Verr_intnet_flt_if_not_found
I get the following message when launching a new virtual guest when setting network as bridged network on a window 7 VM
"Unknown error creating VM
(VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND).
Please help.
I selected Adapter bridge, in 1> Wi fi (Airport) and that's all.
Thanks, that gave me the nudge I needed.
For other seekers, the full steps are:
1. Click on Settings in the Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager
2. Select the Network tab
3. Change the Name of Adaptor 1
4. Start the appliance

Can't start imported VirtualBox appliance on Arch host with errors
(I have been referred here from this thread in the VirtualBox forums because it is suspected that the problem is Arch-specific)
I've installed latest VirtualBox 4.0.4 via pacman in a fully updated Arch Linux system.
Then, I successfully imported the Zero Effort Groupware (ZEG) 1.3.5 appliance (which is an Ubuntu guest virtual machine) into VirtualBox. I followed all the instructions on the appliance's website to do so.
When I try to start the virtual machine I get:
VBoxManage startvm ZEG-1.3.5
Waiting for the VM to power on...
VBoxManage: error: The virtual machine 'ZEG-1.3.5' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1
VBoxManage: error: Details: code NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005), component Machine, interface IMachine, callee
I also tried running it headless and got:
VBoxHeadless --startvm "ZEG-1.3.5" &

I don't know what to make of it, I would appreciate any help you can provide as soon as possible. Thanks!
P.S. Here is what "VBoxManage showvminfo ZEG-1.3.5" shows:

1. I added vboxnetflt to the modules list in rc.conf, is there somewhere else I should add it?
2. Just to be sure, I did "modprobe vboxnetflt" then tried to run the virtual machine, but still got:

Can't run the latest Dev Days appliance on my Mac
I have just downloaded and installed Virtual Box on my Mac book, so I can run the latest OTN Developer Days VM. The import worked fine but when I tried to start up the image I got this error message:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Oracle Developer Days.
Failed to open/create the internal network
'HostInterfaceNetworking-Intel(R) 82566DM-2 Gigabit Network Connection'
(VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND).
Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
Component: Console
Interface: IConsole {1968b7d3-e3bf-4ceb-99e0-cb7c913317bb}I suspect this may be a Mac configuration issue but I don't know where to start diagnosing it.
For reference I'm am using Mac OS X 10.5.8 (i.e. Leopard). The version of Virtual Box is 4.1.8 r75467. The Appliance is the one labelled OTN_DD_NOV11.
I have noticed that the DVD comes with an older version of Virtual Box. Perhaps this is the problem?
Any help or clues gratefully received.
Cheers, APCI selected Adapter bridge, in 1> Wi fi (Airport) and that's all.
