Video Chat from iPhone 4 to mac/PC, preferably for free?
Title says it all. I have an iPhone 4, I want to be able to 2-way video chat with my girlfriend using her macbook with built in isight. Is there an app or set of apps with this functionality? Is it free?

If you're syncing from an iPhoto or Aperture album, use these steps to find the iPod Photo Cache folder in the default iPhoto Library or Aperture Library location:
From the Finder, choose Home from the Go menu.
Once there, open the Pictures folder and locate the iPhoto Library file. (For Aperture, this is called Aperture Library.) If you have moved your iPhoto Library or Aperture Library to a different location, go to that location in Finder first.
Control-click the iPhoto Library or Aperture Library file and choose Show Package Contents from the shortcut menu.
In the next window, locate the iPod Photo Cache folder and drag it to the Trash. Important: Do not remove or modify any other file within the library package. Removing or modifying other files may cause data loss.
Close the Finder window.

You can take screen shots of the messages on the iPhone, and then transfer the Camera Roll screen shots to your Mac.

IOS7 Won't Allow Video Download from Iphone to Mac
I can't find an answer anywhere for this one. With an iPhone and IOS7, when you connect via cable to a mac (Mountain Lion), you cannot import video from the device to the mac. Image capture, iPhoto, Preview--they all show the device as mounted but they all see no video or images. Same computer with pre-IOS7 upgrade works fine. Anybody?

I don't believe OS X has the ability to receive AirPlay (which is what you're using). There's some advice on the matter on the Wikipedia page, though:

When I try to transfer a video from iPhone to Mac it gives me this error code (com.apple.ImageCaptureCore error 28.) It only happens when I try to transfer a 1.9GB video
How are you trying to transfer it? Which applicaiton on the Mac are you using? How are you connecting the iPhone to the Mac? If you're using iPhoto what version of iPhoto is it and what system are you using?
