Verify Billing Information

I'm trying to order an ibook and everytime I go to check out I get a message that "Please review your billing information and approve it." However, I have entered and re-entered my billing and payment information multiple times. What is left to try?

Could very well be zip code error. Let's check with iTS for now.

  • Asking to verify billing information but I just purchased the plan last month

    I got an email saying my account was about to expire and then when I open up photoshop or anything else from creative cloud another window opens saying they're having trouble verifying my billing information and or I'm offline. I just bought the student plan end of last month and my next payment isn't due for another few weeks so I'm confused as to why this is happening or where I need to go to verify my billing information.
    Any help/advice would be appreciated

    Could you please sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and sign in again.  This should associate your Adobe ID with the active membership.

    I have changed my password and verified my password. When I try to verify or update billing information the password field keeps popping up and loops and loops. How do I verify my billing information. I want to download music!!!!

    Well, I haven't figured out what was causing the problem, but did find a way to solve it:
    Go to the my account page for your Apple ID Account and click "Change Account Information".
    Change your email address from the one you want to use to any other address (to be safe, it's probably preferable to use one you can access, but it's not crucial, as long as you can remember it easily, because you're going to change it right back.
    Once it confirms that it's changed it, go right back in and change it back to the one you started with.
    This will essentially "clear" the previous verification for the address, eliminating the disconnect where itunes wants you to verify, but you can't, because all the other apple clients know that you already have. You'll get a fresh verification email, and (at least in my case) you'll be back in business.

    Hi Everyone.
    My sister and I have been having problems with our ipods. We both have the touch and because our dad bought both our ipods and our ipods were under the same name it was starting to sync eachothers music to each ipod instead of seperate. we also wanted to use 2 different credit cards. so we thought the best solution would be to just create her, her own account. Everything went smoothly and i realized there was an option to not add a credit card, being that shes under aged and only buys with gift cards anyway. Now im struggling because i entered her gift cards into her acount and every time she goes to buy a song it says confirm or varify billing information. I have tried re entering her account info, i tried adding a credit card, ive tried several things and it is not allowing me to varify the account and will tell me that my requist is unavailable at this time....
    does anyone know how to fix this problem soo she can buy songs

    Ok, to be more specific, when I compose a new email and tap the blue "+" icon, it takes me to my contacts.  My contacts list only lists the person's name, no email address.  When I select a contact, it does not show the email address in the "To" field, only the name.  Hope that clarifies my question.  Thanks.

  • All of my users are deauthorized and my billing information (prepaid for 12 months) comes up as invalid.

    Several months ago, when I first purchased Adobe CC for the marketing department at my organization, there was a difficult-to-diagnose billing error that took weeks to resolve, working through every customer service channel available (speaking with literally a dozen reps on the phone, two chat sessions, several email replies, and Twitter). Eventually, payment was successfully confirmed, and the account was correctly configured.
    Then, a little while later, we started getting the "unable to verify billing information" popup at launch, with a 60-day countdown. The software still worked, however (if you clicked Continue).
    When I logged into my dashboard to manage the account, I saw this:
    Payment Needed. We're sorry, the billing information on file could not be used for this payment. Please update your information.
    Also, all of my licenses that had been purchased (7) were now unassigned. When I attempted to reassign one of my colleagues, he was able to get in. Then, I received a message from Adobe stating:
    You've been removed from [company name].
    Hi [name],
    Your administrator has removed you from your organization's Adobe Creative Cloud membership Complete which means you no longer have access to Creative Cloud through the [company name] team.
    If you believe this message was sent in error and you'd like to continue your Creative Cloud membership, please contact your administrator. If you'd like to initiate your own Creative Cloud membership, click to learn more.

    Then, when I attempt to assign one of the empty seats to myself, I get the following message:

    Honestly, at this point, I am completely frustrated with the performance of Creative Cloud. I've used an individual account since launch and have loved it, but the experience trying to get the system working for my team (and trying to work with customer service to resolve issues like this). We spent more than $3,000 on these licenses, and this is completely breaking our ability to work effectively.
    Assistance in resolving this is much appreciated.

    Have you verified billing information, as directed?
    If you get a message that the card was declined it means that the issuer of the credit or debit card you have on file in your iTunes account rejected a charge or account confirmation. It is not an Apple problem; Apple is just passing through the message from your issuer. There are a number of reasons the charge or verification might be declined:
    Insufficient balance or account in arrears
    Account suspended for suspected fraud (not necessarily by you)
    Error in card number
    Wrong expiration date
    Wrong CCV code
    Address in your iTunes account does not match exactly the billing address for the card
    The card was not issued in the country of the iTunes store

    I added my iTunes account to my new iPhone and ever since I have not been able to download any apps or music. It asks me to sign in and verify billing information and that my card is declined. There is nothing wrong with my card. I've been using it with my iPod for a few years. This problem happened right after adding my iTunes account info on to my new phone. Does anyone know why? Do I need to change something or verify that its me accessing my iTunes account from a new device?

    I've had the same nightmare as many. I don't use a credit crd, only iTunes gift cards. Today all my devices would not let me buy anything even with over a hundred dollars credit.
    I tried updating billing info, deleting and re-entering and rebooting and all that.
    The final solution was to change my password on iTunes via my macbookpro making sure it had one capital letter and one number (my previous password had neither). I then updated all the other devices with that same password and my appleID.
    Everything now works.
    There was clearly something in the last software update that affected security, tightening up of password rules, but apple just never bothered to tell anyone of this issue.

    Why not simply remove yoru payment info by selecting None at top?

    You can try this...
    go to http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp, enter your billing address, it will then show you how the USPS recognizes your address. Enter that address EXACTLY how it is shown on the USPS site into your itunes billing address info.
