Vendor Invoice integration
Hello everybody,
I tried to integrate a vendor invoice via a batchinput.
And I have this error message...."Field BSEG-MWSKZ . does not exist in the screen SAPMF05A 0302"

First of all, what are the error message you got when you simulate and trying to post?
There are few things need to be checked.
1. Go to "Editing Options", check if in "General Entry Options", the "Calculate taxes on net amount" is marked or unmarked?
2. Then make sure you fill in the Tax Code in the "Basic data" at the header.
3. Make sure you also fill in the same Tax Code in the line item area.
4. You can either enter the Tax Amount yourself, or you can let the system calculate by marking the "Calculate Tax" indicator in Basic data at the header.
Try again and if still have error, please let us know the error message. Thanks.

but the following fields are not filled for instance:

....etc...
¿What kind of test / action/ SAP VIM configuration / development could i try in order to get the correct excution of vim process????

I did something similar and what I did is use the FM /OPT/VIM_START_DOC_PROCESS_EXT. The parameters I used are: ARCHIV_ID
ARCHIV_DOC_ID
CHANNEL_ID
EXTDATA_HEAD
EXTDATA_ITEM
IMG_DOC_ID
The extdata tabels are used for the "OCR" data. So you should connect to an OCR scenario and have the mapping done for OCR. If you don't have invoice data nothing will or can be filled off course.

Inbound 810 Vendor Invoice IDoc Integration
Greetings,
I need to quickly setup an inbound 810 invoice integration in a 46C ERP environment. I would like to leverage the INVOIC02 IDoc and it's accompanying ALE services to import vendor invoices into A/P. These vendors are finished goods vendors and so the invoices will be associated with NB SAP Purchase Orders. Can anybody give me some quick pointers and links on setting this up? Looking for best IDoc type, message type, process codes, mapping tips, etc..

Hi,
We are currently trying to implement our ARIBA interface for incoming vendor invoices (purchase order based invoice verifiction) and facing currently some major challanges of a business requirements to interface alternative "payment remit to" addresses of vendor invoices. Our current setting consider the data exchange via iDocs into our SAP system, but unfortunately we are unable to process any deviating "remit to" address in the incoming document. As an ARIBA private ID we indicated the combination of "company code" with "vendor number". Can anybody advise how other companies resolved this challange? Thanks for your input, Jakob KistlerHi,

Vendor Invoice IDoc integration
Hello all;
I'm familar with IDoc and ALE however I need to impleement a solution quickly to import vendor invoices (against a finished goods purchase order) via the SAP IDoc interface. I have identified IDoc INVOIC02 as my IDoc type however I'm troubling configuring the vendor in WE20 (partner profile), what would be the proper message type and process code?

PAYMENT PROCESS TO SUPPLIERS WITH SAP VENDOR INVOICE MANAGEMENT BY OPENTEXT
Hello gurus i am trying to send and write data from sap process integration to SAP vendor invoice management by OPENTEXT ,
the overall steps im trying are:
FUNCTION:
ARCHIVOBJECT_CREATE_FILE (ARC_DOC_ID)
ARCHIVE_CONNECTION INSERT (XML bound ARCDOC_ID)
/OPT/_VIM_START DOCPROCESS (VIM PROCESS INITIALIZATION)
here i expect that vim could fill the following tables:
OPT/VIM_1HEAD
OPT/VIM_ITEM
I realized some data is generated by example:
DOCID
DOCTYPE
AR_OBJECT
but the following fields are not filled for instance:
VBLN
LIFNR
....etc...
¿What kind of test / action/ SAP VIM configuration / development could i try in order to get the correct excution of vim process????

I did something similar and what I did is use the FM /OPT/VIM_START_DOC_PROCESS_EXT. The parameters I used are: ARCHIV_ID
ARCHIV_DOC_ID
CHANNEL_ID
EXTDATA_HEAD
EXTDATA_ITEM
IMG_DOC_ID
The extdata tabels are used for the "OCR" data. So you should connect to an OCR scenario and have the mapping done for OCR. If you don't have invoice data nothing will or can be filled off course.

Error Message Posting a Non-PO Vendor Invoice
The instance is ECC 6.0.
While trying to post a non-PO vendor invoice, I am getting the below error message:
"RKEAK-FIELD(12) is not an input field
Parked document could not be posted 00 S 347 RKEAK-FIELD"
Does anyone ever bumped into the same error message or have an idea what is generating the error?
The issue started happening after one of the accounts in posting (Vendor Discounts) which is a CE was changed to post to Profitability Segment in OKB9. This error was not faced earlier when the account was posting to Cost Centers.
We are using new GL and Doc Splitting functionality.Thanks for your reply.
I checked the note and it says the affected release are 3.0 D to 3.1G. But we are on ECC 6.0. Moreover, as per the note this is an issue with Tcode FB01, but I am using tcode FB60 for creating the non-PO invoice...

Wrong Vendor Invoice Posting Due To Wrong Excise Tax Code

We have created a Purchase Order as per below:

(Please note that the PO was to be created in the following fashion as the Material was excisable)

We did the Goods Receipt and the FI Document is as follows:
24340000 Paper Stock BSX 1,000.00

We did the Vendor Invoice Posting as follows:
100183 SIEGWERK INDIA PVT LTD (SICPA) KBS 1,050.00-
13110100 GR/IR-ext proc WRX 1,000.00
24638100 VAT Recoverable JP5 50.00
The Material was issued to Cost Centre
Later at the time of Excise Invoice posting, we came to know that the Tax Code in the Purchase Order was wrong. Here in our case, we have created separate Tax Code based on Excise Percentage. For example, V1 for VAT 5%, E1 for VAT %+Excise 10.3%.
To post the excise invoice, we changed the Tax Code in the Purchase Order and did the Excise Posting as follows:
24820020 CENVAT Inp SHEcess 1.00
24820000 CENVAT Inp BED 100.00
24820010 CENVAT InpEcess 2.00
13113920 CENVAT clearing 103.00-
My Question:
a. Is this the correct way?
b. What about the following FI Entries which got generated when we do the MIRO with actual Tax Code:

Here my worry is the all the postings have been made in SAP in Production Client.
The User has already done the postings for MIRO & J1IEX without informing to us, and the volume of transactions is huge.
We are in the back-log mode and at this stage, we can't go for any reversal . I am Just exploring the alternatives.
Our MM & FI Users are little bit smart, when ever they do some mistake, they simply say "we will pass a JV" and we are not able to educate them that the JV is not a Solution. Please guide.

Which back end tables do I need to hit to find out the payment details made to vendor invoices were in time or not( over dues). I need to do an analyses report in various buckets of time on when the vendor invoices were paid

HarshThe tables will be AP_CHECKS_ALL and AP_INVOICE_PAYMENTS_ALL. For the date when the payment was made you need to see which date column is relevant for your case.

How to clear vendor open items if vendor invoice currency and payment currency different

How to clear vendor open items through f-44 if vendor invoice currency is EUR , payment currency is USD but local currency is INR
while clearing through f-44 system showing error as "to large for clearing clearing is not possible"
I checked all configuration, configuration wise no problem

You chose any one of the currency i.e. EUR/INR/USD for clearing in F-44. After selecting line items for clearing, system will show a difference. Click on over view button and manually write off the difference by selecting any one account i.e. dummy or small diff.account, after that click on process open items then system will show the difference 0 and simulate the document, here system will post gain/loss exchange GL postings along with other line items. After save the document, manually pass journal entry to dummy account and gain/loss account. I have explained clearly in the below example.
Invoice is in USD - 1000 & INR - 60000
Payment is in INR - 60000
Now I am going to clear these in INR currency in F-44 on 31.03.2015. On this date the exchange rate for USD is 60.10. At the time of clearing system will post the below entry
Vendor A/c Dr 60000 (invoice)
Vendor A/c Cr 60000 (Payment)
Gain from exchange rate A/c Cr 100 (60000 - 60100)
Small diff.write off A/c (or) Dummy A/c Dr 100
After done the above posting, we have to pass below manual JV in FB01
Gain from exchange rate A/c Dr 100
Small diff.write off A/c (or) Dummy A/c Cr 100

Clear Down payment against Vendor Invoice through Automatic Payment Program
Hi
We have to adjust vendor invoice against down payment (Advance) made through automatic payment program (F110)
Please guide us is there any configuration require to consider Down payment transactions during F110 to clear against Vendor Invoice
Ex :1. Advance payment made through special GL indicator 50K.
2. Invoice document 75K posted in vendor.
3. Now we have to clear down payment made (50K) against 75K through F110.

Hi,
We have a requirement that Company is divided into 2 companies. The other company is using Oracle for its business.
We have an issue is that How to clear the vendor invoices in the base company?
What are the neccessary steps to be followed for the separation (demerger) ?
At the end of day, all the invoices related to 2nd company will be shown as cleared (in Base company).
could any one suggest your views and explain the process to be followed.

(a ) Pay to the Vendor of B's..
Vendor A/c DR ...
TO Bank A/c CR
(b) Claim the same from B..by Debiting B's A/c...
B's A/c .. DR
TO A's A/c...CR
(c) After receive the same from B...
Bank A/c DR...
TO B's A/c..CR
( After all you would find Vendor A/c.. Dr.. to A's A/c )
2nd : In the Books of B's..
( a ) Pay the amount to Company A ..
A's A/c Dr...
To Bank A/c CR..

in F-90 only you can post the asset aquisition.
You should do it in F-43.
Before doing invoice for AUC - please check the GL account assign for AUC.where check the field status group internal order field it should be optional/required.......
After that go for F-43 ther you can find a internal order field as
Order
