Verizon charges extra for No service just because they can!!
I get a new phone and no service and is added and they charge $30.00. And they said it was for a upgrade fee!! It was the same basic phone NOT a smart phone. What a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!
If you purchased a new phone (basic or smartphone) at the two year contract price, you will be subject to the upgrade fee which has been in place since April 22, 2012.

It's all very confusing to me, I need some answers from experienced customers.I already checked. I purchased my iPhone 3G on the launch date back in July '08. Did you know that verizon charges ¢50 for calls from the US to Canada? Just dialing an area code like 604 (Vancouver, CA), will create charges at a rate of ¢50/minute. Amazing that they can charge this much for a call to Canada. I know they have it somewhere in their contract/website.

Verizon placed order for a service w/o my permission and now can't cancel it.
Called VZ because I get the message that the screen "We're sorry, we are unable to continue your order at this time. Please try again later or contact your local Verizon office for assistance. Please" when I attempt to get any information on my services.
I was passed from one person to the next without a resolution and then an hour later I received an email from VZ thanking me for ordering Verizon Internet Security Suite for $16.99 per month.
I called VZ again and was tossed around to VZ customer service, then wash bumped to the "elite team" and no one can cancel this service that I did not order.
I was told that the order was made by the rep that I spoke with at 9:33 p.m. this evening. She should be reprimanded. This is outrageous.
I called VZ this evening because I couldn't even view detailed information on my services let alone order Quantum without getting the error message that I referenced above, and then a VZ rep saddles me with even more charges on a product I never requested. Now it can't be cancelled?!

Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".

Apple IDs are free. Your Apple ID is also usable as your iCloud email address. You need not use it as such.

Why am I not allowed to activate my product, CS3, when the product is bought years ago and I still have the serial number? It's an old version, but I don't throw products in the bin, just because they are old.
And what exactly is your problem? Other than going of on a tangent about Adobe's alleged evilness preventing you to activate whatever CS3 product, you have not provided any useful info such as what exact problem you have, what system, what product we are axctualyl talking about and so on.

Outlook 2007 doesn't show the icloud service running in Windows 7 within outlook. Does anyone know what the dll for this service is so it can be manually added to outlook? I've installed the icloud control panel app and set it up to synch everything, but after initially downloading my icloud calendar, it won't process any calendar updates (new entries made on either iphone 4 on ios 5 or outlook).
So since the control panel installed, but the service doesn't show running in outlooks "trust center" add-ins list, anyone know the actual dll file it would point to so I can see if I can add it the hard way?I had the same issue and figured it out. First you have to start Outook as administrator. To do this, shift and right-click on outlook and click run as administrator. Next you need to enable Hard-disabled add-ins:

To re-enable an add-in
In the application, click the File tab.

In the details pane, verify that the add-in appears in the Disabled Application Add-ins list. The Name column specifies the name of the assembly, and the Location column specifies the full path of the application manifest.
In the Manage box, click Disabled Items, and then click Go.

You can't gift it, gifting can only be done from within the store, not from within your library.

I am moving stock from one SLOC (AY02- HU Managed) to Another SLOC
(AA99-
Non HU). Inbound delivery is created .
I did automatic packing and packed the HU generated and saved the
inbound delivery. While doing PGR I am getting error "Post the HUs for
goods receipt so that they can be transfer posted Message no.
HUFUNCTIONS254". Kindly Assist
Steps for Reconstruction
1) MB1B post with 311 movement type.
2) delivery gets created.
3) pack the HU's automatically and HU's were generated, save the inbound.
4) Do PGR .

There is a "concept problem". You are not doing a reception, you are posting an issue. After running MB1B system should create an Outbound delivery.
In a HU-managed storage location you should use existing HU in order to pack the delivery. Instead of generate new HUs in the OD, try to pack existing ones.

I have downloaded Peppa Pig series using Itunes and have tried to sync the tv programme to both my Ipad Mini and IPhone 5. However neither work saying that 'videos from Itunes Libary can not be copied to 'ipad' because they can not be played on this I Pad. I have downloaded the HD episodes is this my problem or do i need to download a 'video watching' app? Please help we are going away next week and the episodes were to help keep my toodler occupied on the plane. thank you

But the iPhone 5 and the iPad mini should support HD videos.
What I would try is downloading the movies directly to your iPad mini or your iPhone. You will want to do this when connected to Wi-Fi, but you can follow these steps in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519
