At first glance, this is not a problem with document restrictions at all. As a matter of fact, the PDF document that we received has all of the operations "Allowed", which is different from the screenshot that you posted above. (You may have sent us a different PDF document. But we can reproduce the same text markup problem with the PDF document on our end.)
All pages (except the first page) contain text. This is certainly not a scanned PDF document.
It is likely a defect in Adobe Reader for iOS (and other Reader mobile products) regarding text/font handling.
We will investigate further and get back to you with findings in a few days. Thank you.

Simple button highlights in PSD menu not working properly in Encore
I'm having some trouble making even basic menus this week - I'm working on a couple of projects that need simple menus on their DVDs, but I can't get them to work.
For one project, it's a simple menu with a photo as the background and two buttons - 'Play' and 'Behind the Scenes'. Each button group consists of a text layer with the button title and a layer called '(=1) Highlight'. The highlight layer is a simple straight line underneath the text. Nothing is overlapping, however the line is not appearing on one of the buttons. The group is detected as a button in Encore, and works when it is linked to the timeline, but the line does not appear
With the other project I've been working on this week, there's a few menu pages - a main menu, and some chapter select sub menus. These menus look a bit fancier, but the buttons are still fairly simple - they basically consist of a line of text, but this time the highlight is a rectangular outline. I'm having what looks like the same problem with these menus - the highlights aren't displaying correctly. Most of the outlines are missing their bottom lines - so only a three-sided box is appearing.
I've made plenty of menus before using the same method, and more complicated ones than this too, without running into any issues. I haven't been able to figure out what the problem is, despite starting over and making the menus from scratch several times, and making them one step at a time, importing them into Encore at every step to test. At some point, one or more of the highlights will always stop working. Despite this systematic approach, I'm still baffled. I'm using Photoshop CS5.1 and Encore CS5.1. After running into problems on one computer I tried making menus from scratch on another computer with the same version software but had the same problem.
Has anyone got any suggestions of things I should try that might solve this problem? I can send an example of a menu that's not working for me if anyone would like to take a look.Thank you, everyone, for your continued support.
I have tried everything suggested here, plus lots more, since I last posted. There are glitches no matter what I do. I don't think it's anything to do with what I'm doing in Photoshop as I've tried using some menus from the Encore library and I'm having the same problem with those. I've also tried using buttons from the Encore library on my menus with the same result.
But that got me to thinking - perhaps it's just a glitch with Encore's previews. So I tried actually building a DVD image, even with the menus that appeared to be broken, and they turned out to be fine. So it must just be a glitch in the Encore preview.
I've also discovered another bug while doing this - if you create a menu in Encore, it's always NTSC, even if the project is PAL. It makes a 4:3, 720x480 menu with a PAR of D1/DV NTSC 0.91. Surely, if you've set up a PAL project, and you create a new menu, it should create one that's actually PAL? -
I installed Firefox version 10.0 and now it is absolutely not working. What do I do to fix this?
I upgraded my firefox from 9.01 to 10.0 and now it is completely screwed up. When I click on the Firefox icon I get this message:

I use firefox on a Windows Vista every single day of my life, so for this not to work is a serious problem to me.

GGIf using Zone Alarm's browser virtualization or any other similar product or a sand-boxing program (i.e., Sandboxie), turn it off when updating Firefox or Firefox Add-ons. You can post on the forum for any such product that you might be using to get other instructions on the proper use of the product.

I do not recommend using 3.6.14, it has quite a few problems with Java applets not working. -
When i upgraded Firefox from version 3.6 to the next version I got a message about Frames that did not work. I work as a warehouse manager and we use an application called LogTrade when we ship goods. LogTrade was not working with the version after 3.6, I think it was 4.0? I had to reinstall 3.6 to get it working. Since LogTrade is essential for my work I don't know if I dare to upgrade to version 5.0.

ASA 5510 - Version 8.2(1) - SSH, ICMP and NAT not working
I have an ASA 5510 using version 8.2(1) and I have enabled ssh, icmp and they work from the inside network but not from the outside network.
Further to this, I exposed one site from the inside interface on the ASA (192.168.1.100) to outside (1.1.1.7) using NAT and it is not pingable nor accessible from the outside. I also allowed SSH from the outside network to the external IP addresses of the ASA and it is not working either. Any ideas what I could be missing in my configuration? I can't see any problems right away in the configuration.
I guess we could start by using the "packet-tracer" to simulate the SSH and ICMP through the firewall

Don'd mind the source address of 1.1.1.1. Its just an address that is located behind "outside" interface according to the ASA routing table. (As the configurations 1.1.1.0/28 is not actually configured on the ASA)
Share the exact "packet-tracer" command used (wihtout the public IP, notice that the output contains the public IP also) and the output of the command with us here.
Also, have you made sure that there is no old translations active on the ASA?

You need version 7 of RoboForm for Firefox 4. Version 6 will only work with Firefox 3.6.* or earlier.
If you have version 6 this may be viewed as a method to generate income by Roboform in forcing users to update to version 7 and not offering updates to version 6 to make it compatible.
An alternative free password manager that works with Firefox 4 is Lastpass - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/lastpass-password-manager
If you have version 6 of Roboform and need to use it you will have to downgrade to Firefox 3.6
To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

I am sure the document allows commenting as I was able to highlight and comment using campus computers but not my personal laptop.

The campus computers may have a version of Acrobat and that's why you can do it there.

HI, We get the org key from the combination of per area and org unit. I am having a problem where the org key is not updating for the old record, though its updating for the new records. How can the old records be fixed. Please advise. Thanks, Rashmi
