VERY SLOW RAID0 speeds, please help!

please see attachment -- getting very slow read write speeds on raid0 strip set. how to fix?
used various benchmarks including xbench, blackmagic disk speed test & trim enabler.
i cant upload pipctures for some reason, regardless its 30mbps write and 120 mbps read -- on two 128gb micron c300 real ssds at sata 3 speeds...on a RAID set. turrible.
