Verify your account

Appologies if this is the wrong forum:  I couldnt find a "Account Support Thread" in the forum options.
When trying to login to https://manage.windowsazure.com I get the following, not so helpfull error message
If I click the support link, i just get genral MS support phone numbers. 
Calling MS Support, they tell me Azure has no phone support!
I have signed out
I have tried on 3 different browsers
I have tried on 3 different computers
I have deleted all cookies
Support links takes me to a genral page http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/options/
The link off 6 takes me to https://manage.windowsazure.com/?getsupport=true, which redirects me back to the same error page
I am a BizSpark member, and MS have verified my account is active until 2015.
This was working for the past 2 years up until about a week ago.
My account is active, as per the accounts portal.  MS have confirmed my subscription via email.
Further more, when I try sign in, I notice the browser query string is
https://manage.windowsazure.com/@srowlisonhotmail.onmicrosoft.com
Which is NOT my email!
Please help.

From my experience, it seems that your azure was working as usual, but can't login, there may be some issue in your account, it is difficult to give my advise, as far as I know, Azure has phone support channel, see more at

    Might I suggest a password reset?
    Maybe you can click on the Reset Password link instead of trying to log in at appleid.apple.com.
    I'm not sure if that would work, but its worth a try.

    it is a problem with the latest update.  nothing you can do will fix it, besides rolling your apple tv back to the last update.

    You can call the local support number from the page to ask them to verify the account for you. If not, you can ask them to open a support ticket for you.

    Hi all, yesterday I've upgraded my iMac to Mac OS X Lion. I can sign in with my Apple ID in iTunes, but not in the Mac App Store and also in FaceTime.     Trying to purchase something from bestbuy.com, I try to login to my account and get the following message:
    Verify Your Account
    In order to protect your account, we need to verify your identity before you sign in. We have sent a verification code to your e-mail. Please enter the code included in that e-mail to continue.
    The verification code e-mail should arrive within a few minutes. If you don't see it, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder.
    I have tried several times today and still get this message. I am not receiving an email, and it is not in my spam or trash either. I talked to 3 different people at 1-888-BESTBUY and no one was able to help. I registered for these forums and received the email from that registration process fine. 
    Any help with this issue is appreciated, I would like to get this order in.

If you used a web-based mail service, I recommend reviewing your settings via the native interface. You may wish to try using another e-mail address if you continue to experience this issue in the future -- there are numerous reasons why individual messages might not be delivered, many of which lie beyond Best Buy's or your control.
    That being said, using the email address you provided when you signed up for Best Buy Unboxed, I was able to locate your account and have initiated a password reset. Please follow the instructions in the email you receive. For best results, I recommend using a new, never used password.

    Please help!  I have downloaded visual Studio 2010 Express with VB, C++, and Web Dev.  But when I try to register the products, using the choice in the Help selection, it takes  me to sign in, which seems to work OK, then it gets to "Profile
    Center" and hangs in a wait with the rotating circle.  It is stuck there.  I need to register the product, but have no ability to get past this bug.
       At one point I'm told that I need an 'MS Passport' to sign up, but I don't know if that's separate from an 'account' or what it is.
