Verizon never came for installation

Verizon is horrible
I had a new installtion on 12/31/12, they never came, I called them (spent over 2 hours over the phone) they appoligized, took my phone number and told me that someone will call me back with explanation, of cource no one called, I called back on 1/2/13 they keep hunging up on meor telling me that I have to contact billing dept (waiting time for billing tdept is 112 minutes) , WHAT THE HELL is wrong with them?? finnally after several hours of hold, they do not know what happened and they will come tomoorow for installation, and I supposed get email confirmation. 2 hours past NO EMAILS. I guess Verizon do NOT want my business. 
I can not believe I spent so much time with them,

    Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account > Password and Security.

    It's a really bad idea to post your email addresess - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove them.
    This is a user-to-user forum and no-one on here can take any direct action. If your Yahoo address is not working that's something you would need to take up with Yahoo - have you checked it by sending yourself an email to it?
    Otherwise you will need to contact Support: go to https://expresslane.apple.com/ and click on 'iTunes' in the center column and then 'iTunes Store' in the right-hand column and proceed from there.

  • Have serial for cs6 but it never came with a CD - how to download

    I have my serial number for Adobe Master Collection CS6 but I got this through my school as part of the tuition I paid. It never came with the actual CD. I recently had to wipe out my computer so I need to download it again. The way I remember doing this is buy first clicking on the Adobe CS6 free trial then entering my serial number. There isn't an option anymore to download it unless I add it to my cart and pay again. How do I download it?

    If you are certain you have the right serial number, there really isn't much we can help you with here. You might try downloading and installing the last version of Lightroom 2. It will be the trial version, but when the trial screen appears there is an option to indicate that you have a serial number. Incidentally, Lightroom serial numbers start with the first four digits being 1160.

    Try:                           
    - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - Try another cable
    - Try on another computer                            
    - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

    Try reset iPad
    Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

  • Signed up for Iphone insurance 2 months ago - Verizon never added

    Has anyone experienced a situation where you place the order for your iphone via phone to Verizon and confirm your plan and insurance and a couple months later you realize that Verizon never added the insurance?  I have the name and location of the customer service rep that I spoke with when placing the order.  Wondering how to obtain the recorded call as everytime I call, I hear a message that calls are being recorded.

    Without proper system information nobody can tell you much. This error usually indicates that a previous install of some Adobe program has introduced an incompatible component and it's blocking the new install. as a start run teh cleaner tool an d try again.

  • How can Verizon bill me for a phone I return and have FedEx proof it was received

    Bought a new phone in Verizon store, camera didn't work.  Verizon sent new phone with prepaid shipping to return broken phone.  I sent phone in via FedEx, FedEx has a signed receipt from Verizon that it was received at their warehouse on July 18th.  Verizon is now trying to charge me for the phone.  At first they said they had no record of receiving the phone, then when I supplied them with the FedEx tracking info they admitted to receiving the phone but said THEY couldn't find it.  I have all of this on emails form Verizon.  Then they said they had to do an investigation to locate the phone and now they say that the box is empty.  They offered me a payment plan.  I emailed, I called the customer service center and a woman by the name of Samantha promised me a call by Tues. I have not heard back from her.  I called the customer service center back and was told they would get back to me.  My local store rep told me that there's nothing they can do and the manager from that store has yet to return my call.  I think I need a lawyer because this is truly extortion.  I have a very good long standing business relationship with Verizon, never late with my payments and this is how I am treated.  It's simply ridiculous.  Fed Ex told me that the package is insured by them so Verizon will get reimbursement from them, interesting right? So it seems as though Verizon wants to be paid twice for a broken phone. I am not responsible for them losing my phone.  I'm hitting Twitter next. Then the BBB. I have attached letter from Verizon to establish credibility.

    There are hundreds of posts on this particular subject. Had it happen to me except I had a little different proof that my phone was in the box. I sent it using my own label which forces FedEx to weigh the package once it is in their possession. Verizon first claimed my package was not returned, then after I provided proof they claimed the box was empty, then after I provided proof it was not they claimed it was the incorrect phone, after I proved them incorrect on that claim they said it was received too late. I was able to prove that one wrong as well but could not get Verizon to credit my account back until I files a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. Once they got the complaint they tried all of the other things first, then finally claimed the phone was entered manually and it had the incorrect date associated to it. It took 3 months to get them to credit the funds back to me and over 75 phone calls.

    The subcontractor that was sent to install our BT phoneline so we could be connected for our total broadband package turned up, walked around for 20 minutes, said he was going to move his van and then left and never came back. No work was done and now I cannot get any updates on the status of our order or any possible date for installation. the call-centres can't help so what can I do?

    I bought a CS3 creative suite on a student license in 2008.  The original MAC laptop has died and I am trying to install it on a MAC desktop.  the programs installs successfully but never ask for a serial number.  the programs will open but I can not open any files,  I get a Adobe Updater quite unexpectedly message.  Is this because the serial number has not been entered? I have tried chat about this problem twice, also use Adobe connect and was not helped. How do I enter this serial number?

    activate is grayed out.  Registration is available and when I select it, it says "A problem was encountered while trying to send the information over the internet"  So I select "submit again" and nothing happens.  Then the program closes and I get the added updater quite message.

    I have had a verizon cell phone for 13 years and have gotten your cable/internet/phone when i moved out on my own because i had been so happy with the experience i had with the cell phone service. i ordered my new iPhone 6 on October 6th along with my husband. i was told by the sales associate at the vierzon store where i placed the order that it would ship a week before halloween. instead of a shipping confirmation, i received an email a week before halloween letting me know that my order had been placed on 10/24/14. i thought this was weird, but figured i could weight another week or two, no big deal. my husband got his phone in the mail yesterday. still no sign of mine. then this morning i got an email letting me know that my order was cancelled and if id like to place another order for a phone, then i can go back to the store and do so. why would i want to go through another month of this??? verzon lost my order. i never canceled it and i am beyond annoyed. i am looking to switch my entire house to another provider. this is ridiculous.

    i did not get any reasons or explanations. the email just stated that my order was canceled and that it won't be posted to my credit card (i have more than enough to cover the cost, so that is not the issue). also my husbands phone was paid for from the same card moments before me. my balance is always paid automatically and on time. so that couldn't be the reason either. that's what so frustrating is because they didn't explain what happened. this is what the email read exactly:
    "This email is to confirm that your order has been cancelled; you have not been billed for this merchandise.
    If you would like to place a new order, you may do so by visiting your local retail store or going online to www.verizonwireless.com.

    it almost feels like its saying that i canceled it and that this was to confirm that i did. but i didn't cancel anything.

As soon as I saw it I recover the password and return the access to my iPad. But iPhone is not registered for my apple ID any longer. Can Apple help me somehow? I have all the documents and the iPhone box. Will they lock the iPhone and return me access to it. I'm sure it's been attached to another apple ID.
    PS. the apple ID I'm using on the discussons is not the hacked one.
