Version and Sub-location in check control

Dear Experts,
Could some one explain with an example why setting (= not checking ) a sub-location and version check in check control - at sales order or delivery may yield different results vis-a-vis checking the boxes for sub loc and version check.
....and hence the logic of confirmation based on ATP quantity against the time series that confirms the lowest confirmation quantity amongst - plant level, plant-stor loc level and plant-stor loc-version level.
Assume
I am not determining batches at sales order
I am not determining a batch at delivery but a storage location is specified in delivery doc.
Also assume
I have multiple storage locations where I am managing "quality" of stocks as there is no QM
I always pick stock from single storage location eventually (call it 0001- that only has good to go stocks eventually)

Yes, you can have a table control inside of a subsreen. Make sure that screen '9005' is defined as a subscreen, and not a normal screen.

That's the million dollar question.
You could split them in half and re-enable 50% of them. If it doesn't crash, then you know the culprit resides somewhere in the remaining half.

board) that demonstrates how to run a sub vi in parallel with the main
vi. I'd like to pass parameters between the main and sub such as
the control (delay) and indicator (value) parameters of my subvi
example. Does any one know how to do this? Parallel
execution is important for me, I cannot just paste the subvi icon into
my main diagram (two nested while loops...)

Luis, you can use the VI Server methods 'Set Control Value' and 'Get Control Value', as demonstrated in the attached examples.

I got it to run using Celvin method (using the JRE not the JDK). The JDK method threw back the following(E:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\OPatch>opatch lsinventory -oh E:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11r1 -jdk E:\"Program Files (x86)"\Java\jdk1.7.0_17\bin

After downloading the "new version" of Java 6 times, my plugin-check page states that it has disabled my "outdated version" and asks for me to upgrade. What do?

Background:
I have had this problem for several months, now. This problem began when an update came for Java on the Firefox Plugin-check. I promptly installed the new Java update. But the Firefox update wouldn't register that I downloaded it, even after I refreshed the page. So, I got rid of the old Java, and downloaded the new Java again. When the page continued to display the same message it had before, I downloaded it a few more times. Finally, Firefox stopped saying that I was out of date. Then a few weeks later maybe, I check Firefox Plugin, and on the page it says that I am outdated in Java. So I downloaded Java again. But Java was still in the list, with red and said that it needed to be updated. I restarted the computer. Then, I restarted Mozilla Firefox with no add-ons. When Java still appeared that it needed to be updated, I gave up and didn't do a thing more about it.
Problem:
Today I decided to check my plugins. Java was not in update the list, and at the top a banner stated, "Missing JAVA? For your safety, Firefox has disabled your outdated version of Java. Please upgrade to the latest version." I clicked "upgrade to the latest version" and was led to the Java page. I clicked the download button. My cache stated that this was the (6) download of that same Java plugin (see background). I chose to re-download it anyways. But Firefox still insists that I have not downloaded it.
Question:
Do I need to go to the control panel of Java and change something? Do I need to fix some setting on Firefox? Should I disable Java altogether, delete all Java-related files on my computer, and start all over with Java? What should I do?

Try using http://ninite.com/java/ninite.exe to install Java. Please note that even though you download it you have to double click it to get it to run and install.

PO Version and output control - EC scenario

I need a help/suggession in below issue.
System: SRM 4.0, SP14. Ext Classic scenario
Issue: When closing the open POs in the system i.e checking flag "Confirmation not expected" and "invoice not expected" system creating a change version and the new output is being sent to vendor.
Requirement: These changes are essentailly to close the open PO logically and it should not be creating a new version and sent to vendor. but the change history to be recorded for business analysis.
For the above requirement, I was thinking to use the BADI BBP_VERSION_CONTROL to control the version creation by passing the above two fields as parameters.. i.e for these two fields if at all any change then version should not be created and sent to vendor
When I try to de bug the standard PO change process, system had never called the above said BADI in change process. System only calling the above badi only in creation process. Which sounds odd for me because the purpose of version control is to track the changes but the controlling BADI never gets called while change process.
Can anybody help me or suggest me any other way of controling the output and version?

Hi Kiran,
You referred the right BADI BBP_VERSION_CONTROL to control / over write standard version control settings.
I believe the BADI documentation shows clearly that - this BADI is called every time the document is saved.
When you look at Method documentation, it clearly says that you can use BBP_PO_GETDETAIL function module to get the latest details of P.O change version using change version GUID.
In that you can check for details whether the 'No further confirmations expected' and 'No further Invocies expected' check boxes were checked or not so that the version creation can be restricted.
If the BADI implementation is active then definitely system will stop when an external debugger is set up.
Please check this with the help of your ABAP guy and let us know in case of any further clarifications.

EdWeidman by default the download will be saved to your Download folder. I do not know the exact name of the file which was provided to you.

As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

Plant and Storage Location determination at Item level during Copy control

Hello Freinds,
We are experiencing issues within Sales Order creation when the line item is referencing a contract. The plant and storage location is being determined from the contract - this should not be done, we have an enhancement in place for sales order plant/storage location determination which is how these values should be determined.
Kindly suggest, if it can be achieved through configuration setting at Copy control level, to avoid the Plant and Storage location determination from Contract in to Sales Order.

In a sale order, i think you are maintaining a enhancement in prog MV45AFZB & user exit userexit_source_determination.

Can you please expand on your issue? As far as I can see all the previous functions of 11 are in 12 albeit shown differently. Using get info to edit date is still possible, again it looks and feels different.
