Please do let me know the standard ADOBE driver program & standard ADOBE form(if exists) for VF23 transaction.
Also Do let me know the procedure.

Hi,
You can the following two ways.
1)Go to your Interface or the Form which you have created -> Use Display object list to see form and Print program that are linked to that Interface.
2) You can use NACE transaction->
Select the application type, and Click Output Types->
Choose the Output type and Click on Processing Routines
Here you can find the Driver program and and the Corresponding PDF Form.

How can i change the sequence of text element in standard driver program ?

can u tell me how can i change the sequence of text element in standard sapscript driver program.. without making a zcopy of standard driver program.
My problem is when MEDRUCK form is getting printed for PO print , header text is coming before item. But the requirement is to come it after item.So how cani do that without making the zcopy of SAPLMEDRUCK program..Is there any enhancement point in SAPLMEDRUCK driver program..where i can put my customise code for changing the sequence of text element ?

Hi,
Just copy the MEDRUCK to ZMEDRUCK. No need to copy the driver program.
1) SE71Menu > Utilities > COpy from Client
MEDRUCK ->>Client 000
New formname ZMEDRUCK
2) Now open the ZMEDRUCK in DE language in SE71
3) Menu > Utilities > Convert original Language
Change DE to EN, save and activate
4) Now open the ZMEDRUCK in EN language
5) Goto Pagewindows > Main window,
Look for the HEADER text Text element, copy the whole code under this Text element just after the ITEM text Text element, and comment the HEADER text above.
Now the Header text Text element will be below ITEM text only. This will full fill your requirment.
Now goto NACE transaction and add the copied ZMEDRUCK to the EF application.

Follow the Below Steps
1.Goto NACE Transaction.
2.Displays all the Application Types,Select EA - Purchasing RFQ.
3.Select "Output Types" button.
4.Displays all the "Output Types", select the required one and click on the "Processing Routines" appearing on the Left hand side.
then you can see all the information such as Program, Routine, Smartform, etc....

Standard Driver Program for Sales Order Confirmation

Hi,
My requirement is to develop smartforms and driver program for Sales Order Confirmation.
For doing this, I found there is a standard smartforms R2RBL_SDORC_L for Sales Order Confirmation. So I thought I can take a Z copy of this smartform and modify it to my requirement. So that we can use the Import parameters (Form Interface parameters) of the form R2RBL_SDORC_L. This will also reduce the work of writing the code in Driver program.
Now, I need to know what is the standard driver program for this form R2RBL_SDORC_L. If I can find the program name, I can take a Z copy of that and enhance it to my requirement.
Ultimately I believe I can reduce the work of writing code to fetch all Sales order details.
Can anyone let me know the standard driver program name for the form R2RBL_SDORC_L?

Can anyone share how you approached in developing smartforms and driver program for Sales order confirmation?
Note: This program and smartforms will be assigned in the NACE transaction.

You can track the form and the print program used for that form
The Tcode NACE is used to link the Standard SAP forms (SCRIPTFORM or SMARTFORM) or the customized form or the new form to its respective print programs. Also the output types, Form entry are linked with their forms and print programs. In short term, i can tell u that configuration or customization of forms to print programs, assigning output types, form entry to the forms are done using this Tcode.
NACE is used to create output type while creating the output type you will mention forms, and driver program.
that will be maintained in the table TNAPR.if you create the output type using NACE then it will be automatically visible in table NAST and TNAPR.
so check in NAST, TNAPR table

Hi gurus,
How can i find the driver program for an adobe form.I have the required adobe form names by F4 help in transaction SFP.I want to find out their corresponding driver programs.how can this be done?

Hi Sam,
Similar to Smartforms, the print program for adobe forms use a standard function module to determine the name of the generated adobe form function module. The module is called FP_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME, so if you do a where-used on this module it will give you a list of the programs that generate adobe forms. It's not a exact link to your form, but it will give you a smaller target.

i am working with sale order confirmation,(smartforms)
is there any pre defined driver program for this.Not RVador01/
and i need to display the output in the form of a print out or PDF for sending the mail.
So please give me the logic for this.

For printing Purchase order smartform in MM module , earlier i used SMBA0 package i.e /SMBA0/AA_FM06P Driver program in Ecc 6.0 Ehp4 . But now my client is using Ehp5 ,here we could n't find SMBA0 package . So, can any one suggest me what is the relavant package for SMBA0 in Ecc 6.0 EHP5.

Those are available in client 000, you have to copy these Smartforms and driver programs from client 000.

hi any one can tell me is there a standard driver program for a smartform to run transaction VF23. There is a Standard SAP script program named RVADIL01 . Is there a similar driver program for Smartform for the same Invoice List Transaction .

How do i find the driver program name just knowing the form name. I tried out in Table "TNAPR" but in vain.How do i get it in NACE? what is the "application" that should be selected?

All Standard Scripts are in client '000'.
We have to copy them to '800'. (this is your own company define client no)
All Standard Scripts and their respective print programs are listed in table 'TNAPR'.
Ex: FORM MEDRUCK has the Driver Program SAPFM06P.
NOTE: Never make any changes to the Standard Driver Programs
STEP 1.
Goto Transaction Code <SE71> and
select from Menu UTILITIES ->Copy from Client.
Enter the Standard Form Name, It source Client 000 and the target Form Name that you want it to be saved as on your client.
Say you are naming it as zmedruck1.
Click on EXECUTE.
STEP 2.
Converting form to English.
Open zmedruck1 in <SE71> With language DE.
Then goto UTILITIES -> Convert Original Language from DE to EN.
Then you can modify the layout for example, chaging the logo, or changing the headers, or adding any new code to do some calculation etc.,
SAVE THE CHANGES AND ACTIVATE.
Then select from the menu FORM -> CHECK -> TEXT.
SELECT your driver program name from the list adn click on COPY.
If you don't see the program name in the list then click on
'APPEND PRINT PROGRAM' and add your program name and then select it from the list and click on COPY.
STEP 3: Assigning our form to the standard print program.
Start Tr.Code <NACE>.
In our present case since we are working on 'Purchase order' we have to select EF and click on the button Output Types.
Then on Right hand side, scroll down and select NEU - New P O Printout.
(This may change for different programs).
Then Double click on Processing Routines on Left hand side.
Change from Display -> Change Mode.
Give your form name (zmedruck1) for printoutput and SAVE.
STEP 4:
Start Tr.Code <ME22N> since you are working on Purchase order and click on print Preview to make sure your layout etc., changes are OK. If not again you have to make the changes accordingly.

I already have RVADOR01 program which is a driver program for SAP Script RVORDER01.
But I need standard smart form with its standard driver program for VA02, VA03 (Sales order) transaction.

Check output types in NACE tcode...
Sample example,
Goto Transaction NACE --> Select Application V1(Sales) --> Click on Output Types --> Select the output type as BA00 (as generally BA00 is the output type associated with Sales Order ) --> Double click on the Processing Routines folder on the left and it will display the Form name and the corresponding driver programs name.

For Purchase Order - SAPFM06P.
And for future info,
If you Know the Application and Output Type - Then it is very easy to know the Smartform or the Script Used.
1.Go to NACE and Check.
For Ex: PO belong to APP type EF, So click on EF and then click on "Output Type " button.
Then all the output types will be displayed.Then select the required and Click on "Processing Functions". Then you can see the Configuration details done for this ouput type like which smartform, which subroutine.
2.Also, You can check the TNAPR table entries by entring the below information
Output Type, Message transmission medium, Application.

It can be without HU managed. You need to use SU (storage unit) managed storage types.
When you do GR for inbound delivery and create a TO for stock putaway, by using the palletisation data in WM view 2 system generates the storage units. The same can be treated as the pallet number.
