Vendor replication from ECC to SUS

Hi Gurus,
We are replicating vendors from ECC to SUS.
The XML message is failing in the SUS side.
The error is
Error during proxy processing An exception with the type CX_BBPX1_STD_MESSAGE_FAULT occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause Application

It seems similar issue has been resolved in the below thread but there is no mention of solution.

Kindly check if you have defined the logical system of SUS system under T-code SALE in your SUS client.

We have configured MM-SUS scenarios in our environment of SRM 7.01/ECC 6 ehp 5.
We are trying to replicate the Vendor master from ECC to SUS using PI ( idoc message ZCREMAS_SUS_MM)).
The message is successully processed in the PI. It is failing in the SUS side.
The exception is as below:

Where I can change the settings to allow the maximum length of 10?

Vendor Master Replication Error from ECC to SUS : Error in ALE Service

Dear Experts,
We are implementing MM SUS (SRM 5.0). As a part of this we need to replicate vendors from ECC to SUS system via XI. We have created a Reduced Message Type Z_CREMAS_SUSMM and had set up the partner profile in WE20 with SUS logical system as destination and specifing the Message Type, and port of the XI system
We executed the transaction BD14 for replication, it is resulting in error 29 : Error in ALE Service : Entry in Outbound table not found.
Please provide inputs to overcome this problem

Looks like some issue with the partner profile set up for the sender or receiver of the EDI message in WE20.
Set up them again and When these have been set up try reprocessing your IDocs from BD87

Supplier Replication from MM to SUS

Hi Experts,
We are working on SRM 701 & ECC 600 EHP5 & PI 7.01.
Requirement is to replicate suppliers from the ERP system to the SUS system through PI.
Which integration scenario should I use in PI to do the required configuration?
I tried with the integration scenario "supplier_base_management" which includes the business system of SRM , ERP and SUS. But I don't want to replicate suppliers between SRM to ECC in this requirement.
Your help is very appreciated.
Please note: I have read through the configuration guide in the service market place but unclear of what scenario to use in PI.

Hi,
You need to set up scenario SE_SERVICES_PROCUREMENT in Model Configurator which is precisely mentioned by Nikhil.
Model Configurator itslef will take care of rest of the things.
Actually you don't need RFC connection from PI to SRM for Supplier replication. It's basically done from ECC to SUS.

Replicating GR from ECC to SUS

Hi
We are on SRM6.0 with MM-SUS classic scenario, in standrad MM-SUS scenario when ASN is created in SUS respective inbound delivery is created in ECC and GR if created agaisnt this inbound delviery GR is replicated to SUS.
If user doesn't want to do GR agaisnt inbound dleivery but against PO will the GR be replicated to ECC, if not replicated can this configurable or is it an enhacnement that is required.

Invoice and Credit Memo from ECC to SUS

Is it possible to replicate Invoice or a credit Memo from ECC to SUS if the PO was delvired to vendor through SUS.

part1 :
ERS Invoice from ECC is transfered to SUS system for display purpose to Vendor in MM-SUS scenario. IDOC "GSVERF01" is used for this purpose.
part 2 : Invoices can be created in SUS system by vendor against ASN ( Advanced Shipping Notification or purchase Order . The invoice is transfered to ECC system through XI. Message Interface for the same is "InvoiceRequest_Out" .

Error while transferring Purchase Order from ECC to SUS

we are working on plan driven procurement and transferring the PO from ECC to SUS, we are getting the error as "No partner found for partner number ECCSUS8".
In ECC the Vendor No is ECCSUS8, trasfered vendor from ECC to SUS. Vendor registration is done based on the mail generated and vendor login is created in the portal and assigned the roles.

Are you facing this error in PO transmission to SUS (as you mentioned below)? or you are facing this error while sending out the vendors from R/3 to SUS from BD14?
If you are facing this in vendor transmission, you need to remove the tick (flag) "Use self reg component" in SPRO-SRM server-Supplier Self-ServicesMaster DataMake Settings for Business Partners. Then you can transmit the vendors from R/3 succesfully.
If this error is in PO transmission, need to analyse further.

Vendor replication from R/3 to SRM

Hi,
I am using BBPGETVD for the vendor replication from R/3 to SRM.
I need to modify some fields related to Company data and Vendor data of the vendor during the replication (for example: Vendor should always be created with Invoice Receipt Expected check as checked, Transmission media as 'Mail' etc).
Can anybody tell me which BAdi or Exit i can use for this purpose.

Material Group Replication from ECC

Dear SRMers,
System Landscape : ECC 6.0 and SRM 5.0.
I am doing a material group replication from ECC to SRM using the DNL_CUST_PROD1 customizing object. Before the replication ECC was trying to confirm the target RFC destination(SRM) by prompting a logon. I logged in as myself and the system gave a CALL_FUNCTION_OPEN_ERROR.
I defined the CRM Consumer as SRM in the CRM middleware parameters..
My question is do we need to define the User SRM in SU01 and when ECC tries to confirm the target RFC destination, do we need to login as the SRM User ?

The RFC user which you define in the SRM RFC detsination has to be obviously as SU01 user in SRM.Also the RFC user need to have SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profile attached.See note 642202 for details.

Replicating authorization roles via HR replication from ECC 6 to SRM 5.0

Hi,
I'm interested in knowing whether anyone has used the distribution model to copy roles (AG objects) between ECC 6 and SRM 5.0.
Someone said that it's possible so I would like to validate that statement as I don't know whether it is possible and practical.
If you have any knowledge or experience could you please share it?

I was told that it can be done but I don't know enough about the HR replication process to acknowledge or challenge, hence the question.
Are you implying that it's not possible or simply that it's not done?
I had an earlier post regarding assigning roles to positions in SRM Replicating authorization roles via HR replication from ECC 6 to SRM 5.0 that you replied to but never replied to my subsequent question. It can be done because one of my other clients is doing it. We're however unable to get it work at my current client's site. Do you have any experience with this subject?

Are the following steps correct
1.create vendor master in MM
2.use tcode BD14 in MM and enter partner system as SUS ( to send vendor master)
3.use BD15 in SRM to accept the master data from MM.

Please follow below steps for transferring vendor master from MM to SUS.
!) Create a vendor master in MM and assign class type ALV under enviornment-Classification tab.
2)Go to BD14 and enter following fileds
Vendor number
Class
Message type
Target System...
Before doing BD14 hope you have done all the partner profile configuraion as well as model view creation and mapping has been established between MM to XI to SUS.
Before repliating vendor, please note that vendor root org unit has been created in SUS system.
After executing BD14 then check in your mm system WE05 whether idoc has been generated and sent to XI system.
If sent to XI system successfully then please check in SXMB_MONI t-code in XI what is status then finally check in SUS.....

Vendor replication from SUS to ECC 6 backend in SRM 7.01

Dear Gurus,
1. Vendor registration in ROS: Vendor's are registered in ROS and stay there as preapproved vendors. They can be replicated to SRM system through OPI calls. How these suppliers are replicated to backend MM system?
2. I get to know that from SRM 7 enhpk 1 facilitates transfer of vendor data from SRM SUS to SAP ERP. A business partner monitor cockpit is available in SUS/ROS. Do we need to upgrade our ECC system to ECC 6.0 enhpk 5 or ECC 6.0 enhpk 4 will do to avail these functionality?

Hi Ranjan,
As of now without Ehp1, vendors are replicated to backend MM systems using a PI scenario "Supply_base_management".
And you are right, from Ehp1 vendor replication will be handled as you mentioned and ECC Ehp4 will support that.

transaction BD14 with message type Z_CREMAS_SUSMM as
SAP suggested.
Your error due to incorrect mapping in Integration
Directory of XI.Kindly check the Interface
determination for message type Z_CREMAS_SUSMM.
If possible send more details for error .Is this at
SUS End ?

Vendor transfer from mm to sus and ebp to sus

Hi,
I have two scenarios.
1. Plan driven procurement
2. mm-sus scenario
For plan driven procurement I have transferred the vendor from r/3 to ebp using bbpgetvd and ebp to sus using xi.
Now vendor can login to sus and do the biding. But in case of mm-sus scenario whether I need to transfer the vendor again using we14? Please suggest how to proceed vendor transfer incase if we have bidding in sus and po display in sus from r/3 not from ebp.
Vendor can be the same for both the scenario.
1. Plan driven procurement - PO will be in EBP
2. mm-sus scenario - po will be there only in R/3
