Ver. 06: Can't make a podcast longer than 66mins. Also can't split long track

I'm trying to create a podcast 90 mins in length. When I bring the audio into the track, version 06 cuts it off at 66 mins. Also, when I split the track, it cuts off EVERYTHING, save for about 10 seconds of media, to the right of the split point.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem?

Lower the tempo of your song, then your project can be longer.

I don't how to make the podcast available in differen countries.

Certainly it isn't available in the UK Store even if you remove the /ph (normally you can remove the country code and indeed the title and it will still work).
Normally podcasts seem to be generally available, at least if they are in English - what language is it in? It's possible that availablity is limited by language, but I'm afraid I don't know how this applies or whether there is anything you can do about it.

Can no longer open email since updating to Ver 5, can with explorer

Glad that worked for you. Whilst posters in this thread have the same broad and vague symptom the cause may vary. Reinstalling Firefox may be overkill for this type of problem, and a simple reinstall is often not a very good solution to anything.
Walter & the sign out solution. Probably a quick and simple trick if it works. The clear cache and site cookies suggestion in the second post of this thread is probably a more reliable method of doing of solving that sort of issue.

This reminds me of another Forum I was on.
Threads often had suggested solutions along the lines of

In fact the thread would be one where clearing cache and cookies would be the preferred solution. Uninstalling a browser and reinstalling a brand new instance of another has a similar effect to clearing cache and cookies, but is nowhere near as convenient.

Title Tag..Can you make it as long as you want? Rage Roddy Toad question

I think a good key word title is important to be found on google...Does it hurt to make it as long as possible? is to many keywords to much in the title tag or the more the merrier?

The title tag appears above the URL box at the top of the page.
It's also the page description that is stored when your page is bookmarked.
I try to keep it short and to the point.
For example, go to this site...

Look at the tag that appears at the top of the browser and then try bookmarking it.
They are short and, hopefully, to the point. When someone bookmarks the page they don't have to shorten it and it tells them what the page is about.
I try not to use more than 5 or 6 words maximum.
You just need a few keywords - not your life story!
I am sure that those who have a tendency to be verbose will disagree.

U can use the badi ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST methid PO PROCESS_ITEM. In this u have both doc type and line item data and using this u can through the error message to make the field compulsory.u can go to the 'Goto' in menu and in this go to 'Sample code' .Here u will find how to use this badi.

Make produciton order long text mandatory...

We want to make produciton order long text mandatory. Tried with SHD0 where we unable to find the proper field. please confirm is it possible with any ways???
one more thing ... what ever the long text has been entered in the produciton order, how to pull the text to confirmation screen (CO11N).
Please provide the inputs....

Hi Srinivas,
SAP has provided the Long Text Tab screen only for Information purpose. Hence it is not possible to make it mandatory.
One thing can be tried out - Try to use some User Exit in Production Order creation and see that the order will not be saved untill the Long Text field is entered with some text.
Similarly use one more User Exit in Production Order Confirmation and see that the data from the Production Order Long text screen is populated.
Take the help of ABAPer.

How do you make one long track in itunes into multiple tracks? Is there a way to do that?

I found another solution too through Garageband. I don't know if it was easier, but I liked this way of creating seperate tracks.
First, You put the long track into Garageband.
-then you create a New Basic Track under Track Tab-create as many of those as tracks you want to make
-also make sure the headphones button is lit up under each New Basic Track-this allows it to be a 'solo' track.
-then you can start cutting music-with the long strip find where you want to split into a new track and drag that half down into each New Basic Track.
-Once you are done, press Option Z and a purple little triangle will appear up by the measures. drag the triangle to the end of the first track-this allows it when sharing to itunes to just record the particular track you want, it puts a stop/end to that track.
-then, make sure the track you want to share is highlighted the bright orange and go to share, 'send to itunes'
-it will send that to itunes and you can rename it in itunes.
-Go back to Garageband-delete the first track you successfully shared and move the next one up to where that one was. Slide it accross to the left so it is at the beginning, press option Z and move the purple triangle where you want it to be...and you are good to repeat until all your tracks are done!
I am a very visual person, and this helped to see where I was cutting each track, just another way!

have you tried other links on google if you searhced there rather than yahoo. also have you check a bookstore on related books on how to create a podcast. last count i took at barnes and noble there was 12 just on creating podcasts. This forum really isnt meant for podcasts but for the ipod and technical questions related to it. I certainly think you can get beter advice adn better results doing a search on google for help on this.

You can import the track into GarageBand and then split the tracks there. Once that it is done you can highlight the ruler section and then share the song to iTunes to get them separated out.
