  • Vendor replication to multiple purchasing organizations in SRM

In R/3 we have extended vednors to multiple purchasing organizations. In SRM we want to keep the same structure. However, when we replicate vendors from R/3 to SRM, the vendor is only connected to one purchasing organization in SRM. Due to the amout of vendors we have, we do not want to extend vendors manually in SRM. Running BBP_GETVD for a second time does not work either. Has anybody any suggestions how to deal with this?
    Ed Muhlradt

    Hi
<u>Refer to Web page transactions - Manage Business Partners ( or Instead of BBPSTART or BBPSC01, type the transaction - BBPMAININT ) in the SRM web page.
There, you can associate multiple purchase organizations to the same vendor.</u>

  • GL account needs to block for local currency & another cur. needs to post

    Hi,
I need GL account that should block for posting in local currency, it should post other(forgien) currencies. how can i handle this scnerio.
if there is any balance,is it possiable to maintain validation.could you please let me know, how i can resolve this problem.
    Thanks in advance
    Jaya

    Hi,
Though a document is created in foreign currency, system will also update the amount in local currency based on the conversion rate given in the document or maintained in OB08 table.
If your requirement is to allow only foreign currency transaction for a GL account, then write validation with the condition that - If GL account no is XXXXX, check document currency is not equal to local currency (BKPF-WAERS).
