Vertical menu on right-hand side of the screen with submenus to the left

Hello, I am new to muse and am trying to make a vertical custom menu on the right-hand side of the screen. When I try to add submenus, they always appear on the right of the top-level buttons. How do I move these to the left? Thanks in advance, Nick

You will have to edit the CSS rules to have a negative offset relative to the parent element. Though, to be honest, it's a terrible idea in terms of usability.

The search bar in the top right hand side of my screen works fine, but the main search bar in the middle of the home screen doesn't at all; do you know how I can fix this?

I can access bookmarked pages, pages that are on a saved RSS feed, and can search the web using the top right-hand bar on my screen. However, the main bar, in the center of the home page (not sure of the correct name) will not do anything - whether I press search, or hit enter on my keyboard. There also appears to be another bar underneath that, which I can press, but it remains useless.
My Dad is running Firefox 4 on his computer, and has showed me what it is meant to look like. I can therefore conclude that there is definitely something up with mine.
I am currently using Firefox 4 with my laptop, which runs Windows 7.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox 4, but the problem still remains. I am not keen to use Internet Explorer, purely because I have bookmarked so many pages on the previous version of Firefox but also because I get on very well with the whole layout etc.
If it comes to it, I am willing to take the risk of losing my bookmarks, but if there are any suggestions at '''''all''''' of how I could possibly fix this problem, I would welcome them.

what do I do if the right hand side of my screen does not register touch? I'm out of warranty also, what options do I have?

If part of the screen is not touch sensitive, and you have tried power off/on and reset, the best option is a visit to an Apple genius bar to have the techs check and see what is wrong with the screen and touch circuitry.

The following Knowledge Base article offers up some great information on setting your scroll bar preferences. Although written for Mountain Lion it provides accurate location for this preference in Mavericks as well:

I updated to the latest version and now I do not have the page controls at the right hand side and bottom and can only move the page up and down using the mouse scroll wheel. I also cannot see the whole page I am trying to view.

When I open the web browser I cannot see the whole page and I cannot move the image sideways and must use the mouse scroll to move up and down.

Try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete the contents the following folder:
User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto
3 - reboot, launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: For Mavericks, 10.9, go to your Home folder and use the View ➙ Show View Options menu to bring the this window:
where you can check the Show Library Folder checkbox.

Mac book air, laggy usb mouse, on the right hand side usb port!!! :|

Been using my mac book air on my 21.5 inch monitor via the moshi HDMI adapter..
I also use a logitec M235 mouse(just a normal USB wireless Mouse)..fot the last week i been trying to figure out whats wrong with it, since its laggin soo bad, and pretty much unuseable..it has its phases, it runs fine for 5mins and then goes back to the terrible lag, the computer is unusable, the mouse would just skip like half the screen whenever i tried to move it..its not the system thats lagging since my keyboard functions fine, its only the mouse that choppy and lagging
yesterday i swapped the usb port, and then it works fine..
the problem is only on the right had side USB port, can my USB be malfuncitoning, or is it a software issus, I also tried a different mosue, and the result is the same, terrible lag on the Right hand side USb port, and works fine on the Left hand side..
i tried moving the laptop somewhere else thinking it was some interference, still the same!!
what should I do. I also reset the SMC controller, and its still the same..
its just weired, and annoying. and my warranty expires in 3 weeks!!!
Help appriciated!!
model is 2012 macbook air, 8GB ram, i5 processor.. (also i have plenty of free ram and my processor usage is like 10%)

There is no bar or arrows on the right-hand side, so I am unable to move the page down

that would probably be caused by a Theme, and Extension, or a Style, you can check that ouit quickly by testing in safe mode (one time restart of firefox)

If you have scrollbar there you need to isolate the problem
If only one one site, there are a lot of creative web designers who think if you have a wide screen they should make use of all of the width.

Always had no problem syncing iPod but now when I connect to computer it says iTunes detects a device but can't verify properly. Nothing is appearing under devices or on right hand side it's not saying "privates iPod" anymore to drag songs to.? Help

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Inspect the dock connector on the iPod for bent or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
- See if another computer sees the iPod in iTunes
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Shifting Portlet tabs to Right hand Side

The Question on building the portlets.
Can any body suggest me how to shift the tab to the right hand
side as i create new tabs in the Pages by default its going to
left hand side.
I just want look and feel of Oracle website page as tabs are on

Is {Notes.NOTE_details} and {ABC.old_ENTRY} or images ? Or is it a long text ? what is the data type of these fields ?
Can you try to right click on the field and go in Format field-- Common--Horizontal Alignment : select Right from the drop down and see..

What's the deal with the annoying new menu in CS3 on the right hand side taking up unnecessary space on my screen? how do I get rid of it? All I want is my layer and history pallette. All the rest I want to hide. And if I want to remove the tool bar, how do I do this? it doesn't have a close box anymore? Also every time I open a file now, it opens up with the black background as default. How do I go back to the old way where it just opens a window?

Click the very top part of each pallet and this minimizes everything in that pallet to the side. If you want to close the pallet altogether, be sure it is open and then click the "x" in the top right of that pallet.

I'm guessing you need to hit the "F"key a few times (if this fixes it then it really isn't the "background" color that has changed). Otherwise you can change it here when opening a new file:
