Verification code for e-mail address

I have changed e-mail address for the service Share picture using e-mail attachment in Photoshop Elements 11. This should be confirmed by Adobe sending me an e-mail stating the verification code but no code received. What should I do? Without verification I cannot go on.

In Organizer, go to preferences (Under Edit menu)
Then go to sharing under sharing you can change the email address to your latest email address, click ok and then send the email verification cod again.

I know some email services block bulk email completely and I’ve only tested it with Gmail which works fine. Should also work with other web mail e.g. Yahoo and Hotmail. Before you start it will help to check your internet security settings. If they are set to High, reduce the settings to Medium temporarily. Then follow these instructions.
1. Log in to your mail provider on the web and add the following email to your address/contacts book.

2. Open Organizer and on the menu click:
Edit >> Preferences >> Sharing
3. Choose Adobe Email Service from the client dropdown menu.
4. Add your name and email address to the fields provided and click OK
5. Test the system (first use only) by selecting a photo in organizer and choosing Share >> Photo Mail then click Next
6. Choose a contact then click Next
7. Click Next Step, then click Next - the sender verification dialog will open.
8. Check you have spelt your email address correctly and hit the Resend E-Mail button.
9. Go to your inbox (also check spam) and when the Adobe mailer message is received copy (Ctrl+C) the long verification code.
10. Return to the verification dialog and paste it into the Sender verification field and click OK.

delivery adress records can be created with transaction MEAN.
the number is purely internal.
In ME21N you can then search by name (you will certainly not know the number)

I am talking about that when I try to share a Photo from the Organizer of Photoshop Elements 7
thru the use of Email attachment, It will not transmit. I get a message that tells me to enter
a "Verification Code". I do not have a verification code and have been unable to get one from adobe.

Verification code for Photoshop

Help...earlier questions from others continue to go unanswered. Adobe insists that a verification code for Photoshop has been sent (necessary in order to send photos using Photomail) but to where? It certainly does NOT go to my email account (despite Adobe verifying that my account is activated); I have sent, resent, and resent the same request over 10 times...where IS it? Help! Or at least answer this and other forum readers' inquiries with the same problem.

To reboot your phone:

#Wait 10 seconds.
#Put the SIM card and microSD card back in (if applicable).
#Put the battery back in.
#Put the back cover back on.
#Turn the device on.
#Check if the issue you were having is still present.

I have tried the standard PHP mail function and it doesnt seem to work. Here is my most recent warning or error message.

I had the standard mailing set up but it wouldnt ever send and when i set up just the form, it requires the default email client. Am i wrong to assume that i need the SMTP authentication?
I am not sure about the sockets being enabled. We currently outsource our web hosting and email hosting. I cannot find the phpinfo(), where would this be?

No any Verification of registered e-mail addresses...

I've forgotten a password to my Skype account, I wasn't sure on the latest version of my pass. When I've tried to recover it I've noticed with a big surprisse than more than 1 user is registered at my private e-mail address. I am sure that my address is correct and for sure was registered earlier than other because it is my oldest address created in past century. I am also quite long term user of Skype - I've created my account few years ago, maybe even 10 - I am not sure but long ago. Of course I've blocked that second account registered at my private reliable e-mail address but it is curious that Skype allows to register two identical addressess during account creation!!!!!! Someone who declared the same address as mine - even if it is fault of post server owner - could do the same with my address and my data and contacts would be lost !!!!

It is completely unsafe.

the lack of security verification on email addresses is indeed a serious flaw of Skype. People can register any email address, including non-existing ones or those that are owned by other people. I think this also make the job of scammers and spammers easier, as they can easily and endlessly create multiple accounts.
on the other hand, regarding those accounts that are registered under your email address, you can email [email protected] and request to unlink your email address from that/those account/s.

2 step verification settings for outgoing MAIL SMTP for GMail

and i am in the outgoing SMTP > ADVANCED section of mail where i have an iCloud, GMail and domain based email SMTP addresses.
does anyone know if i set up a SMTP server for Mac Mail as having an authentication set to "none" or set to "password" for GMAIL and whether this password should be one of these online generated 2 step verification passwords?
i seem to have this account on sparrow with no problems at all but i am noticing that GMail mail is not showing up on either of my mac mail installations on either of my machines

had similar issues. But incoming worked fine immediately, only outgoing was an issue.
(Though on iPad + iPhone both in- and out-going mails worked fine.)
I generated a password via Google only ONCE for may Mail app. And I entered it only ONCE in the settings. No other changes done.
So on the Mail application, I saw e-mails coming in. My outgoing e-mail stayed in my "outbox".
I just switched to another outgoing server. In my case, when I opened the advanced settings, a popup screen showed up with a number (approx 10) outgoing servers, all named exactly the same: "Gmail" ;-)
The one that was selected had the message "off-line" behind it and so were a couple of others.
As soon as I picked one that was apparently on-line, the mails in my outbox were send within seconds ...
So problem solved without actually really changing settings or entering paswords.

Allowed lenght for e-mail addresses

in transaction VV12 I have condition records "Sales Organization/customer" for an output message to be sent via e-mail. The transmission medium is "7 - Simple Mail". I double click on the field "Partner" (PARNR) to enter manually the e-mail address of the customer, and the system brings to the same screen that you would reach if you run transaction SBWP and then click on "New message". In the field "Recipient" (L_ADR_NAME) I enter the e-mail address which is 39 characters long, and it's shown correctly. When I get back to VV12 screen, the e-mail address is shown in the field "Partner", but truncated at 35 characters, even if both the lenght of field L_ADR_NAME and "Partner" (PARNR) is 241 characters long.
Does anybody faced this problem, and knows the reason of this behaviour and/or the possible solution?

Does the same occur with the two email accounts and SMTP server provided by your ISP?
If not, I don't believe this is a Mail problem.
Does this email account not provided by your ISP have its own SMTP server and is the SMTP server authenticated?
And sometimes it isn't delivered until 48 hours later???
This definitely has nothing to do with the Mail.app or with any email client. Most electronic messages are delivered right away but not always. Email does not take a straight line from your internet connection and SMTP server used by the account to the recipient's incoming mail server and especially if you are not using an SMTP server provided by your ISP for this email account.
I access a total of 5 different email accounts in Mail with 4 SMTP servers - 2 accounts share the same SMTP server and only one account and SMTP server is provided by my ISP. No problems sending mail within any of my accounts and 4 SMTP servers.
Sorry but the person who told you this is wrong.

I am looking for a class to validate e-mail addresses. I am quite sure that such a class should exist, but I could not find one.

and what if someone wants to put in his address but makes a typo which results in another, but valid, address?
You'd never catch that.
The only way to go is to try to send a message to that address and wait for a reply confirming the validity of the address.
That does of course require a conscious action from the owner of that address, which is both good and bad.
It might deter some people from giving you their address, but also prevents pranksters from signing up others to your service who don't want to be signed up.
If you're thinking of making a filter which validates email addresses harvested from usenet to improve the quality of the database of your spam generator that's of course not the way to go.
