Verify membership

Hi, I get this message every day: "We are sorry - we can't connect to the Adobe Server right now. 07 days remaining. Just a reminder that we need to verify your membership is current. You can keep accessing Creative Cloud offline, but if you don't connect to the Adobe Server within the time displayed, your product will stop working..."
Creative cloud is up to date.
Could you please help me how to sort this problem?
Thanks

  • Problem verifying membership

Every time I start up my computer, I get a little box that says that Creative Cloud has problems verifying my membership. When my IT-person looks at his administrative page, he sees nothing wrong.
The image is in Swedish, but I think you get an idea.
    What shall I do?

    Hello Anna,
I have checked your account and gone through your account and it should work fine.
Can you please before launching the Cloud again, follow the steps below and then trying again to launch any Cloud apps :
Clean up cached user login information.
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.
If you are not able to access to this library, please follow the link below :
Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 and later
Please, let us know how it goes and if the problem is solved by the steps above.
    Thanks.

I repeatedly receive an on screen warning tha Adobe are having trouble verifying my membership.  I can however log onto my details in a browser with my current e mail and password, any ideas how I can rectify this would be most welcome.

    Hi Peter,
This is an issue related to Adobe ID,  You can send private message too.

  • "Trouble verifying membership" pop up keeps occuring.

I've spoken to three different agents about this with no relief. I cancelled my paid subscription before my first 30 days because I have access to it for free as a student. This wasn't happening prior to my switch. Someone had me delete my "OPM" file and do this other stuff with no relief. It's giving me a 1 day left notification. Please someone help me fix this before I strangle someone.

    Hi Taylor,
We have checked the details of your account, we don't see any active subscription on it.
Kindly provide the below mentioned details in a Private Message so that we can try to assist you appropriately.

  • If use a CC application (Windows 8.1), then popup from Adobe says"We have trouble verifying your membership-60 days remaining", But checked account and all OK

As noted in title I am getting an Adobe popup notification every time I attempt to use one of my Creative Cloud applications(Windows 8.1). The pop up states "We are having trouble verifying your membership" and then 60 days remaining. One is then given the choice with buttons of retrying to verify membership or continuing. After choosing continue then I am able to use the application without further problems. The re-try button does not work and/or is unsuccessful. These problems began shortly after renewal of my CC membership.
So I have checked my Adobe account repeatedly and there does not seem to be a problem. As noted I had renewed CC membership recently and customer service told me that everything was ok. The desktop CC application works fine and shows all of my applications for the Windows 8.1 computer.  I have already removed and reinstalled CC desktop application and have the latest version, but without any success at getting rid of the popup notification. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Clyde Wilkes

  • Step by step to disable Folder Redirection for a single user - Windows 7 and SBS 2011 Essentials

OK...I got chewed (by someone I have a lot of respect for) for pounding on an old thread, so I'm starting a new one. I've got the Windows 7 Value Pack Plugin for SBS 2011 Essentials and Folder Redirection is working for everybody. What I'm looking for is
exactly how to go into Group Policy and disable the FD for a single user. I'm not looking for quick, incomplete answers. If you don't have time to give me the 'For Dummies' version, don't bother. Sorry, but I've done all the Googling I can stand for one day
and I'm over it! (and a little grumpy)
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Wayne,
    Here's what I'd do.
    1) create a Security Group in your AD environment. Call it 'Folder Redirection Members' or something like that. Put all the user accounts in your AD environment who you want to have their folders continue to be redirected to the server, do not include the
one user who you wish to exclude.  in other words, you're going to use a specific security group to target the Folder Redirection policy (right now, it's Domain Users, which is everyone).
    2) Edit the Group Policy that the W7PP created in your AD environment. It's likely called "W7PVP Folder Redirection".  Start with verification under the Settings tab, expand Folder Redirection beneath User Configuration states that
Policy Removal Behaviouris set to Restore Contents.  Then proceed using the Editor, to make adjustments under the Scope tab; verify membership in Security Filtering.  Remove Domain Users,
add in Folder Redirection Members (or whatever you named your group in step 1).
    3) on your workstation that your user you are applying the change to disable folder redirection, Log on to the domain account while connected to your network, elevate a command prompt, and perform a 'gpupdate /force' command and then reboot your computer.
Folder redirection configuration should be removed from the system and redirected contents should be restored back to your local path. Verify with inspection of the My Documents or other folders.
Hope this helps. Keep in mind, no warranty implied or expressed in this advice.
Try not to be so darn grumpy. :-/

  • Is user member of group in C#

    Hello everyone,
I have to bind our application from ActiveDirectory to eDirectory. Is
there a simple way to determine if the currently logged in user is a
    member of a group?
In ActiveDirectory this is really simple but in eDirectory (using the
LDAP C#-library) it seems that I always have to create LDAP strings
which always have to contain username and password (which is an
    absolutely no-go in my opinion).
I found many articles to my problem but no one with an easy solution.
Perhaps someone got this running without the novell LDAP library through
    Microsoft DirectoryServices-Namespace.

    Hash: SHA1
A few things come to mind. First your authentication problem; binding
anonymously is definitely allowed in eDirectory, and is even allowed by
default, but that doesn't mean the environment you are hitting will allow
it. This is something you'll need to check with whomever setup the
eDirectory environment. The documentation should cover how to set
    restrictions like anonymous binds.
Next we have what I'm guessing is how you are searching for the group. I
do not see how you are going to find either your group or your user in the
group using that code so I'll suggest something else that I think is
better taking advantage of the power of eDirectory and LDAP. First a
little more information about eDirectory. By default group memberships
are shown on both the group and user sides so you can either query the
entire directory for groups that have users in their 'members' attribute,
or you can go to the user and simply get a listing of all of the values in
the groupMembership attribute. This is the best way, in my opinion, to
see if a user is a member of a group.
Now, about finding the user. In LDAP environments objects are found by
full DNs, not just their relative DNs or usernames. If you do not have a
full DN (users seldom know the full DN or use them) the first step is to
find these, which you can do with a search like you are doing, although
hopefully you wouldn't need to loop through results. Having a query like
the following should find the user in one shot in a well-designed environment:
    (&(objectClass=inetorgperson)(cn=userNameHere))
Once you have found the resulting DN of the user you can find the
groupMembership attribute and either use the full set of values in that
attribute or you can iterate through the values looking for the group DN.
For both user and group you must use the full DN to verify membership.
    Good luck.

  • Pop up warning: "We are having trouble verifying you membership" and "00 Days Remaining".

I am the administrator of a team of 12 CC Licenses. I believe that we are all allowed to download CC onto one computer at our office as well as one computer or laptop at home for doing work after hours, etc. Many of us have done this and now we are all getting a pop up warning that "We are having trouble verifying you membership" and that we have "00 Days Remaining". This is very disturbing to us since according to your website we have 9 months remaining on our license. Any suggestions on this?

Thank you for your suggestions, however, I did not find an answer to my problem there. After about 8 hours of research, on-line chatting and finally a phone call all I have found out is that #1: I should remove or re-name the "hosts" document in my "/etc" folder. However, when I did that my Extensis Suitcase was disabled. Not a viable solution. #2: our firewall is blocking the Adobe products from contacting the Adobe server to verify our membership, therefor I need to install one of 17 possible URL's in our firewall to allow the connection. I cannot do this until next week when our IT guy is in for his bi-weekly visit. This does not make since to me because 3 of our team have not tried to install CC on a second computer and they are not having any trouble at all. So how could the firewall be the problem? I believe the problem is that it is impossible to find out the proper procedure to install CC on a second computer (home or laptop). Originally I was told that I needed to remove the existing user by clicking on the "X" in the CC admin-licenses panel and resend the invitation again so that CC could be installed on a second computer. All of our problems started after this was done. Now I am told that after the first license invitation was sent all that needed to be done to install on a second computer was to log in to the creative.adobe.com web-site, click on the Download Center tab and simply download everything you need on the second computer. Brilliant! Simple! Why is this not explained anywhere! So now I think I will try uninstalling CC from my second computer and try the Brilliant, Simple way and see what happens.

  • We are having trouble verifying your membership.

I get a popup every time I start any adobe CC product. It has been happening since day 1 and nobody through chat support has been able to help. I have contacted support at least five times with no results.
The popup says "We are having trouble verifying your membership. Either you're offline or there's a billing issue with your account. Please go online to manage your account and verify your billing information. If you have any issues or questions, please contact Customer Support."
I am not offline, so it's not that.
The first time I contacted support, they checked my billing information and I was told that there was no issue with it. I was also told by the support agent to just "wait till the timer ran out" on the popup. At this time the popup said I had fifty days to fix the issue.
The second time I contacted, which was after the 30 day trial period (about a week ago), I contacted customer support for the billing department, since the popup says that it's a billing issue. They said there was no issue with my billing and would transfer me to technical support.
Technical support had me log out of the desktop CC application. I was then told to go into a specific file and delete an item (I can't remember which one it was, but it was a temporary file).
I then logged back in and it appeared that the problem was fixed as I no longer got the popup.
A few days later, I went to use one of my CC products and the popup returned. Right now it's at 21 days. I contacted support twice today with no results. Can someone please give me a solution to this problem?
I do not want to have to cancel my subscription as it is past the 30 day trial period and I also need to use the products for school and work. But in 21 days it will no longer be useable.

Please check for the firewall & security of the internet , after that you can perform the following step:
Clean up cached user login information
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the opm.db file.
