Verification of the adress in iTunes Store impossible because of bug in the Store

Hi there
I have bought a new iPhone and synchronised it with my existing iTunes Account. Now I have to verify my billng details. But that is impossible.
I am asked to choose my title but in the scrolling menue you have no possiblity (Madame or Sir) to choose. Therefore I can't send my new information because I didn't fill the form completly.
I did report it to Applesupport but I didn't get an answer so far. Does anybody knows this and maybe knows a way to solve it?

Good to read that I'm not the only one to have the problem!
If I try to connect the "french store", it's fine, I can choose the title, but my credit card is refused.
The problem occure when I want to create an account to the "belgian store".
Ca fait du bien de lire que je ne suis pas le seul a avoir le problème!
Si j'essaye le "store français", c'est bon, je peux choisir la civilité, mais le numéro de la carte de crédit est refusé.
Le problème apparaît quand je veux créer un compte pour le "store belge".

    You will need an iTunes acount !! then just log in to it and confirm your card payment details.

    Have you paired your Apple Tv with your iTunes account?  That's how rentals and purchases are billed.  If, however, you have already done that it is possible that there is a glitch in the system.  I've had that happen occasionally and it usually goes away if I reset Apple Tv.  On one occasion that I didn't work so I had to go to iTunes and deauthorize and then authorize this computer.  Also, check to see if your Home Sharing is on (under File in iTunes).  Hope that helps.

    Try this:
    1. Settings>General>Date & Time>Turn off set automatically
    2. Set date one year ahead
    3. Go back to iTunes and try again.
    4. You will get the same error.
    5. Go back to settings general date and time and turn back on 'set automatically'
    Try connecting to iTune Store again.

  • TS1368 For the last three days I have had trouble connecting to the iTunes Store. The blue icon pops up and it is impossible to download newsstand or indeed any purchased apps. When signing in, the same icon pops up so it is impossible to do anything.

    Why is connection to iTunes stores so temperamental? For the past 3 days I have been unable to download my newspaper subscription or use my iTunes account as the blue icon pops up and says there is no access and one just has to press OK. I took the iPad to an Apple Service
    Shop and the assistant deleted my newsstand and reinstalled it which helped until the next day when exactly the same thing happened. I tried to do the same and eventually got back into the store after several hours trying. The same has happened today and it is getting tedious. I have used the iPad without trouble for three months but now this happens every day. The wireless connection is fine but if I close the device and come back later iTunes is unavailable. What is the problem? Boone of the solutions in troubleshooting apply or work.

  • Each time I log into the apple store on iTunes (windows), my Ipad or either of my iPhones it asks for verification of the security code on my credit card.  This is very annoying, any way to make the entry stick?

    Whenever I log into the iTunes store on my Windows PC I am asked to enter my credit card security code, this is annoying but now all of my devices ask for the same information.  The trigger seems to be access from another device.  Should I deathorize all accounts and then reauthorize them?

    Make an appointment at the genius bar.
    If you went without an appointment, then it would make sense that you could be turned away.

    Result: This is a valid RSS feed.
    ... when I try to uplad it on itunes i can do it every second...
    iTunes wont tell me that its alreaday uploaded and i don't get a verification!
    So I waited for more than two month and nothing happened...

    click on "Podcasts"
    click on "submit a Podcast"
    enter the rss feed adress: http://www.in-production.de/eventdj/Podcast/rss.xml
    click on "continue"
    Podcast Check says its fine...
    I see a summary of my Podcast with Picture, author,etc...
    I click on send it and they promise to send me an email... but nothing will happen... ****...
    So... any idea??!

  • How do I change my Ipad to access Itunes store in a different country than the one I usually use and have my account with?

    I usually use the Itunes application on my Ipad in FRence and use the French Itunes store. I am now in Cyprus and after synchronising my Ipad there I now can access the US Itunes Store but my purchases are refused as my account is with the French Itunes store.  How do I either open an account with the US Itunes store or revert to the French Itunes store on my Ipad?

    synchronising is not the problem i think, you need a new US apple id. i only have a malaysian credit card but i have separate ids for US UK and Malaysia. i have travelled to these 3 countries and have home adresses in each country but for buying stuff, I use an iTunes store card instead of a credit card cos its easier. you do not need a credit card that must have billing address from the same country as the iTunes store. So I would suggest if you are currently based in the US go the nearest apple store buy an iTunes store card (i buy in multiples of US$100 with a credit card) and use your current US home address as the US iTunes address.
    so log off your french iTunes store account, create new US apple id for your iTunes store account using your current US address and then redeem your itunes store card and voila you are set to go. (did i mention you will also need a new separate email address for the new apple id) i have one each from gmail, yahoo and hotmail for each separate id.
    the only drawback is that when you want to do an update for the apps that you buy from the different iTunes store, you must log in to that iTunes store account ie if you buy an app from the US store you must log in and update with the US store id and to update the apps from the French store you must log off from the US store and log in again with the french store id.
    hope this makes sense to you.

    The reason i asked this question is because i have been wondering this a lot ever since i got an exchange on this ipod (and ive only had it for a few weeks now) because my last ipod had a lot of problems. so after i restored my ipod with my computer/itunes, i downloaded apps that i wanted, and then when i went to the storage to see how much storage was left, it said 0 bytes. i was freaking out because i didnt know how that could be, i mean, cause like, that is impossible when i just 'purchased' it, that the space was full but i looked and all my pictures were on this ipod and i already put them on my computer so i dont need them anymore thats why i wanna reset it now so there is nothing on it so i can have more space for stuff to do and download on it.
    it is updated to iOS 8 but that happened when i purchased it, so i didnt have a choice to update it even though i didnt want to update to iOS 8...

    Hey Sierra, You can do just what you have stated. My question, what is your "other"? If it is over 1.5 GB you most likely have corrupt files. Doing a Restore to New, Factory restore should correct it. Just make sure you make a full backup of all information on your iPod to your computer before you restore, so you don't lose your stuff, contacts, videos, pictures, non-iTunes music, etc, use the cable and connect with your computer. Then, via cable, connect to your computer, run the Restore to new, don't use your backup. Treat this iPod as if it was your first one ever. When restore is done, set up and add what info you wish to install on this iPod. The music apps etc you purchased should be on your computer, if not you should be able to retrieve purchased apps and music from iTunes. Any music, videos, apps not purchased from iTunes will be lost to you if you do not save them to your computer or the cloud first. When your done, make a current Backup and you should good to go.     When i use my laptop to make an iTunes store purchase, it always asks me to verify my account details by entering my credit card verification number. After i do this i then receive an email stating "Your Apple ID, ..., was just used to purchase ... from the iTunes Store on a computer or device that had not previously been associated with that Apple ID."
    My Laptop is my home device and apart from purchasing app's on my iphone 4, i only use my laptop to make itunes purchases.

    I'm having a similar problem.  I had previously (over a year ago) purchased 2 episodes of Law & Order.  Then about 2 months ago, I purchased the 3rd season of Sons of Anarchy.  When I downloaded these episodes to my iPad, about a dozen full seasons of various shows popped up, too.  No money was removed from my iTunes account & theses particular shows aren't in my iTunes library on my desktop.  I've tried every which way to delete them from my ipad, but can't.  I went to the Apple store & they suggested I contact expresslane.apple.com for help.  I submitted my problem, via email Friday, as they asked, but have not received any response.  Any suggestions on how to get rid of these "phantoms?".

    i installed a lot of Apps on my iPad (both free and purchased), then a sad day  i had to change my apple ID (due to some mistakes in configuring the ipad for my wife with a different apple ID and for icloud...).
    Now i have apps with my last apple ID account and apps with my previous one.
    When i have to update Apps with my last apple ID, there's no problem, but when i try to update Apps installed with the OLD one a problem occurs and even if i type the right password for it i get always the same message: Impossible to connect to iTunes Store!
    Password for old apple ID is correct because i can log on line at account page on https://appleid.apple.com/it/
    I read everywhere that having Apps with different account on the same Ipad is allowed, so....What's the Problem??

    Content and Apple IDs -
    Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with another Apple ID with a new Apple ID.

    When you say "her email address" do you mean that you set up a separate Apple ID for her using her email address as her Apple ID? If so, was it ever verified by Apple? Did she get the email verification?
