Veryurgent--big issue in oracle9ias rel2

Hi..all.
take this as most recognised issue and pl think about it..
In 9iAS 9.0.2 Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) is pre-configured to assign requests to the Home OC4J instance via the URL-prefix "/j2ee"/
For example, the TEST jsp under OC4J would be passed through OHS using:http://localhost:7778/j2ee/Test.jsp
whereas in the standlone OC4J version, this URL works: http://localhost:8888/Test.jsp
How to get rid of /j2ee prefix from URL when I use the OC4J(iam keeping my jsps in default-webapp of oc4j) via Oracle HTTP Server?
even i tried by making .war of webfiles and deployed it.iam not able to run my application.so pl help me in this regard..

I install the database beniot is using.
The database instance was created after the patches was applied.
diff /oracle/oracle/OraHome1/rdbms/admin/.catqueue.sql.* /oracle/oracle/OraHome1/rdbms/admin/catqueue.sql

The oc4j J2EE (build 020725.1695) from 2002-07-31 is install in D:\OC4J_903\
The commend to run it is (JDev 9.0.2.829 :
