Verizon Cloud - Invalid Account error

My Verizon Cloud refuses to work, it says "Account is in invalid state - Code 10007" There is no way to fix it, I called Tech Support, they couldn't find the problem. Has anyone had this problem with their phone?

    Actually, that means you've reached the limit of three new iCloud accounts on this device. The only way to fix is to create the new account on a computer or another iOS device, then setup the account on your existing device.

  • My Note 3 had 220  contacts, upgraded to note 4 and now have 72 contacts and my Verizon Cloud app shows error code 4600.  How do i get my remaining contacts?

    I had a Note 3 and had 220+ contacts.  While I had it I performed a factory reset several times and always got all of my contacts restored.  My phone was upgraded to  Note 4 at my job yesterday.  I completed a factory reset on My Note 3, turned it into my IT department and received my Note 4.  My phone had since only has 72 contacts (it was 56 then 76 and now 72).  When I run the Verizon Cloud app it will display an error code 4600.  While in the Verizon Cloud app, if I open detailes about contacts it states there are only 5 contacts.  i did use the Backup assistant on the Note 3 but that app is not found on the Note 4. 
    I went by the Verizon store yesterday, the rep stated that she needed the old phone (it was wiped),
    How can I restore the remaining contacts to my Note 4 from verizon?

Have you had a chance to view your contacts via your My Verizon page? Once you have logged in, please hover you mouse over the My Verizon Tab, and click on the View All option at the bottom of the pop up.
    Once the page loads, please view the options on the right hand side. Under Additional Actions, please choose Manage my Contacts and Media.
    Do all of your contacts appear there?

  • Invalid account error when doing an internal reconciliation

    Hi all.
    A client is having this issue with one of the users.
    when trying to do an internal reconcilation on a business partner..the user gets an error Invalid Account Code [Message 173-9]
    She tried to do the recon 3 times and got that error.
    They are on SAP8.81, PL04.
    I read on other threads that is application error on previous versions...so not sure what the issue could be now.

    Can you confirm one thing by checking the database?
    What is the control account for the Business Partner you are performing the reconciliation and what is the control account in the JE of the transaction for the BP line in the reconciliation.

  • Verizon Cloud login for iPad and PC for second line (not primary account holder line)

    I am the primary account holder but the primary line is associated with my wife's phone so I added Verizon Cloud to the second line which is my phone.
    I downloaded the Verizon Cloud app to my iPhone and backed up my data. The Verizon Cloud app did not ask for a password and must have recognized that my device was authorized.
    However, I can not access my Verizon Cloud "account" for my line from my iPad or PC. When I use the account name and password for My Verizon (which is associated with the primary line) I get an error.
    During the setup process of the Verizon Cloud app on my phone I supplied my email address but was never asked to setup a password for my line/device.
    How can I access my line's Verizon Cloud storage from my iPad or PC?
    Does Verizon Cloud only work for the primary account holder?

    I guess I should have read the Verizon Cloud FAQ #2. For anyone interested in the same answer I'll post it here:
    Can other individuals on my Verizon Wireless account access my Verizon Cloud storage account?No, your Verizon Cloud account is tied to your own individual mobile number. No one else on your account (including the Account Owner) can sign in to your Verizon Cloud account without access to your password for My Verizon.
    If you’re the Account Owner or want to manage the content of a different mobile number, you’ll need tosign in to My Verizon with that mobile number and password, or create a new My Verizon account for that number if it doesn’t already exist.

  • Trying to backup contacts--server error from Verizon Cloud

    Okay, I've checked other threads and cannot find the answer. I am trying to backup my contacts from my Droid Razr HD before switching to a new phone. It starts the "provisioning account" process. Then I get the message, "Verizon Cloud operation failed. Please try again (code 4001)"
    I have two email accounts on this phone, one a gmail account and one my work email account. I have the same problem, regardless of which account I choose.
    Any assistance would be welcomed. I need to return the old phone soon, or I'll be charged for the new one.

  • Verizon cloud error 4600 on gs5

    Cloud is active on my account (in manage features it shows the 25 gb option is selected and it shows up on my bill with the credit for my plan type). When I open the cloud it scans my device and allows me to choose what to back up. I click next, select my email (I choose the one associated with vz account) and then I get a pop up that I don't have enough space on my cloud and do I want to upgrade to 25 gb for $2.99 (but with a credit on the monthly bill because of my plan). I click yes.  Next screen is the error.
    I've cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled updates, restarted phone. This is happening on both phones on my account, both gs5. Not sure what to try at this point to get it working.

    I'm sorry to hear about the error you are receiving on Verizon Cloud! I would love to resolve this for you. Are you attempting to backup media, contacts, or messages? Is there any other text in the error or just the code 4001? Are you connected to WiFi or the VZW Data network (4G or 3G)?

  • Verizon Cloud backup code 4600 error

    I am trying to back up my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on Verizon Cloud.  I am getting an error. Code 4600. I have power cycled my device.  I have reset Verizon Cloud application.  I have logged into MyVerizon as a member and chose "manage contacts" and am only able to get through that process part way. I get to the step where I click on the my device to chosse to back and the words, "Back up device" is supposed to be a link but the words are not a link. And I can go no further.  Please advise.

        We definitely want to get your phone backing up properly, Labryss. This error will usually occur if the Cloud feature hasn't been updated to your account quite yet. Please log into My Verizon http://bit.ly/xB4iTc and select Change Featues. One of the first sections should be Cloud Storage for Media. Please select the Cloud feature you'd like and pick Next at the bottom of the page. Keep us posted if the difficulties continue.

  • Verizon Cloud and Google Account Problems for Turbo

    I purchased the Droid Turbo yesterday. My previous phone was registered for a backup account through my gmail account. Upon registering my new phone with the gmail, my contacts were not updated in my phone and it seemed that all of my data was lost. I was under the impression that since my phone had a backup account setup with Google, that all of my contacts and data would be transferred once I registered my new phone with the same account. If anyone has advice on how to fix this, please tell me. I am quite upset that the verizon clerk assured me it would work perfectly and that everything was set up.
    Also, I am unable to access the verizon cloud on my phone. It keeps giving me an Error 4547 code. I have done some research and it looks like there is a possibility that my phone isn't compatible with the cloud. I don't know how this could be possible. Please let me know if I am wrong and provide some suggestions on how to fix this.
    With all the advancements in technology it is ridiculous that switching to a new phone hasn't become any easier.

        bseballfrk35, I know the importance of having your phone content transferred successfully. Sorry to learn that you're having such difficulty. While we don't have access to your Google account infomation; you can definitely check your Gmail account for contacts by signing in at www.google.com/contacts.
    Regarding your Verizon Cloud application; when are you seeing this error message appear? Is your phone connected via Wifi or though our mobile data? Please share details so we can help.

    Dear Experts,
    I hit this error message when posting an AP Credit Note based entirely on an existing AP Invoice (nothing was changed in the credit note).
    Invalid Account Code [Message 173-9]
    I have found 2 notes, but I dont think they're relevant

    Dear All,
    I found the solution!
    In my AP Invoice, there was a Rounding amount, but when I copied over to AP Credit Note, the system unusually set the Rounding amount as $0.00 and copies the Rounding amount to the Discount field instead.
    **The "Invalid Account Code" error happened because I did not set GL account determination for discounts scenario.
    So what I did was I cleared the Discount field in the Credit Note, and enter the rounding figure into the Rounding field again. Then, the AP Credit Note was able to go in Successfully!

  • ISE 1.2 change account duration - invalid account date error

    When I tried to extend the duration of some accounts to july 2014 on my ISE 1.2 I got the invalid account date error. When I tried to extend the user to the 5th of february it worked. I  couldn't go further thant that date although I can select a date 365 days away from now.
    Is there a limitation when you want to change the account duration?

    Probably you are hitting this defect
    CSCum10047.
    This will be addressed in upcoming releases mostly in ISE 1.2.0. 899 Patch 7 which is tentatively scheduled to be released at the end of February .

  • Verizon Cloud has encountered an error. code: 7500

    Okay, I currently have a Droid and an iPad at my disposal while I am away from my office for a MONTH.  I have tried to get the Verizon Cloud apps to work on my phone and iPad.  Both get error 7500, with the iPad adding 422 : 7500.  What a totally useless program this is.  I see LOTS of people having the same issues.  No real answers to be found so far, without a PC or Mac.

    Here's the info on how to get your contacts backed up: When you open the Verizon Cloud app for the first time on your mobile device, you’ll go through a setup process. After that process is complete, your contacts will automatically sync at a regularly scheduled time. The Verizon Cloud app will provide confirmation that the contacts are being synced.
    For step-by-step visual instructions on using Verizon Cloud with your device, go to our Simulator Index page and select your device from the list (if available). A simulator for your device will open. Look for the Verizon Cloud section in the simulator for assistance.
    If you think your contacts aren’t being synced by Verizon Cloud, go to the Settings menu of the Verizon Cloud app and make sure that the Contacts box is checked under the “What to back up” option. By doing this, you’ve successfully activated contacts sync from Verizon Cloud.
    If you upgrade or switch to a different device, your contacts will transfer over with all your other Verizon Cloud content.

    While making production receipt system throws the error like " Invalid Account Code Message [173-9]". We've checked thoroughly G/L account determination(G/L mapping). This is happening for only one item, remaining items are ok. What is the reason, if any one knows please explain.

    When you register a credit note in parts, the system produces the following error message:
    Invalid account code - Message 173-9
    This error only occurs when attempting to fully register on the bill pending items
    We have SAP Business One ver 8.81 PL08.

    I do not see any fixes for that particular issue on PL 49 but Iwill test it on a newer patch level.
    I have run the query in note 1090457. "Reconciliation difference must be zero before reconciling [Message 3821-8]"
    Although the error message that the note refers to is different than the error message I am getting the query does return several transactions. When I omit the transactions detailed by the query when reconciling the account the internal reconcilliation works.

        I appreciate you taking the time to reach out, Stevie5504. Do you show the pictures as being backed up? I would suggest resetting the app by heading into Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > ALL > Verizon Cloud > Clear Cache and Data.
