Verify Your Account - not getting email

Trying to purchase something from bestbuy.com, I try to login to my account and get the following message:
Verify Your Account
In order to protect your account, we need to verify your identity before you sign in. We have sent a verification code to your e-mail. Please enter the code included in that e-mail to continue.
The verification code e-mail should arrive within a few minutes. If you don't see it, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder.
I have tried several times today and still get this message. I am not receiving an email, and it is not in my spam or trash either. I talked to 3 different people at 1-888-BESTBUY and no one was able to help. I registered for these forums and received the email from that registration process fine. 
Any help with this issue is appreciated, I would like to get this order in.

It's never our goal to create a complex experience when you you visit our website to shop. I apologize for your having encountered this apparent roadblock to completing your purchase.
Depending on your e-mail provider, it's possible that these messages may have been filtered as spam and sent to a junk email folder or even the deleted items/trash. If you haven't already done so, I'd encourage you to add the @BestBuy.com domain to your safe senders list and to double-check your filter settings. If you used a web-based mail service, I recommend reviewing your settings via the native interface. You may wish to try using another e-mail address if you continue to experience this issue in the future -- there are numerous reasons why individual messages might not be delivered, many of which lie beyond Best Buy's or your control.
That being said, using the email address you provided when you signed up for Best Buy Unboxed, I was able to locate your account and have initiated a password reset. Please follow the instructions in the email you receive. For best results, I recommend using a new, never used password.

    Hi tania184,
    Have you contacted your email provider to make sure there are no problems on their end? If they say their email servers are working properly, check the outgoing and incoming mail servers entries on your iPhone to make sure both are entered correctly. Enter the outgoing mail server even if the account setup indicates that is optional.

    Might I suggest a password reset?
    Maybe you can click on the Reset Password link instead of trying to log in at appleid.apple.com.
    I'm not sure if that would work, but its worth a try.

    I've had my 8330 (service provider: Bell Canada) since the Spring and yesterday I recieved a message saying:
    "SUBJECT: Action Required: Validate Password
    Validate the password for (myemail) in the BlackBerry Internet Service! Email messages from (my email) are not being delivered to your BlackBerry device. To resume receiving email messages from this email address, validate the password for (my email) in the BlackBerry Internet Service:
    1. Open your BlackBerry Internet Service account by completing one of the following actions
         * On the Home screen, click the Setup icon and click Email Accounts or Email Settings
         * Using a browser on your computer, visit the BlackBerry Internet Service Web Site
    2. Go to the Email Accounts page
    3. Edit (my email)
    4. Type password
    5. Click Save"
    I went through the Setup icon on my phone and went to Email Accounts. It says my email is invalid but there's a "Validate" button. I click that and it asks for my email password. I type it in and click enter and it says that my email is now validated. But I'm still not getting emails to my phone. I have no idea what could have prompted this, and I really don't know how to fix it!

    Hi all, yesterday I've upgraded my iMac to Mac OS X Lion. I can sign in with my Apple ID in iTunes, but not in the Mac App Store and also in FaceTime.   • Not getting email alerts on new meetings

    I have recently installed a new Mail Account as an MS Exchange sever account. I have an ICAL exchange account as well. The issue is I am not getting emails when someone sets an appointment - but I do get notifications in ICAL. I have set a card as "my card" in address book. Any help on what else to do would be greatly appreciated.

    Are you using Mac Mail?
    If so, you also have to have the account set up in MM that the ical events are being sent to. You also need to go into your mail preferences and set the ical invites to automatically dump invites into your ical to "never" if you want an actual email invitation.
    Though, I'm not seeing an issue with just viewing your notifications in iCal only, you know, to bypass duplicate invites...

  • Not Getting Emails, but can send

    I am not getting emails on my BB.  Last email received on my primary account was Thursday night.  I can send, but nothing is coming through.  It is an account through ATT.com, and it is also the main account I use on my personal laptop through Outlook.  I have made sure that outlook is shut down and laptop is off, but still not receiving. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

    Please help!  I have downloaded visual Studio 2010 Express with VB, C++, and Web Dev.  But when I try to register the products, using the choice in the Help selection, it takes  me to sign in, which seems to work OK, then it gets to "Profile
    Center" and hangs in a wait with the rotating circle.  It is stuck there.  I need to register the product, but have no ability to get past this bug.
       At one point I'm told that I need an 'MS Passport' to sign up, but I don't know if that's separate from an 'account' or what it is.
