Veriface Pro Keeps Asking to Register

Hi,
Whenever I log in to my computer (Flex 2-14) I have got Veriface Pro (installed by default) to come up instead of typing in my password. However, it then asks me to register, so I put in my password, and it says Successfully Registered, then closes and then I'm on my desktop. How to I get it to work properly?

Do you want to use Veriface Pro or just the regular login process?

Ever since I updated to Yosemite my mac book pro keeps asking for Apple Id and password but will not accept them.  What can I do?

Try the advice here. I had the same problem and it worked for me.
You have to delete the "SC Info" folder from /Users/Shared. You will have to use Terminal to enable you to see this folder first. Make sure iTunes is not running when you delete the "SC Info" folder
There is an article from Apple on this here. The "SC Info" folder contains iTunes authorization information.
I did this two weeks ago and iTunes accepted by login. I haven't been asked for my AppleID or password since.

  • Veriface Pro not working ,keeps Asking to Register

Verfiface pro on my new Lenovo keeps asking me to register after I already did. It won't recognise and log me in. Sometimes it seems to try for just 2 seconds but then asks me to enter my password for a new registration.
Can anybody help me to get it to work?
    Lenovo: Z50-75
    Veriface: 5,1
    Windows: 8.1

Thank you very much for the quick reply. It is indeed working again (although I still never see any feedback from other users that I could upvote)

  • Acrobat XI Pro keeps asking for activation

    Hi,
I've got my CC going for couple of months without any problems, recently I've installed Acrobat XI Pro and it was working ok, but for some reason it keeps asking me to license this software after I open a pdf file or launch it manually. When I go to login and it connects correctly its asking me for serial number.. I must launch another Adobe app like Photoshop and the same license window pops out, but right now after I login it goes fine and disappears - right now my Acrobat works fine but I have to do this every day to get it work :/
How can I fix this annoying problem? All other CS programs run fine without asking me to activate but when I start Acrobat even them seem to lose activation info, its strange... Help?
I've checked the Hosts file, checked activation server connectivity, tried to fix Acrobat installation but still nothing..
My OS is Windows 8 64bit
    Best Regards,
    S.

Open Illustrator or any other licenced product
Go to Help > Sign Out
    Close Illustrator
    Open Illustrator
Sign in with your adobe id when prompted
    Close Illustrator
    Acrobat should work now.
Spent all day figuring this out!

  • Keeps asking to register ipods

when plugging both of my mother's shuffle and ipod video into her PC, a window asking to register and create an appleID opens. The options are create, register later, and never register. It won't go away. The only option that works is the create and you have to go thru the process. The final parts of it afer creating your ID is to add a credit card. She doesn't want to do this.
How do I get it to accept Never Register. She doesn't plan on buying any itunes music and itunes won' display her ipod contents.
    Thanks,
    Jerold

Jerold -- I am having the exact same problem as you are w/the register screens. I cannot fathom why everyone keeps saying to change the screen resolution. It isn't that things cannot be seen but rather that the whole registration page/pages are caught in some kind of a loop. Changing screen size does diddly squat. I realize that changing screen resolution may fix some problems, but not this one.
I ended up emailing the Apple Store because it was the only email address I had encountered after many times posing this question and receiving no answer. Here is the reply the person from the itunes store sent me. I kind of figured they would say to update but . . . since my daughter updated her new windows/Vista laptop she is unable to sync. She hasn't updated to 7.7.1 yet because she can at least manage her ipod manually. I'm contimplating upgrading to an older version - maybe 7.6.2 - but can't seem to find any answers as to whether this is a relatively 'bug-free' version. Apple -- oy! Hey, at least I got an answer and I didn't even have to pay for it!

I recommend that you attempt to resolve this issue by uninstalling
iTunes and QuickTime, and then reinstalling the latest version of each. I
know you are reluctant to upgrade to the latest version, but any issues
with this software have been experienced by a very small number of
customers and is generally related to other third party software (such as
firewalls) that attempt to block the iTunes Store.
To upgrade, first ensure that you are logged in to an Administrator
user account on your computer, then follow the instructions in these
    articles:

Note: Titles you purchased from the iTunes Store or imported from CDs
are saved in your iTunes folder by default and are not deleted by
    uninstalling iTunes.
If you have difficulty removing iTunes, you may find this helpful:
    Microsoft's Windows Installer CleanUp Utility:

After successfully uninstalling iTunes and QuickTime, install the

  • Photoshop keeps asking to Register

Hi, I've got Adobe Photoshop CS3 on Snow Leopard and it runs perfectly but everytime I open it it keeps asking me to register; really getting annoying.
Is there any easy way other than reinstalling it to get rid of this message, i've already registered and it is a legit copy
    Please help,
    John.

I have the same problem with CS4 and Snow Leopard. I've tried reregistering, checking "Don't Ask Again" and "Register Later." The message still appears each and every time I launch any of the CS4 apps.
    What should I do?

  • MacBook Pro keeps asking to sign into iCloud, iMessage, and FaceTime

My wife's MacBookPro11,3 keeps asking her to sign into iCloud, iMessage, and FaceTime, non of which she uses.  She keeps clicking on cancel, but they just keep popping back up, one after the other.  She is using OS 10.9.3.  Any suggestions how to stop this non-stop cycle?  We've tried re-starting the computer, but that didn't help.  I didn't see anything in preferences that I could turn off.  She has just moved the pop-up window over to the edge of the screen so she can keep using the computer.  Thanks.

Do you mean logging in and out of the MacBook Pro, or in and out of iCloud, iMessage, and FaceTime?  I will have her try logging in and out of the MacBook Pro.
    Thanks for the suggestion.

  • Itunes on my McBook Pro keeps asking me the password and I cannot get access to the account

    Hello,
I need to change my account payment information but I cannot connect to my account from the itunes of my MacBook Pro because it keeps asking the password even if it is correct.
    How can I solve this?
    Thanks for the help,
    Daniele Reghellin

Oh reghe, I'm sincerely sorry that my workaround didn't work for you. Thank you for your appreciation. That's most kind of you, considering the sadness that we both feel about now. There is an old Japanese proverb that seems fitting here, "Fall down seven times, get up eight".
Nonetheless, I assure you, reghe, the very same fix has worked time & again for myself & for many others too. It's really not even a fix, it's just routine maintenance & the 3 steps that I gave you to do with Disc Utility have been safely done by thousands upon thousands of people over the years. Anyone can do those 3 steps in Safe Mode or in Regular Mode. I just prefer Safe Mode because it prevents any possible interference from anything 3rd party (meaning not from Apple).
Since you asked, when you startup your computer & hold down the shift key until there's nothing left to do besides sign-in, it will show ‘Safe Boot’ in red, right there on your sign-in screen. Then you can do the maintenance w/Disc Utility, restart into Regular Mode & go. Remember that in cases such as this I believe that signing into the ASC first yields a cookie from Apple in your browser (such as the one identifying this discussion) which helps you sign into other things Apple such as iTunes.
I'm really trying not to go on & on as I know you asked for brevity, but the 3 steps with Disc Utility that I outlined for you are actually considered routine maintenance (in either Mode) & have a history of being recommended after each & every update of Apple's software.  I'm not sure why it did not work but it may be related to running Mavericks rather than Snow Leopard as your post stated.
I think it would be best for you to start another thread & simply ask the very same question. Someone with more expertise than I will see it & help you. Finally, reghe, I am 100% positive that my recommendations did no harm.
As you can imagine, things are extremely busy right now here at the ASC because of the recent releases of iPhone 6 and iOS 8; however, another ASC Member will help you; we are volunteers; but we are legion.
    Best Regards,
    mm

How can I make my MacBook Pro stop asking for my password every time I go in and out of the internet?  Thanks

You need to enter the passwords for your wifi router/modem. Ask the person who set up your new modem.
SInce you changed syncing computer you have to do this too if you have not done so already:

    Hi,
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: ''This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.''
To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
    #Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
#Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
#Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

  • My new MacBook Pro keeps asking for my password in any application that I am in. I transferred from old Mac Pro via Time Machine

My new MBP will randomly ask for my password. It doesn't matter what application I am in, it could be in the middle of watching a dvd. The window will pop up.This is my second MBP, my last one kept crashing, and it was finally replaced. Can anyone help, please?
    Thanks

    Back up all data.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
Select the login keychain from the list on the left side of the Keychain Access window. If your default keychain has a different name, select that.
If the lock icon in the top left corner of the window shows that the keychain is locked, click to unlock it. You'll be prompted for the keychain password, which is the same as your login password, unless you've changed it.
Right-click or control-click the login entry in the list. From the menu that pops up, select Change Settings for Keychain "login". In the sheet that opens, uncheck both boxes, if not already unchecked.
    From the menu bar, select
Keychain Access ▹ Preferences ▹ First Aid
If the box marked Keep login keychain unlocked is not checked, check it.
    Select
Keychain Access ▹ Keychain First Aid
from the menu bar and repair the keychain. Quit Keychain Access.

  • Macbook Pro keeps asking for password?

I recently turned on my Macbook Pro after it being dormant for a few monhts. And a few things were odd about it. I had to restart the battery because it wasn't charging properly, then it would get stuck at the loading screen with the Apple Logo and the swirling icon, next it was running extremley slow and now everything seems to be ok, all save for the fact that it won't let me remove or install any new software. I noticed this when preparing my MBP for Mountain Lion because it would continuously ask me for my password to install an update, but no matter how many times I typed it in (and it accepted), the MPB would not install the update. I got errors about this too, how I do not have permission to remove certain programs.
I'm at a loss here because I've purchase Mountain Lion but now I can't update it!
    Thank you!

How large is your hard drive and how much hard drive space do you have left?
I got errors about this too
    What errors?

  • Why for does Logic 8 Pro keep asking me for my XSKey?

Is anyone else who upgraded from Logic Pro 7 experiencing this? I upgraded from Logic Pro 7 and when I start Logic 8 it asks me for my serial number and XSKey if the XSkey is not already in the USB port. It won't work without the key -- after I've started Logic 8 I can remove the key but it should work without the key shouldn't it?

    apostol13 wrote:
No. You can not run either Logic Pro or Waveburner without the key. I have a Macbook Pro and a G5, and when I go on the road I have to take the key with me.
Not true at all... please check your facts before replying. Logic 8 and WaveBurner 1.5 are meant to run without the XSKey, and it is on my units. Were that not the case, there would be an XSKey in the full version.
Did you have the XSKey plugged in when you ran the install process. If not, I'd suggest deleting all of your receipts and preferences (in the user and root folders) related to Logic and try re-installing it with the XSKey plugged in.
