Very slow connection?... help please.

Question

hi, this is my first post on the forum and i'm basically after some advice as to whether i'm likely to improve my broadband speed?
I live in Suffolk, some distance away from the local exchange, although i know that other people in my village have a faster broadband service than i am currently getting.
I have tried various things over the last few months including phoning BT and having them do various tests and resets on my line assuring me of an improved service but to no avail?
I've also followed advice on this very forum and put in a shielded wall socket booster, a high speed dsl cable and exchanged my hub for the business hub.......
for the record, i only have one phone socket in my bungalow, so extension wiring isn't a problem.
i'll post the results of my hub status and speedtest results below and if someone could shed some light on these figure, i would be hugely appreciated.

you say you fitted a 'shielded wall socket' do you mean a filtered faceplate like this
