Versions of Photoshop or Elements That Support GIFs?
Which versions of Photoshop or Elements allow you to open a GIF file and edit all of the frames simultaneously, then resave as GIF? This would be for frame resizing, for example.
I have Photoshop Elements 10, and I am not able to File | Open on a GIF file.
What operating system are you using?
All photoshop elements versions are supposed to, but i believe that was a bug, because the gif plugin from photoshop cs4 was shipped with pse 9 by mistake.
(i believe it was fixed in pse 10 on the windows side)
If you want to edit gif animations, it's better to save a master psd file and edit that and then save as an animated gif.
(The above pertains to pse 10 on windows, the mac side is more complicated)
On the mac side it seems all the pse versions from pse 6 to pse 10 have that problem.
On a mac pse 11 or pse 12 seem to work as expected.
(pse 4 is to old, but works as well for animated gifs)

I am having vertical line issues with my G4 PowerMac Quicksilver (April 2002).. Red or purple lines and sometimes they connect to the pointer arrow.
I thought it was the graphics card but when I ran the Apple Hardware Test Disk version 1.2.5 it failed at the Logic board, although it's an after market Logic board because one of my (2) 1 gig processors died a few years back so I don't know if the hardware test disk is still valid with an after market Logic board?
Also What is the last version of the Apple OS that supports Eudora 6.2.4 and Quake III? (I'm at 10.4.11)

I'd strongly recommend replacing the thermal compound on the Radeon 9800 Pro. It could very easily be a simple matter of lack of cooling which is causing your issue.

As for drivers or ROM updates, if the card is a flashed one, don't bother with the firmware. All ROMs are the latest firmware.

Updated to Oct 2014 version of photoshop CC. since that time cannot save ANY work. I can work on files but when I hit 'save as" every time it says "photoshop has quit working and needs to close." Need solution now.

Is there a gui element that supports scrolling?
I want to show a modal dialog root element is higher that the screen height. Is there a property to enable scrolling or an element that can be used as a wrapper (scrollpane or something like that)? Thanks in advance.
Not that I know of - and please report if you figure a way...
So far I have solved this problem by breaking up the content into tab views.
In one case, I put a radio button in front of each item, then a pair of DIY scroll buttons which walked the radio button selection until end of page detected then automatically switched to the next tab view...
PS. +1 vote: auto-scrolling dialog boxes.

Try downloading the trial. It ought to detect that you have a 64-bit system.
You aren't using Vista, are you? PSE 13 requires at least win 7 and I think a few folks with vista have gotten a similar error message on trying to install it. -

I installed Elements 12 because my version of Photoshop (CS5.1) is not compatible with Yosemite. Now the Adobe Application Manager will not search for updates for any of the programs in CS5.5 that I have. How do I fix this?

I have the latest version of Firefox yet I am still getting an error message that says photoshop is no longer supported on my platfrom and thereofre it's not downloading.
Please give a bit more system details. Which OS and version are you on? Is it 32 bit or 64 bit. Try downloading the Creative Cloud App if not already installed from: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. You can choose to install PS from withing this app and need not rely on web page.

I bought the Adobe student version of Photoshop and Premiere Elements a few months ago - and now I am trying to use it, and the serial number that I have is incorrect - or it is only the registration number or something? It says I should have been sent an email with the serial number once the product was registered - But I never received this email. If I were you I would first make sure CS6 was deactivated or signed-out. Then download Adobe's cleaner and remove cc, CS6 and any other creative application installed including Creative Cloud desktop application. Then install CS6 and use your CS6 serial number during the install to activate CS6 standard or extended which ever the serial number is for. CS6 Version 13.0 should the be activated. That level of CS6 is extremely bug ridden so be sure to the use CS6 menu Help>Updates to get CS6 updates. Windows should update to version 13.0.1.3 Mac to version 13.0.6. Not Subscription CS6 version 13.1.2...

How can I obtain a version of Print Studio Pro that works with Photoshop Elements 13 (64 bit)? The advertising refers to Print Studio Pro 2 but all I find available to download is version 1.35.
Thanks - I did notice that the 2 was a superscript on one site but on another (I think the one for the Pro-10 printer) it was definitely a 2 in line with the rest of the text and separated by a space (at least on my browser). At any rate, I suspected something of the kind and will simply use Photoshop Elements 11 when I want a pattern print until the change is made.
If you have an inside line to Canon you might also suggest some changes to their Image Garden program, specifically its handling of DVD label projects. It has several themes and within each theme several layouts. As far as they go these are fine but they do not give nearly enough flexibility. The boxes for insertion of images are useful as is the simple procedure for rescaling the image so it is cropped in varying ways while staying within the fixed box. However, it should be possible (a) to relocate the boxes on the page and (b) to resize and reshape the boxes - probably by a control which would become available by right-clicking on the box. For example, there are times when the user might want to include a full 16 x 9 frame shot as one of the images, and in general the aspect ratios of the provided boxes do not permit this.
I have over the years preferred to use Word for this purpose after setting up masks to expose just the printable area of the DVD or Blu-ray disc, setting up the margins so that the center of the disc is in the horizontal center of the page, and finally introducing text and pictures and adjusting the font size of blank lines above the disc to line everything up properly in the vertical direction. A typical layout might involve one large picture, located so the center hole and the curved outer edge do not block anything important, or two pictures side by side, or four pictures centered vertically (to minimize the effect of the outer edge of the disc) but possibly of different widths (so as to make both close-ups and wide scenes optimal on the same disc label). The text then goes above and below the pictures. All of this works perfectly so I probably wouldn't use Image Garden very often for this purpose, but the inability to resize and relocate the boxes must be very limiting for others as well.
Some of the layouts have image locations severely reduced by the edge of the disc.
