So... I keep getting the message; "Sorry, this video is not available on this device"
I believe it is a YouTube issue.
Anytime you monetize your video, YouTube forces an "option" for you to allow tablets or phones to be excluded from being able to view the video. It happens wither you are in desktop mode, wither you are in mobile mode... It doesn't matter.
It's not anything we can really fix, unless we get YouTube to change policies regarding this.
Or simply writing about it enough that the information gets out there will at least help.
Apple can fix this by updating the Apple mobile products in the next update to be read as desktop to any sites we go on to. I don't know what the ramifications would be. I just started using apple, so maybe I'm just incorrect about how apple products work.
Either way its a terrible move by YouTube, and worth a fight in their direction. I just don't know how to go about it except by informing.

Help! Whenever I attempt to access videos posted on my subscribed YouTube sites, on my iPad mini, I get the message "sorry this video is not available on this device", on a black screen.. Strange because they always were available up until yesterday. Old iPad 1 is ok.
I have reset everything. It's annoying because some old vids still play and videos that I'm alerted to on my email will open if I use my old iPad 1.
Any suggestions from anyone on how to fix the problem? Is it an adobe thing? I can't access anything adobe.
It's all very frustrating.

To solve the problem follow the instuction:
Go to Settings
Go to iTunes & App Stores
Click on your Apple ID
In poped up window click Sign Out.
Fill your Apple ID and Password and press Sign In
Done. Now you will be able to download applications from App Store

There are multiple reasons that lead to issue. You should read the troubleshooting guide to get the right solution to solve the issue: iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch not recognized in iTunes for Windows - Apple Support

Media services not available on this device (playbook)

I posted a possible workaround as a reply to one of the messages on this subject and discovered that it won't be easy to find so I'm reposting the information here.
On your playbook tap on the information icon (upper right corner, looks like a gear). When the about screen pops up, tap the down arrow and select network. There you will find two IPV4 addresses, one for usb one for wifi.
Connect your playbook to your computer, click on the Windows start button and type in
run \\either IPV4 address and Windows explorer should pop up giving you access to your playbook for file transfers.
Once you have done that and if you prefer a two panel file manager for file transfers as I do, download and install a program called FreeCommander. One of its top menu entries allows you to access a network drive. Select that menu entry, assign a drive letter (take your pick) then type in the following location for the network drive.
\\either IPV4 address\media and you should now be able to access your playbook under that drive letter for file transfers. As far as I can tell you must do both steps to access the drive.
Don't guarantee that this will work for you but it does for me although it doesn't solve the sync problem.

Flash lite 3.1 not available for windows device?

Hi! Can anybody help me here?
I've been developing stand alone flash apps for windows mobiles with flash lite 2.1 with no problems!
The company I'm developing for has switched to Vodafone V1520's (Asus p550) running windows mobile 6 Professional.
I've ran flash lite 2.1 with no problems on the device. I've decided to upgrade to 3.1 as it's a fresh install for all 2000 units.
My problem is, When I install the app using Adobe mobile packager, the device comes back with the error " Adobe flash lite is not available for this device"!! I know flash lite 2.1 works.
Is there a way to manually install 3.1 on the device?

Can anyone help me in restoring my iPhone .
1) I updated my iPhone to iOS6 wirelessly and for some reason it stucked in Recovery Mode loop.
2) I tried everything to came out of Recovery Mode loop but nothing worked.
3) I don't have any backup so now im just trying to Restore/Update(i know i'll loose all my data ) As i just want my phone to work.
4) The latest iOS6 image is downloaded with iTunes version is 10.7.
5) But every time i try to restore it just stucks with the message."The iphone could not be restored.This device isn't eligible for the requested build."
Any solution ?

I came across this issue on my iPad and iPhone today. I did some research and it was suggested that you need to change your region to wherever in the world you originally purchased the app.
This worked for me.
I had tried signing in and out, deleting apps and resetting my devices; because I had never used any Apple ID except for my own personal one, I thought that those options would sort it. I changed my region to the uk (where the apps were purchased) and now they have updated with no other issues.

Restore iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to its factory default state. You should rarely need to use this step with an accessory issue.

Use the iSwifter browser from the app store. Works for most flash content.

You have to delete the corrupt back-up so iTunes can at least back-up the current data on the iPhone and then restore it. Search these forums, there a several good posts on how to delete the corrupt back-up.

Your friend will have to create his iCloud account on a different iOS device. His device has already created the maximum number of iCloud accounts and cannot create another one.
