Video Chats including Audio from iChat to various PC clients

Question

Hello,
besides using alternatives to iChat like Skype, aMSN or SightSpeed, are there any smart ways like plugins or add-ons to iChat allowing full AV (video AND audio!) conferences with various PC AV chat clients?
Most of my PC friends either use MSN, AIM or ICQ.
The "target" is to have only iChat running and to avoid having several AV clients installed on the Mac.

Binary Images Description for "iChat"is the important bit. (And then the Binary images bit is only listed so you know where we are talking about)
The three "titles" have no info inside their sections.
This means that the ports are not open somewhere.
As to which end (other than changing to AIM 5.9 as well) the problem lies is difficult to say.
1) If you Mac Firewall is On do the stuff around the Second pic here http://www.ralphjohnsuk.dsl.pipex.com/page4.html#_ports
2) Have you set these ports or set UPnP to work in your Modem or Router ?
3) Have you gone to System Preferences > Quicktime > Streaming tab and set the drop down to 1.5Mbps/T1/LAN
These are the most common reasons on a Mac.
That is not to say that AIM 5.9 does not need setting up.
A) AIM 5.9
B) Tuning the Camera and Mic to app.

C) Then the XP firewall needs none Microsoft apps allowed as Exceptions
