  • Can I use office jet 100 mobile printer on Bluetooth?

I am looking for a mobile printer for use with our ipad2
in our motor home that does not rely on wi-fi.

There is a way ... I've been happily printing for a while from my iPad to my battery-operated HP H470 with absolutely no wires (and no router / pre-existing WiFi connection - it operates in AdHoc mode). Literally just the iPad and the H470 - in fact, one time in a marquee in the middle of a muddy field with no power and a long way from the nearest WiFi connection, so it can be done from literally anywhere.
I also couldn't find any info on a true mobile printing solution for iPad (or iPhone/iPod for that matter) but felt sure it must be possible, somehow - so once I'd sorted it all out, I wrote down the solution and the steps to get it to work in the hope of helping others:

    Hope that helps!

  • Does Office Jet 100 Mobile Printer support HP-GL?

I have attempted to send HP-GL to this printer, the preceeding PCL code appears to be valid (that is it does not print out verbatum and it appears to move the cursor arround), but as soon as the "IN;" command hits it justprints the text of the commands instead of thr graphics I want.
Can anyone offer assistence with this?

The Officejet 100 does not suport HP-GL.  There are HP-GL to PCL or HP-GL to PDF converter programs available, one of these may suit your needs.

  • Dissatisfied with HP Office jet 6700 Premium Printer

I've had a HP Office Jet 6700 Premium Printer for 18 months and have encountered a failed printer head issue which essentially requires full replacement of the printer.  I've seen many other similar reports by others which clearly indicates this printer has a serious problem with the printer heads.  I'm getting ready to replace this printer, which is just 6 months out of warranty, and will seek another vendor to provide printing equipment.  Very disappointed in HP's printer product and will gladly provide input to help others avoid running into this problem.

Please read this post then provide some details.   What operating system?  What are the error messages on the printer or computer screen?

  • How do I get an Office Jet 6500A to print on Card stock?

How do I get an Office Jet 6500A to print on card stock. It pushes the card stock through the printer but will not print and tells me I have not selected the right print media. There is no selection for card stock.  I have tried every selection.  I assume there are other media definitions that can be downloaded but they certainly are not apparent.  I have been doing this job on all my other HP printers for years.  Suddenly this printer balks.

    Hi,
Page #22 of the manual says (must be the same as photo paper ?):
To load cards and photo paper
    1. Lift the output tray.
    2. Slide the paper width guide out as far as possible.
    3. Insert the media print-side down along the right of the main tray. Make sure the media aligns with the right and back edges of the tray and does not exceed the line marking in the tray. If the photo paper has a tab along one edge, make sure the tab is pointing towards the front of the printer.
    4. Slide the media guides in the tray to adjust them for the media size that you have loaded.
    5. Lower the output tray.
    6. Pull out the tray extender.
And the manual is : h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02519721.pdf

    Hi,
I'm happy to announce that there is now an additional solution for mobile printing using the HP NFC/Wireless 1200w Mobile Print Accessory (HP Part Number: E5K46A) that will work on a number of HP Printing devices, please see the link: http://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/GetPDF.aspx%2F4AA4-8235ENW.pdf
The only requirement is that you have the latest firmware revision installed on the device, this can also be powered directly from the devices USB port (in your case OfficeJet 150) via the USB cable.

  • OJ 150 Mobile Printer - disappointment!

I was fooled by HP! I bought a 150 Mobile Printer OJ when I was traveling to Orlando. I took the printer to Brazil. When I got there, I saw that I was deceived by a criminal propaganda, in my view. I searched the HP website and saw that the model of printer was printing from mobile devices. I bought it and had the sad delusion that the printer does not print from my iphone and ipad. Days ago I bought a Galaxy S4 and also unable to print. Big HP! disappointment! Money thrown away! so sad .....

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I have the same printer (a loaner from HP so I can offer help here on the Forum).
I can print easily from my Samsung Galaxy S3.
Before accusing HP of "criminal propaganda" (a serious charge), it's better that you do a bit of research on your case:
    1. Samsung has hard-coded the "Print" command in their devices to only print to Samsung printers.  There are some excellent printing apps in the Play Store that can be used.
    2. My phone, and every other Android device in my home can print easily to this printer via BlueTooth from practically any room in the house.
That said, would you like some help with your issue, or have you already returned a perfectly usable printer?

  • How to rollback driver for Office Jet 6500 APlus Printer

I recently updated the driver for my Office Jet 6500 APlus printer and do not find it to be useful or efficient for my purposes. The printer is connected wirelessly  to a Dell Inspiron 1720 laptop PC running Windows 7 Home Premium. Can anyone tell me how to roll back the printer's driver to the one previously installed which is the one that came with the printer when it was purchased about 4 or 5 years ago.

    Hello oldhand,
    Welcome to the HP Forums.
I see that you are having some printing issues since you have updated the driver.
I have a few steps that I think will help us.
First off, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.
I am also going to give you detailed instructions for Uninstalling the Printer Software.
Once the printers software and drivers have been removed, please click on the following link for the HP Officejet Full Feature Software and Driver.
Please fee free to write me back if you have any other questions.

  • I cannot connect to printer with bluetooth with i phone office jet 150

i cannot connect using bluetooth from ipad or iphone

    Hi,
Apple's iOS does not support printing over bluetooth, it only allow printing through a wireless network connection. (802.11), as well the Officejet Mobile 150 is not an AirPrint printer:
NOTE:Apple iPads and iPhones do not currently support Bluetooth printing. To print from your Apple mobile device, you can use HP's wireless printing accessory (sold separately). Go to Installing the HP 1200w NFC/Wireless Mobile Print Accessory to learn more. For additional information, go to HP Printer Does Not Support HP's Mobile Printing Solutions .

  • Setting up e-printing on HO Office jet 7500 series printer

how do i set up e-printing on my HP Office jet 7500 E901a

    Hi samuelesse,
You can follow these steps to set up ePrint on your 7500.
    1. Press the right arrow on the printer’s front panel, then press the “Setup” button.
    2. Press “Web Services Setup”, and the process will begin automatically if Web Services has not been previously configured (if Web Services has been configured previously, it will show “Printer Email Address”, “ePrint On/Off”, etc.)
    3. Press “Continue”, then “Yes” to accept the Web Services Terms and Conditions. After a short configuration period, an “HP ePrint mobile printing” page should print. This page contains a unique printer code, which we will need in the next step.
    4. Go to http://www.eprintcenter.com.
    5. Click “Sign In”. If you have already set up an account, enter your ePrintCenter account information to sign in. If you have not already set up an account, click “Sign Up” and create a new account.
    6. Click “Add Printer” (the big blue button to the right of the printer picture), and when the “Add a Printer to your Account” box appears, enter the printer code found on the “HP ePrint mobile printing” page. Click “OK”, and then click “Next”.
    7. Enter a custom email address for the printer, and click "Save" to confirm the settings.
Once you've done these steps, you'll be ready to go.  All you need to do to use ePrint is send an email to the address you set up for the printer.
Let me know if you have any other questions, or if you have any problems during this setup.
If I have solved your issue, please feel free to provide kudos and make sure you mark this thread as solution provided!
