Video audio echo iPad

Hi,
I've just purchased a second hand Ipad2. Everything seems fine but I've noticed occasionally if I pause a film whilst using the Video app, I get an audio echo when the film is restarted. This can be resolved by repausing and shifting the film along its time line but its a bit annoying !
Any ideas ?

That's weird.
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
By the way, are you confident that the iPad has not been jailbroke?

I have used the iPad with a newer projector and the iPad screen appears to project all the pixels or at least all the content.
In Keynote on an older 640x800 projector, only a smaller portion of the iPad screen projects. I played the Composite Adapter on my TV and saw the full edge-to-edge content.
My MacBook 'knows enough' to reduce the screen size when attached to the 640x800. Not so with the iPad.
Bottom line, I have to reduce the size and center material on the Keynote slide to capture all the content when I use the lower resolution projector.
Am I missing something?
Also, is the Headphone jack still active when using the 30pin Composite Adapter? Otherwise I need RW RCA to 3.5mm adapters from the composite to use external speakers.

How can I stream the audio only to my Apple TV while watching the video on my iPad?

Hi everybody!
My question might sound a little confusing to some of you, but anyway: When I watch a video on my iPad (youtube app, facebook, etc.) I would like to watch the video on my iPad and stream the audio to my atv, which is connected to my hifi. Currently, every time I hit the airplay button both video AND audio will be streamed.
Many people complain about only streaming audio, but that's precisely what I am looking for! I don't want to turn on my TV for every silly 0:30 min youtube video. I would love to find something like this:

you can't rely on airplay mirror some apps support the old in app airtune audio only option if the video app in question does you can do it from the apps settings somehow
if not then you need a airport express which does pretty much what airplay mirror on the Apple TV does but it's a audio only

Amazon Prime reply app does not allow video airplay - nor do several other content providers.
It must have something to do with digital rights/copyright.

Flash videos playing with audio echo on initial load.

I have been having issues playing Flash videos in the current version of Firefox (10.0) as well as the previous version (unknown) over the past few months.
When I open a page with a video it will begin playing with an echo as if two videos are playing at the same time with a slight delay on the second video causing an audio echo effect. So basically one video with echoing audio. The websites that I experience this the most are yahoo sports (happens practically every time) and gamespot (happens occasionally). If I refresh the page the echoing effect goes away.
I am running Windows 7 64-bit.
I have updated video drivers on my ATI Radeon HD 5800 series.
My flash player / shockwave is 11,1,102,55 (updated) but I know I have experienced the same problem with previous versions.
I have the following plug-ins enabled:
1. Adobe Acrobat 10.1.2.45
2. Current version of Ad-Block
3. Divx Plus Web Player 2.2.0.52
4. Divx VOD Helper Plug-In 1.1.0.6

I don't know what AppleTV can handle as far as bit rate is concerned, but increase the bit rate as high as it will let you. You are taking DV which is 25Mb/s and compressing it. If you're making an H.264, you should get great results needing no more than 6Mb/s. Bear in mind, the higher the bit rate, the larger the file size.

When recording video on my ipad no audio is captured. Help.

When recording videos on my ipad it is not capturing any audio. I have verified the volume is up and that the microphone is functioning but for the life of me cannot figure out what I need to do to capture sound when recording video. Grr... I'm frustrated. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

I am now having the same problem. I did record something about a week ago and that has sound, but when I recorded something today...no sound. The master mute is NOT on and I can hear everything else just fine.

I lose audio/video sync when mirroring a video from my Ipad to Apple TV

I downloaded Videos to my Ipad 3. When I try to use airplay to mirror to my TV.... The video gets progressively out of sync with the audio on the TV.
It looks fine on the IPad.... But the audio lags behind the video.
Any help?

The video/ audio on the TV is out of sync. The video on the pad is fine.
This happens with all video when I mirror.
I have tried movies from iTunes as well as videos downloaded from other from other sources..

You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

Why can't I play h264 1080i video on my iPad?

I tried to play a H264 1080i video on my iPad & iPad mini devices (both of them are IOS-7), but only displayed black screen. I want to know if it is because IOS-7 doesn't support such kind of codec?

Can't play video taken with iPad, sent by email

I've taken a video with my iPad 2, V6.0. I've tried attaching it to an email to send to myself, because people say they can't open any of the videos I send them. They're right! I can't either. The thumnail shows the video on my PC--windows 7 (64), but only audio plays, not any video. I've tried both Realplayer & Quicktime. Both the same result.
In a similar vein.....why are our pictures turned sideways when people receive them in their email??

There is a compatibility issue between QuickTime 7.7.2 in Windows and iOS 6-emailed videos.
it's the combination of all three of the above underlined items.

the sideways pictures has to do with whether or not the recepient's viewer can read the rotation matrix --> the information about what orientation the iOS device was in when it was recorded.
