Very frustrated - trying to cancel CC membership

I have been trying for most of this evening to try and cancel my Creative Cloud membership. The website has led me around in circles and it would appear that it is impossible to do online. I am now extremely frustrated and annoyed so I am posting this message as a last resort as I am unable to find any useful contact info. Can anybody offer any help or advice please?

  • Very frustrated, trying to download trial photoshop elements 12

    I have tried to download free trial of photoshop elements 12 so that I can then enter my serial number as purchased disc, without knowing did not have a disc reader in my MAC , i Try to download trial and it says that Adobe Assistant is to pop up and it does not, so download never starts, any suggestions

    Make sure you have cookies enabled.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
    Alternatively, you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below without the involvement of the download assistant and then use your current serial number to activate it.

  • Very Frustrated trying to create 24L Profile

    I'm trying to create a lens profile for the Canon 24L 1.4 Lens.
    I took JPG images of the checkerboard at F1.4, 2, 4, and 11.
    Since I normally shoot Raw, I read I need to recreate the test shooting raw images for Lightroom to read it.  I took the Raw images, but I can't get Adobe Lens Profile Creator to open the Raw files.
    Does this make sense?  Is there a 24L Profile out there I can just download?
