Verizon cloud error 4600 on gs5

Cloud is active on my account (in manage features it shows the 25 gb option is selected and it shows up on my bill with the credit for my plan type). When I open the cloud it scans my device and allows me to choose what to back up. I click next, select my email (I choose the one associated with vz account) and then I get a pop up that I don't have enough space on my cloud and do I want to upgrade to 25 gb for $2.99 (but with a credit on the monthly bill because of my plan). I click yes.  Next screen is the error.
I've cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled updates, restarted phone. This is happening on both phones on my account, both gs5. Not sure what to try at this point to get it working.

  • Verizon Cloud Error Message

    I downloaded the Verizon Cloud to my Windows 7 starter netbook.  Since I realized I didn't need it, I went into Control Panel and removed it.  Unfortunately, now on boot up, I'm getting the message "HUB Manager caught unhandled unknown exception terminating Verizon" .  Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this message on boot up?

    I had the same problem after removing Verizon Cloud software on my Windows 7 desktop.
    Here is how what you can do to solve it:
    Type:  msconfig  in the Windows Run Command line.
    Select the Startup tab in the System Configuration box that appears.
    Uncheck the Startup Item named HLBackupScheduler
    Click Apply and then Ok
    Reboot your computer.

  • My Note 3 had 220  contacts, upgraded to note 4 and now have 72 contacts and my Verizon Cloud app shows error code 4600.  How do i get my remaining contacts?

    I had a Note 3 and had 220+ contacts.  While I had it I performed a factory reset several times and always got all of my contacts restored.  My phone was upgraded to  Note 4 at my job yesterday.  I completed a factory reset on My Note 3, turned it into my IT department and received my Note 4.  My phone had since only has 72 contacts (it was 56 then 76 and now 72).  When I run the Verizon Cloud app it will display an error code 4600.  While in the Verizon Cloud app, if I open detailes about contacts it states there are only 5 contacts.  i did use the Backup assistant on the Note 3 but that app is not found on the Note 4. 
    I went by the Verizon store yesterday, the rep stated that she needed the old phone (it was wiped),
    How can I restore the remaining contacts to my Note 4 from verizon?

Have you had a chance to view your contacts via your My Verizon page? Once you have logged in, please hover you mouse over the My Verizon Tab, and click on the View All option at the bottom of the pop up.
    Once the page loads, please view the options on the right hand side. Under Additional Actions, please choose Manage my Contacts and Media.
    Do all of your contacts appear there?

  • Verizon Cloud backup code 4600 error

    I am trying to back up my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on Verizon Cloud.  I am getting an error. Code 4600. I have power cycled my device.  I have reset Verizon Cloud application.  I have logged into MyVerizon as a member and chose "manage contacts" and am only able to get through that process part way. I get to the step where I click on the my device to chosse to back and the words, "Back up device" is supposed to be a link but the words are not a link. And I can go no further.  Please advise.

        We definitely want to get your phone backing up properly, Labryss. This error will usually occur if the Cloud feature hasn't been updated to your account quite yet. Please log into My Verizon http://bit.ly/xB4iTc and select Change Featues. One of the first sections should be Cloud Storage for Media. Please select the Cloud feature you'd like and pick Next at the bottom of the page. Keep us posted if the difficulties continue.

  • Verizon Cloud has encountered an error. code: 7500

    Okay, I currently have a Droid and an iPad at my disposal while I am away from my office for a MONTH.  I have tried to get the Verizon Cloud apps to work on my phone and iPad.  Both get error 7500, with the iPad adding 422 : 7500.  What a totally useless program this is.  I see LOTS of people having the same issues.  No real answers to be found so far, without a PC or Mac.

    Here's the info on how to get your contacts backed up: When you open the Verizon Cloud app for the first time on your mobile device, you’ll go through a setup process. After that process is complete, your contacts will automatically sync at a regularly scheduled time. The Verizon Cloud app will provide confirmation that the contacts are being synced.
    For step-by-step visual instructions on using Verizon Cloud with your device, go to our Simulator Index page and select your device from the list (if available). A simulator for your device will open. Look for the Verizon Cloud section in the simulator for assistance.
    If you think your contacts aren’t being synced by Verizon Cloud, go to the Settings menu of the Verizon Cloud app and make sure that the Contacts box is checked under the “What to back up” option. By doing this, you’ve successfully activated contacts sync from Verizon Cloud.
    If you upgrade or switch to a different device, your contacts will transfer over with all your other Verizon Cloud content.

  • Try to back up pictures on verizon cloud but the app gives me error code 1000 please close app and try again...please help I want to set my phone to factory but some of pics didnt save to my sd card

    I have been trying to back up my pictures on Verizon Cloud app but everytime I try to log in I get "error code 10000, close app and try again...I have been avoiding the new update because of all the problems I keep hearing and my phone is already freaking out...

        I appreciate you taking the time to reach out, Stevie5504. Do you show the pictures as being backed up? I would suggest resetting the app by heading into Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > ALL > Verizon Cloud > Clear Cache and Data.

  • Trying to backup contacts--server error from Verizon Cloud

    Okay, I've checked other threads and cannot find the answer. I am trying to backup my contacts from my Droid Razr HD before switching to a new phone. It starts the "provisioning account" process. Then I get the message, "Verizon Cloud operation failed. Please try again (code 4001)"
    I have two email accounts on this phone, one a gmail account and one my work email account. I have the same problem, regardless of which account I choose.
    Any assistance would be welcomed. I need to return the old phone soon, or I'll be charged for the new one.

    for both of them.

  • Caught Unhanded Unknown Exception Error (Verizon Cloud)

    I am having issues with Verizon Cloud desktop application.  When I launch it, I get the VZW logo, then gets an error stating "Caught Unhanded Unknown Exception; terminating*   I have removed and reinstalled the SW, same issue.  I have done as much research as I can at this point.  I noticed a few other posts previously about this, but not much help on answer.  Please advise. 
    I did this from a fresh startup as well, and even in safe mode/

    Computer is a Lenovo K330
    Quad core I7
    12 GB RAM
    Phone is a NOTE 4
    Full Virus scan-Negative
    I have tried:
    Turning off firewall
    All SW up to date
    Restore to previous date
    Reinstall application
    Run as administrator
    Tried different compatibility modes
    Note:  this did work before.
    This happens on the desktop application however.  It happens when I open the VZ Cloud app. 
    Any help would be good.

  • Verizon Cloud - Invalid Account error

    My Verizon Cloud refuses to work, it says "Account is in invalid state - Code 10007" There is no way to fix it, I called Tech Support, they couldn't find the problem. Has anyone had this problem with their phone?

  • Why cant i backup using verizon cloud.

    I set up and activated my Verizon cloud account and updated the cloud app on my HTC thunderbolt. I go thru the app choosing everything I want backed up. The last screen I get to asks for an email address. No matter which email address I choose, the display reads "Provisioning Account" and then I get an error message, code 4600.
    This has been the case for going on 12 hours now.

    Congratulations on the new smartphone. The iPhone 5C is a great device! When it comes to backing up your content on your device it is up to you to choose which backup process works best for you. All three backup options back up the same content on your phone so it is just best to choose which option is easiest for you to use. When your iPhone is idle and goes to sleep it has been know to disconnect from the wifi which can effect a phone backing up with V-Cloud. I hope this helps!

  • Verizon cloud

    Every time I try to sign in to cloud it says verizon cloud has encountered an error please close app and try again (code:10003) I can't figure out how to fix this

    Well maybe "sad's" problem is resolved since he/she didn't answer.  As for me, my Backup Assistant Plus no longer backs up.  Instead, I receive "account state is invalid."  The VZW tech support rep (via call in) surmized this may be because Backup Assistant is possibly phasing out in favor of "Cloud."  She suggested I log into the Cloud to backup in this manner.  When I attempted the first time login, and ever since, I receive "Verizon cloud has encountered an error. Please close app and try again (code: 10003)."  This happens whether I'm on WiFi or VZW network.  I have previously successfully backed up using Assistant, but have never reached the Cloud.  The VZW phone rep suggested I take the phone to a store because short of resetting the phone (which she didn't want to do), she couldn't figure out the problem.  We previously cleared data and cache to no avail.  Any help?

    I tried at least 10 times to sign in to Verizon Cloud via my iPad mini and i get the same error message consistently:
    After selecting what I want to backup I get a message:
    Something Went Wrong
    There was a problem when you signed in
    Please wait a moment and sign in
    again [422 : 4508]
    What am I doing wrong

    want to make sure you can view your Verizon Cloud. Have you tried logging in on
    a computer? Did you get an error message there?  I want to get to the
    bottom of this so please share details.

  • Unable to empty trash in verizon cloud

    The trash is using 2.4GB of storage in verizon cloud.  Whenever I attempt to empty trash can it gives me an internal server error and doesn't delete it.  Any workaround or way to get a trouble ticket opened?
