Vendor list sort by name

dear experts,
do you know how to make a list of vendor (active and non active) sorted by name?
moreover, do you know the differences of blocking vendor and flag the vendor for deletation,
and the how to delete vendor master data?

thanks for your reply. I tried LFA1 (V_LFA1_CORE) to maintain the vendor table,
but it can't be sort by name since there is not sorting button/selection.
I tried the old fashion by going to vendor list in FB60, sort it by name and print it.
at least i can know the active vendors account sorted by name.
Moreover, in the maintaining field there is a delete button,
I tried to delete 1 vendor account that I had put flag for deletation and now after I check
in the vendor master data list, it is not appearing anymore. I guess the vendor master had been deleted.

Sort Global Address List by Last Name in Exchange (SBS 2011)

We Use SBS 2011 and outlook for interoffice mailing.
In our Company People Know each other by their Last Names. But in Outlook in Global Address List names are sorted by First Name alphabetically. I want, for example, when people type “C” in search box of
“Select Names: Global Address List” people who have Last Names beginning with C to be shown.

How to Sort music on play list by FILE NAME?

iTunes doesn't display the filename or filepath as a column so you can't sort on it. I could write a script to copy the filepath into the Sort Name field so that sorting by name would sort by filepath. Would that help? In normal circumstances however filepath order would be the same as Album by Artist, so I'm not sure what you would gain. Perhaps there is another way to approach whatever problem you think sorting by filename would solve.

Address book - mailing list - sorting order of names

Generally difficult to edit mailing lists - alter order of names in the list - add email/names in middle of list - drop names from list - copy parts of list to another list - how can you edit a mailing list?

1 at a time? I don't think so.
Here is a bonus lesson in selecting multiple items.
select item 1. Press control+a to select all
select item1. move up or down several items and hold the shift key while clicking item 2. This selects items 1 and 2 and all items in between.
hold the control key while clicking random items. This selects any item that is clicked on.
hold the control key while clicking a selected item. This will deselect that item.
You cannot drag and drop from a list though. This will only work in the address book itself.
A contact must exist in the address book that the list is created in to be added to that list.
You can move or copy contact between address books using drag and drop.
Drag and drop to move. Hold the control key before dropping to copy. You will see a + sign appear to indicate a copy.
There operations are universal and not a Thunderbird thing. It has been a part of computer shortcuts since the early 90's.

ITunes 11: In the store, I can no longer sort by name/artist/album

I can no longer sort by name or artist or album when I'm in the store with iTunes 11. Yes, I discovered the View Options in the Menu Bar. By when I select it nothing opens. Same for Command-J. It doesn't do anything either. I've tried hitting Command-J repeatedly, but nothing.
The fact is, it seems utterly stupid to have this work differently than when you're in your library---by simply hitting name/artist or album in the bar at the top of the list. Having to sort lists in the Store via a completely different method than the lists in one's library is totally counter-intuitive.
But back to my problem: The View Options won't open for me. Anybody know how to fix this?
I've got a lot of music I wish to buy, but I need different methods of sorting, otherwise it'll be a nightmare trying to keep track of things.

I have the same exact problem. I am using a Windows computer running Windows 7. I was able to see them prior to the installation of 10.4. I have this problem on 2 computers and have a hard time believing that no one else is having this problem

Vendor changes tracking, Payment term filtering, Vendor listing

Hi All,
Need somebody help on the following points,
1- While changing the vendor via "process vendor and Bidder" (Business partner maintenance) transaction in EBP, the selection of payment term is restricted. That is in SPRO I can see lot of payment terms, but while changing the vendor some few payment terms are coming. Where is the filter? Can anybody guide me.
2- Vendor changes Tracking. In our project somebody has changed frequently the vendor indicators and details in EBP via process Vendor and Bidder(BP maintenance) transaction. But I couldnt able to track which fields are changed and by whom like in R/3. I tried in BP also, but only the address changed details are coming there. Can anybody guide me how to track the changes, if somebody changed somefield in EBP directly?
3- Vendor list - I want list ERS activated vendor in EBP. How to get the list of vendor for which ERS indicator is active? Please guide me.

Please refer to standard transaction - BBP_PD.. give any Shopping cart number, which is approved by a list of buyers, managers, etc..
Incase the changes are made, it will display all the details related to them in that case.
Understand its logic by putting break-point inside.
Incase you are using SRM 5.5 version, there is a report, which displays the changes made to the Purchase orders with old and new values.
Report name -> TERM_DISPLAY_CHANGE_HISTORY
Also please refer this as well.

The program as you wrote it will sort the contents of the list. The list consists of the addresses of CMyClass objects, and after sorting, will contain those addresses in sorted order.
If you want to sort by the contents of the classes that are pointed to, you need to provide a comparison operator that compares the contents, and use the other form of the list::sort function that takes a comparison function as an argument. That is, add the function

How do I alphabetize my bookmarks. "Sort by Name" option only sorts general bookmark folders, not actual bookmarks.

I want to have my bookmarks displayed alphabetically but the "Sort by Name" option under "Organize" only applies to folders in the "Library". How do I just sort my list of bookmarks as I can easily do with IE?

I have my bookmarks sorted in folders. When I create a new folder it goes to the end of the list. I have tried going into Bookmarks/Show All Bookmarks, right click on Bookmarks Menu and Sort By Name but nothing happens. I have to manually move the newly created folder.

I have no problem sorting an individual folder by name, I can't get the list of folders to sort. As you can see by the attached images, several folders I've added are at the bottom of the folder list and even after I right click on Bookmark Menu/Sort By Name, they don't alphabetize.

I too have a similar problem. Your advice to other user was helpful. In similar situation. SRM5.0. I have a Questionnaire defined using IMG activity (WebSurvey Cockpit). When I execute the Evaluate Vendor from the SRM Process Vendor List - I get "Page cannot be displayed".
1. I checked the table TUWS_SURVEY - and the Survey exists.
2. I ran the GET xlst name and it found it - XSLT Program Name: UXSGAB49CFCDA641774DB513A35B
3. You mentioned checking to see if BBP_VE_SERVICE and/or UWS_FORM_SERVICE were active. How do I check this?

Backend Contract in Vendor List

Hi All,
I have created a quantity contract in my R/3 backend which has the price specified, the contract is against a material group and no material code is specified.
I have assigned the contract number and item number along with the backend system reference to the vendor line in the vendor list for the same product category as specified in the contract.
When I create a "describe requirement" shopping cart for the product category and go to the Source of Supply tab I can see the contract reference for the vendor. However after assigning the vendor I get information message
"The price from the contract/info record is determined on ordering "
and have the following information on the source of supply tab
Vendor                   - Vendor name correctly specified
Contract / Item        - Contract nuumber and item number correctly specified
Purchasing Info Rec - Blank which is correct
Price                      - 0.00 GBP the price specified in the contract item is 525 GBP
Per                        - 1 Each which is correct
Is it possible for the price in the shopping cart to be updated based on the backend contract price as standard?

I undersatnd that you have mentioned your backend contract in vendor list and it picks contarc but not a price. Please try contract without assigning to the vendor list .

I can't think of a logical order within folders that works better than alphabetical in most cases -- one exception is a bookmarks folder containing bookmarks to create a set of app-tabs in a specific order controlled by prefixing by numbers or many bookmark separators. The bookmarks toolbar is a possible exception but I have all of my bookmarks automatically sorted. I make use of bookmark separators to group bookmarks so that bookmarks are sorted within each group but not moved to another group. Here is a picture of my Bookmark Toolbar
